Very clean cottages. We rented a boat for $165.00 for a full day of inshore fishing. The fish were practically jumping in the boat. It was a lot of fun. I also recommend the lunch spot that you can only get to by boat-the name escapes me but ask the Marina folks, they'll know. You can pretty much park your...

This review is for the marina. We did not stay here but will consider next time we come here! From the outside the cottages were quaint all with a screened in porch. The folks at the marina were very welcoming, informative and hospitable. Hubby and I splurged because it was our 25th anniversary on a private trip to N. Captiva...

We spent four nights here for our 26th anniversary. We came here because my brother-in-law, who passed away last year, used to come here to go fishing. We were familiar with Captiva, from business conferences, and my wife coming in the 60's. We picked cottage #2 because it had a king bed. You can see all the cottages online, but...

I can't say enough good things about the Jensen's! The brothers made us feel welcome from the first time we called to inquire about reservations. My husband called a couple of times to get their recommendations on fishing guides and they were helpful. Upon checking in, our cabin was spotless and had everything in it that we would need for...

There are not enough words. This is lovely, old Florida, with wonderfully comfortable cottages and a feeling of stepping back to the laid back Sanibel-Captiva that I visited as a kid (I am 60). I first came to these islands at 5 years of age, on the ferry! The majority of Captiva has now been taken over by "money." There...

We stayed at the sister resort, Jensen's On the Gulf, but the marina was where we checked in and got the key for our cottage. The Jensens and their staff were so friendly, like we'd known them for years. During the week, we shopped there - t-shirts, fishing supplies, etc - and they helped us get a golf cart for...

My boyfriend and I stayed at this location for three nights. The place is clean and the beds are comfortable. The owners and the people that work there are very professional and very friendly. We rented a boat for a day and went to Cabbage Keys, Cayo Costa and enjoyed ourselves. It was a lot of fun. We stayed in...

Having been to Captiva many times, we'd been through Jensen's Marina to rent boats and watch the manatees, but we always stayed somewhere else. I decided to give them a try this year and boy was I glad I did. Our cottage was number 8, right on the water. It was so charming. Everything was immaculate. Felt immidiately at home....

Jensen's #12 apt was perfect for us. Spotless, quiet, quaint and the most friendly owners and guests. Manatees, dolphins, birds, boats and fishing guides all right there. A short walk to great shelling & gorgeous sunsets. Restaurants, groceries & shops only a few minutes walk. Also Andy's fresh fish truck Tuesday & Thursday...we bought shrimp & cooked them ourselves...delicious!! Shawn...

We stayed the week on Captiva Island and wanted to spend the morning on a fishing expo on the inner coastal waterway between mainland and Captiva Island. It was a very cloudy day when we started and there was a cold front moving in. Our fishing guide came recommended to us before we decided to take the reservation. ARRIVAL: When...
