Ram Sea will be our permanent place to stay when we visit Madeira Beach (just down the road) as we do about three times a year. We stayed in 502 and just loved the layout, the view, the cleanliness and the amenities in the condo. Ram Sea is right next door to a major hotel chain that has excellent facilities... More

Stayed a Ram Sea again this year & once again we found our little piece of heaven, stayed in room 506 thanks to Awesme Pam's assistance. This room is fantastic, beautifully remodelled & is a tribute to its owners, there is no doubt we will be back & I recommend anybody who leads a full life to try the "Ram Sea... More

This place is located in a great area. Nice beach, friendly staff. It is very old but I don't mind that. The elevator is extremely slow. Check in is at 4 and it's a disaster when everyone holds and waits for the elevator. Don't plan on doing anything your first day. The main problem with this property is that the... More

Hi Jim M., Thank you for taking the time to leave a review. We try very hard to make our guests vacation the best we can. We do now offer some condos that can arrive and depart on Fridays or Sundays. It is a really nice option to avoid the Saturday crowds. I do wish we could have helped your... More

Updated condo on the Gulf of Mexico. The property is clean, the staff are very accomodating. It's a convenient location, without being too loud. Laundry room on two floors. Beach chair rentals outside.

My family stayed here several times 20-25 years ago, and again last year. Our family rented three units. We absolutely love it here. We stayed in the building that overlooks the pool. The beach is inches away. It is a great, quiet place to take your family.

Unit exactly as pictured-gorgeous, comfy furniture, and super quiet inside! Can't beat being right on the beach in a VERY roomy and clean condo. Water pressure and a/c perfect. Ladies at the office were helpful. Never a problem getting a chair poolside, but be sure to rent a chaise lounge and umbrella on the beach from Kevin! Definitely worth the... More

We booked unit 201 recently, enticed by the pictures and reviews on the management's website. If we had checked tripadvisor, we would have gotten the real picture of this condo. The Ram Sea is an old building situated on a beautiful strip of white sand beach. I don't mind old, beachy places if they are well maintained. This place is... More

We spent one week in room 504. Everything was terrific and the condo was well equipped. This is an ocean front property right on the beach.
