We had a great time while we were there. This is our third trip and we enjoyed it as much as our previous stays. The staff was great. We particularly enjoyed the new restaurant, Doc Fords. Thanks for everything. Bob and Bonnie

My husband and daughter went over to Captiva for a few days from South Florida since she had the week off of school. Last night, there was a man trying to get into their room and trying to look through windows at my middle school daughter. The police were called. A report was made. My daughter tells me this evening...

When we registered we were told that the rooms would not be available until 4:00 but they would text us when ready. We never received a text and had to contact them. Also one day house keeping never showed up. There were no glasses for drinking water except for the plastic cups for coffee. This should not happen when you...

My husband and I visited the South Seas Island Resort in the middle of February. The weather was warmer than where we come from but the Gulf was colder than I had anticipated although other people and their children still got in and swam. We stayed in the villas. The set up is great for families as you can bring...

This was our second visit to this incredible resort. Well maintained, super kid/family friendly and genuine caring service...we love it @ South Seas. While all interactions with team members were outstanding, we would like to recognize Amanda Collins at the Front Office, for her recommendations and professionalism in planning our long weekend. Congratulations to Shawn Farrell and the entire South...

We are scheduled to arrive at the resort March 4. We had a couple of very unpleasant conversations with the reservation group after booking our reservation. We have booked a two bedroom beach villa and found out after the fact that there were no elevators in some of these facilities. We have one person in our group who is unable...

We stayed in a marina view 2 bed unit the week before MA school vacation week which was ideal because it was not busy at all. Never had to wait at a restaurant, always got a lounge chair at the pools or beach, and children's center was quiet most days. We loved our location because we could see boats, manatees,...

Booked a trip during Thanksgiving weekend with my fiancee, her father, and teenage daughter. When we arrived, we were told that they have over-booked the weekend and had to move us to different accommodations. We had booked the same place we stayed in last time when just the two of us went, but we needed three bedrooms. The upgrade was...

I would like to start off by saying that this vacation was a prize I won through a local radio station contest. That being said, since I did not pay for the majority of the trip, I gave 4 stars. If I paid full price for this trip, I would probably rate it 3 stars. I'll start with the pros:...

Dear Manders, Congratulations on your big win, and thank you for sharing your feedback with us! We’re glad you enjoyed your visit to our resort and our beautiful private island location! After repeated calls to the desk to resolve an issue asked for a manager after being transferred to different clerks got put on hold. For what this resort costs not acceptable. And whoever was driving the white shuttle should be fired.
