The carpet is unbelievably nasty! You need to wash your feet or wear flip flops in the room. That said, the rest of the room - the bed and the bathroom facilities were fine and clean. The lady working in the office was brusque and not helpful but the one giving out the breakfast bar in the morning was delightful & friendly.

Front desk staff were excellent and friendly. Location was great - amenities closed due to Covid19 situation. Little disappointed there was no coffee in the morning or a grab n go breakfast offered like most hotels during this pandemic. The room was old but clean. The bed was not the most comfortable I've slept on to be kind. Tough times so they get a free pass. Recommended during normal times.

I'm surprised this hotel has some 5 star reviews, the pictures are misleading. We rented 2 rooms we were happy to get them next to each other. We were across from the pool rm 121 and 123. The pool is not heated but small enough it didn't get too cold, we enjoyed the pool all 3 days and nights! This is a motel where there are probably people living there and everyone is outside smoking constantly. Gave me a headache. The rooms are a good size beds are hard as a rock and it smells of old smoke and mildew. For the price I didn't complain as it was only around $100 a night for each room. Bed skirts were dirty and carpet was dirty and sticky i had to lay towels down to walk around on. Employees were nice and helpful and its conveniently located to beach and restaurants etc. So we would probably stay again, it just really needs a deep clean and updating. Kids had fun running around the property.

I stayed 5 nights and I was actually impressed with the room. My room was very clean and I loved the fact I had laminate wood flooring and no worn or dirty carpet. The furnishings were well maintained and my room was located towards the end of the 2nd floor. They did supply 'do not disturb' signs so housekeeping didn't bother me or wake me up early. Check in/check out was easy and no hassle. Staff was friendly and helpful.

We had a wonderful time. They are the clean & brightest rooms w/all the help u could ask for. The hours for the pool perfect and keep very clean. The breakfast had a large verity of items to chose from and always very fresh.

Stayed here one night while on town on vacation. While the front desk lady was very nice and helpful about things to do and places to eat the room itself was not the greatest. When we first got there what seemed to me was more like a resident vs a guest started going on about a certain ethnic guest that was staying next door to us and that he wasn’t gonna tolerate the noise. The room itself the carpet was not clean and the room had a musty smell to it. Our “noisy” guests was no problem at all. The breakfast bar the next morning left a lot to be desired. It was a place to stay and that was about it. Next time we will stay across the street.

We arrive, the lady was friendly at check-in. We get our room and when we open the door, the smell of damp, moisture hit us in the face. No biggie at this point. We turn the air on 70 and all seems fine. The next morning, we all wake up sore. The beds are hard and stiff as a rock! We agreed we heard a whiney dog in the room next to us. We also notice the a/c is leaking into the floor. No wonder the moisture! I am about to fix a cup of coffee and find cat treats behind the coffee maker and check the water reservoir and it has moldy junk all in it. No coffee for us! We all get a shower and the drains are clogged and slowly draining. At this point, we are angry and go to the front desk asking for another room and tell her all the problems. The website says no pets. She says they are allowed, but they don't advertise it and I said your site says they are not! See my screenshot of the site. She then says they would get maintenace to fix the a/c and they would give us a new room when we got back from the beach. As this day progresses, we meet 2 different people that live there! Never a good sign! We get back from the beach, and the fronyt desk lady says "oh, we deep cleaned your room and all should be good." I still request for the other room as promised. Nope! They already gave it away to someone else! We go back to the room and the a/c was still leaking and drain still clogged. I know there are far worse places, but this is not a 3.5 star rating hotel and should be a last resort! Go elsewhere!

If you get the king bed with pullout couch. The bed in couch is like laying on springs. We asked for a rollaway bed and they only have 1 per floor (2) and it is just as uncomfortable. I stayed at this hotel because I was able to get a room. The price was way too much. The Manger Lynn was hard to find, when I did find her she was gossiping with housekeeping. I explained my problem with the room not being clean. My son went to the pool and was asked if he was a guest. He came back to the room very upset.He said Lynn( he looked at name tag) was very demeaning to him.

Lynne Meyers our Conference Center Manager has not been here since March since the conference center is closed, so I'm sure that is not who you spoke with. Right now with Covid-19 it is a trying time for everyone and new rules plus regulations we have to follow has changed the way things are done. We are Wyndham owners and try to stay with Wyndham everywhere that we go however, this was the worst place. I have ever stayed in my life and they were very clear that they do not like the fact that Wyndham owns their property. It takes 10 minutes for the hot water to reach your room, The sink does not drain after you brush your teeth or wash your hands for about 30 minutes. The floors are always Sandy. Not sure why we were there and did not go to the beach The Internet sucks go to Burger King. It’s much much better. All of the staff are RUDE!
