We loved the size of the rooms. We rented the 3 bedroom. It had plenty of space for everyone that stayed. One thing I would recommend I would watch out for is The hotel check in is at 4 pm and the water park closes at 5pm. They did say that you can use the park the whole next day which is nice. I would of changed my plans on when we arrived if I would have known that. Other than that this place is really fun. I would recommend it to anyone that wants to stay close to disney and not pay the high resort Fee.

Hotel's Favorite
My husband, 8 year old daughter and I spent 4 days at this resort. Our only regret is that we couldn't stay longer. From the rooms to the pools, this resort was top notch. We booked the Grove Resort for a few days at the end of our cruise vacation. What a pleasant surprise to walk into our two bedroom suite. It was very tastefully decorated and had all the conveniences of home, including washer/dryer and full kitchen. The beds were very comfortable and each bedroom had a large bathroom and walk in closet. The master closet also had a safe. Each bedroom and the living area had a large screen television. The balcony was large and screened. The hotel lobby is large and has some great seating areas...my daughter loved the large booths. Hotel staff was very eager to answer any questions we had. The blender in our room wasn't working but it was replaced within minutes of a quick call to housekeeping. There are 4 pools at this resort, but because of our short stay, we only visited the one in the resort's water park. The lazy river was our favourite. I'm sure it took 15 minutes to float around. We didn't use the water slides but many did and seemed to enjoy them. There were more than enough lounge chairs here and an ample stock of fresh, clean towels at the pools. Aside from a fabulous pool experience, my daughter loved the arcade, especially the glow in the dark mini golf course. We didn't make use of the resort restaurant but we did grab a few items from the onsite convenience store. It does have much of what you'd need; from detergent to yummy baked goods and pizza. I truly can't say enough about the Grove Resort. It's luxury nestled in a super location. We can't wait to go back and bring more family.

The check in process was horrendous. I paid for my stay in full and they would not take a card over the phone for the incidentals, so I had to wait outside for 3 hours with my two young kids while I got ahold of someone to do the auth form. Immediately upon entering the room... we checked out the bed and there were old, dried blood stains and “boogers”wiped off on the sheets and comforter. That’s a biohazard and not to mention absolutely disgusting. It looked like the comforter and sheets had not been washed since the previous guests. I lifted up the comforter and there were PUBIC HAIRS and regular hairs underneath the comforter. I called downstairs to make them aware and there was ZERO remorse. No customer service. The staff are EXTREMELY unpleasant... especially the front desk and associated managers. The TV in our living room does not work either. I traveled from 13 hours away with my 9 month old and soon to be 4 year old to celebrate my oldest’s birthday and I am so disappointed in this hotel. We still have 2 nights left in our stay and I would never recommend a place like this to friends or family. I especially will never be back. There is zero customer service when things like this happen. You are better off paying a couple hundred more dollars a night for a Walt Disney Resorr where customer service is guaranteed. Pitiful.

Recently had a 2 night stay at The Grove Resort in a 2 bedroom family suite. The suite was great, spacious and clean, just a little wear and tear showing in the bathroom areas. The resort is huge, and it is a little confusing to get around, but once you get familiar with the pools and water park, it’s not so bad. The water park was great for the kids (ages 3, 4 & 12), and the lazy river was so nice and relaxing. Only complaint was the water park and bar/restaurant there closed at 6 pm. Way too early! The Valencia restaurant servers were great, but the food was not. I’m not picky, but for the cost, our meals were below average. Gas station pizza at best. Save your $$ and eat off the resort or just cook in the very nice kitchen.

We stayed here for 2 nights while in the Orlando area. Our room was beautiful, clean, and spacious. The resort is very clean and the lazy river at the water park is a real treat after a long day. We saw 1 baby alligator near a pond which was exciting for us. This is great for families and any adult young at heart. Have fun!!
