Checked out early - Yes we saw the No Refund signs - after being treated in a nasty and inhospitable manner, as if we were invading someone's space and not as paying guests! Male owner rude, nasty and sarcastic, and contentious. Room air stale, bathroom...More

Clean, quiet, comfortable, and convenient, plus they take cats as guests!! My husband and I enjoyed our stay in a one bedroom apartment in this old FL style hotel. The courtyard is charming. Close to restaurants, the beach, and all activities.

Hi, Dogs are not allowed on the drive-on beach, in New Smyrna. However, there is a doggy beach, on the northwest side. Its called Smyrna Dunes Park. They charge you a day pass, like the drive-on beach. It's at the end of North Peninsula Ave, before the coast guard station, turn right and there should be a small hut in which you can pay. It's a fun beach.
