We are a bed and breakfast located in two historic homes on the Intracoastal Waterway in Northern FL. We have 16 guests rooms with amazing views of the river. We serve a delicious gourmet breakfast each morning. You can walk to shops and restaurants in New Smyrna Beach. We are located 15 min south of Daytona Beach. We have Pet Friendly rooms and we offer old Florida hospitality at it's finest.

This was our 3rd visit to Night Swan. We just LOVE everything about it! Nathalie and Dave, along with their sons are the best hosts. From the minute we arrived by boat to the morning we headed home all was perfect! We can't wait to return again.

Housed in an old Victorian house, Night Swan overlooks the Halifax River. The views at dawn are breathtaking and lights on the bridge at night are lovely. It’s also an easy walk to Canal Street and many restaurants. Our room looked out at the river. Very comfortable beds with daily maid service and fresh towels. Breakfast is served in a large front room on first floor. Over our stay we had waffles with fruit, breakfast casserole with sausage,and a lovely quiche with fresh muffins. Plenty of juice and fresh coffee! Absolutely delightful . We will definitely return.

Fantastic stay. Went there for a weekend with friends and won't soon forget it. Walking distance to canal street and the fantastic restaurants and bars there, and a short, short drive away from the beach and Flagler Avenue. Beautiful views of the Intracoastal and a nice place in the center of the property with comfy chairs and a fire pit to relax and enjoy the scenery. The breakfast and coffee were also fantastic and a great way to get the day started. Thanks Dave and Natalie for a great experience!

If you have not been to the Night Swan you are missing out on the riverfront of new Smyrna. The entire property is meticulous, I can’t even begin to describe how well-kept everything is for such a historic piece of property. Being able to sit out on the front lawn in the Adirondack chairs or on the front porch in the beautiful comfortable furniture to watch the sunrise or sunset is such a treat. The owners David and Kathleen are more like friends than hosts. We travel every year to spend our Mother’s Day weekend and despite having 18 kids running around their property they service with a smile on their face and tell us how much they enjoy the liveliness. Breakfast is amazing and such a treat. Highly recommend!

The Night Swan was lovely. Gorgeous area, beautiful home and common space and porch. Nathalie and David were very helpful and fun. The breakfast was very tasty and the ice cream in the freezer was a great treat in some hot weather. My daughter loved it. Would love to stay there again!

First of all, David, Nathalie and their family were great hosts. We were greeted on arrival and check in was a breeze. The inn was clean, quiet and our bed was very comfortable. Coffee was available daily by 6:30. Breakfast was delicious and offered from 8-9:30 daily. Overall we were very pleased with our stay. We will definitely visit again the next time we are in the area.

David & Nathalie are the most amazing hosts. They made our friend's wedding weekend at the Night Swan so welcoming. The property is beautiful, the rooms are comfty, and we had a great view of the water. Breakfast was always delicious and very accommodating of diet restrictions. We had our 3 month old with us and they made us feel right at home (breastfeeding & pumping mom). Nathalie is the sweetest. I cannot say enough great things about them and their bed & breakfast. I highly recommend! Thank you guys for giving us the best experience as a new family. It was truly appreciated.

Night Swan is a beautiful, warm and welcoming B & B.Upon arrival we were shown our room by David. The room was beautiful, well appointed and had a great view of the river.We spent a good amount of our time on the front porch and the dock across the street.Watching the many boats travel the intercoastal river. Nathalie and David are perfect hosts and treated us like family. The breakfast was excellent and amenities were abundant. If you looking for a place to get away and not have to deal with the beach crowds, Night Swan is your place.

The Night Swan is a beautiful restored home on the intracoastal. It is actually a complex of several buildings. We stayed in a suite behind the main building, which was very private. Hosts Natalie and David were very welcoming. Natalie made several delicious breakfasts, an omelet one day, and a quiche the next. This was a 2 night stay for us, coming from St. Augustine. David gave us great tips for local restaurants. Highly recommend Prima for pizza, and The Garlic for atmosphere and food choices. Thanks from Laurie and Bill, we hope to return one day.

Wonderful room and view! This is our second time and both rooms were great! We really enjoyed the hospitality and comfort! We could walk to our favorite restaurants. Our room had a little porch and we watched birds and dolphins on the river.
