Had one desk clerk tell me one thing and another one (Black hair/glasses) tell me something else. Tried to make me believe what she said was the law, called the General manager Jay with NO response. Charged twice for my stay. Fixing to dispute charges and then I will file small claims.
Room was close to lots of restaurants. Traffic was heavy BUT we were there at beginning of Spring break...Traffic is always crazy then. Was in walking distance to several fast food places and a grocery store.
We stayed here after our car broke down when at the beach and we needed an inexpensice place to stay until the car was repaired. Room was not especially clean. And since it was a non-smoking facility, I was surprised to see someone lying close to the floor of their room and hanging out into the doorway smoking. Breakfast was what they called grab and go and was only muffins, coffee and juice.
Although it is conveniently located I believe it is in need of some upgrading. The front desk should be more responsive to customer needs. I asked if ZI can have a room on ground level as I am handicapped and the clerk would not oblige.
I stayed 2 nights. The room was nice and clean. Although they are a bit dated, maybe new furnishing will make it more attractive. There was a little patch on the bath tub, but hold water fine. The staff were nice. Small breakfast with juice and packaged strudels and muffins. Can't beat the price.
It was worth the price of stay had it been more expensive I would not had stayed. But overall the people were nice and the place was acceptable for a stay. The area is exceptional to visit and the restaurants were excellent.
The room was comfortable but the price of the room was far too expensive considering how dirty it was. Someone else's food was left behind in the fridge whenever I arrived, which was really gross. The bathroom also appeared to not have been wiped down properly since there was hair and dirt left behind. Also I couldn't walk around barefoot on the floor because anytime I would, the bottoms of my feet quickly became black with dirt. Everything else was fine and the bed was very comfortable. Overall it felt like the stay was far too expensive for how dirty the room was.
Older property, but well maintained and clean. Great location. Friendly and accommodating Staff. Pool is a little on the small side, but clean! Vending on site was stocked and maintained. Large Fridge with separate Freezer. Decent breakfast...included...juice, pastries, muffins.
I always stay here. I've had no problems. It's quiet, clean and affordable. A great location close to everything. A grocery store next door for when you are tired of the same restaurant food. I really like the new wood floors, a lot better than the old carpet.
Nonexistent Service - filthy floors, no resupply of towels unless you get them yourself, staffing shortage excuses offered for not having rooms ready for check-in or for cleaning them during the week (which did not happen), almost non-existent internet service, etc.
