My family and I have stayed there for 3 years in a row for about a week each time. Room 359 is awesome it's older ,but in great shape! The view is awesome, and the gulf is well just amazing! we've also stayed on the 2nd floor as well. The 1b1b are small, but most are updated. I enjoy the...

Can't believe that they still have the same Manager here. Only negative complaints posted are all in reference to her. Very sad. Can't believe ownership has not seen how poorly she has done over the many years she has been there. Nice little place, rooms are OK, great little beach nice to sit and enjoy the view. BUT stay away...

Room 228 has been renovated and is very inviting. It is a one bedroom that is bigger than others because it is a corner. Love the beach location and enclosed pool. Nice restaurants nearby and a tiki bar next door. Why pay for the double tree when you can stay here. Nancy at the front desk is very friendly. Will...

we have stayed here many times in the past, and feel comfortable here and the area. We stayed in the gulf front efficiency and the one bedroom recently. Both were poorly maintained. Filthy grout and blackened caulking in the bathroom, no exhaust fan. Aluminum window frames corroded out. Front door barely fits the frame ,little ants all over. No cell...

Our family and many friends have stayed at the Sandalwood for over 30 years and have always been happy for the most part. Until our last 2 wk stay in April 2016. Construction going on prevented us from being able to sit by the pool with our 3 kids. Poolside bushes had live, up lite fixtures exposed with NO bulbs...

We had previously stayed here in the Ocean View condo. We chose to get the same room and thought it would be another wonderful stay, NOT!!! The 1st day we went to the office because it was over 80 degrees in the large living room and we were sweating! We were told the maintenance would be by the next day!...

As a kid we stayed at Sandalwood all the time for fourth of July, Memorial Day, and Labor Day with multiple booked rooms as most of my family stayed here. I was excited to take my kids on labor day to relive some of my memories and show them where we used to vacation. I am a single mom and...

We stayed here 54 years ago for our honeymoon and expected it to be dated after all these years. The place was clean and the pool area was very nice. It's an older place but has all you need and a great beach.

Very nice for a short stay. We have been going there for the past 20 years..never had a problem. The outside back rooms open to pool area...And if you are beach lovers you have your choice of the calm west coast gulf or if you want waves to ride just walk across the street to the east coast side. Very...

Our relatives booked three rooms here, rooms were ok but one of the owners (old man) was terribly rude. We had a parking pass, given to us from our relatives. He ran out, told us to move our vehicle (in a very horrible manner). It would take too long to go into details but for an owner to be as...

I do apologize. this owner was wrong. We want each person we do business with to walk away feeling satisfied and that apparently did't happen in your case. I do hope you accept our apology and see fit to do business with us again. Resort Manager
