I have no idea, but the outside areas are kept very neat. The room seemed updated but was different than a normal hotel room. It is basically a one room studio type with a kitchen area. It has a fully equipped kitchen and an eating table and pull out couch with a shutter type partition door and wall that separate the area where the queen size bed is located.
