This place is horrible. Its filty, stinks. Couch is worn and stained. Patio is small with dirty white chairs. The bedroom window looks into the hallway, weird.. I wouldn't recommend this place to anyone or would I stay here again.

We stayed here this weekend and I have to admit I was not impressed. My Aunt had time share here so that is why we booked and if it wasn't for getting to see my family we definitely would not have stayed. We had a 1 bedroom ocean view. The view was good the balcony was tiny and the room was a corner room. The first experience should have warned us. My 4 year old handed us a bug he found on the floor. Upon looking around I noticed the sofa was stained and torn to where the cushion was hanging out. The resort is still pretty much closed off. No atm no gym no resturants and the only vending machine they have was a soda machine that had like 4 choices. When it came to put our babies to sleep we then noticed our bedroom window was an odd window that looked into the actual building. Then I noticed we had a shade but no blinds so the fluorescent lights shined through the entire night right in my face under the window. The babies even had a hard time sleeping in this bright room. When I spoke to the front desk her response was to hang stuff which they had nothing to give me to hang anything with. They didn't even have tape. Said I had no choice but to wait until the morning. Maintenance never showed that morning or afternoon until I had to make another complaint. They came right when the babies went down for a nap. They didn't have blinds and offered to move us. After already spending a night we were not about to pack everything back up and move for another crappy corner room. So they brought us tape....bkue tape which barely sticks and had us tape the curtain to the wall. So to say I was disappointed with solutions would be an understatement. No beach chairs or umbrellas available also keep in mind. No compensation offered. Also note with sand and other dirt being brought into the room there is no housekeeping so we went to sweep. Oh wait no broom just a dust pan! I do have to admit the pool was heated which was nice considering it rained and was cool one entire day. As a travel agent I would not recommend to my clients.

This condo resort is right on the ocean. Check in was easy, units were clean, it was a great location. Only a 2-3 block walk to souvineir shop, restaurants, bars. Very nice ocean area. I used this thru my TAN (Travel Advantage Network) I belong to. I couldn't pick exact unit in advance, and did not get ocean front from my unit (could see ocean from side view on my unit), but the building was right on the beach, and it really didn't matter. Clean, safe area! Would return!

Never go for hotels that say 1 room let. There is a reason why it’s the last room. Just spent my first night at this resort. It is old and needs updating, but the worst was the AC. Yes it worked, but every time it kicks on it is extremely loud. It kept me up the entire night. If it wasn’t spring break/bike week I would leave to find something else. I thought coming to the beach you be relaxing. Now I am dreading going to sleep tonight

Coconut Palms was an unexpected great get away. The staff was courteous and the property is well situated to the beach and Flagler. The rooms were clean and everything met our expectations. My fiancé and I had a great time. Thanks. We will come again.
