Thought we were lucky to get the last camping cabin available. Skeptical of all the forms to sign and initial at check-in. We only stayed overnight, left cabin in the order we found it. Staff called 2 hours later to tell us they were charging $200 for smoking in the cabin, we don't even smoke. Beware of all the fees they can charge when you leave (large ridiculous list), I'd recommend you have them inspect before you check out. Very disappointing ending to what we thought was a good spot. Will never stay there again or recommend to friends.

After your check-out, our housekeeping team detected the smell of weed in the cabin you stayed in. As per our procedure, our lead housekeeper was notified, and they confirmed the smell. We then tried to contact you to discuss the issue, but unfortunately, the call was disconnected. We understand this must have been a frustrating experience for you. This campground took our deposit for this year last March, 2022, sent a confirmation like they have done for the past 3 years, then when we show up in January, 2023,they raised the price! They refused to honor the agreement of last year, and proceeded to inform us that they can raise the price at ANY time even with a deposit! I find this shocking and not honorable. We were never notified of the price change and in fact were told last year in writing that any price changes did NOT affect our site. I believe this is price gouging and our dissatisfaction is prompting this post. I did speak with corprorate and they informed me that it’s equivalent to a person going to the store and seeing something for sale at $25.00 and then returning the next day for the same item that is now $29.00 and wanting the $25.00 price. Yes, that was how they compared it. Incredible! That was the final straw and we will not be joining this RV park anymore. They have changed staff and it’s not for the best. Most of the time the internet does not work, cable isn’t right, heated pool is closed, besides the fact that you are packed in like sardines. It’s just not worth it. This campground has an amazing view. Our lot was next to the washroom, I was worried it would smell all the time but it doesn’t. They keep it clean and fresh. The only downside is everyone walked on our lot to get to the washroom so it’s never quiet and camping in a tent you are always aware of someone walking next to you which was bothersome. There should be a defined path and not just walk next to someone sleeping or eating.

We just stayed this past weekend in a cabin. The tv did not work, I reported it 2 times no one came, even though they said someone would. Good thing we had ipads for the 2 little boys to watch at night. Then saturday we heard a noise and seen a mouse or mice not sure how many they had, because we packed up and left as soon as the sun came up. We did report it to office and all they said was thank you for letting us know. We will not be returning.

The park was hit with lightning a couple of weeks ago, and we are still repairing and replacing TVs and the affected cable lines. We booked over mothers day weekend, we rented the coldwater cabin for two. It didn't have a shower or hot water. I was very skeptical but that faded once we got there! We used the bathhouse which is very very NICE! The whole property is spotless and so beautiful!! Everyone that works there is super friendly! I highly recommend. The beach isn't FAR at all. It's also on the bay and so pretty!

I booked online on a Sunday morning and received an immediate call from someone in hospitality to confirm the reservation. At this time I learned that there was an additional charge/child/night and that their clubhouse and all additional activities were closed and currently unavailable. I asked at this time to cancel my reservation, which to reiterate had been made only a couple of hours ago, and I was told that I still had to pay the $25 cancelation fee. I requested a call back from someone higher up in administration and was told they would call back the next day. They never called back, so I called them two days later. Again, I was given the runaround about how their cancelation fee was non negotiable and again I way told that someone with decision making ability would call me back. Once again no call back. So, I am done with them. Don’t care about the $25, but their customer relations and communication are terrible.…

The amount of hoops me and my wife have jumped through is ridiculous. They will not refund us our money even though we tried to cancel over a week before the scheduled date. Even to change the dates was another $200. Its ridiculous and the place wasn't even worth a penny we paid. Not anywhere near the actual beach. Place smelt terrible, trash everywhere, and VERY rude customer service. I give this trash place a negative review if I could. Not worth a penny

We have been here one night and here for a week. But in this time I can tell you it is clean, looks great and everyone has been wonderful! We will come back here next year!! The entire area is nice. Our RV site was easy to level. It’s just a very attractive place to park your RV.

Cabin was great!!! Bed is ok!! It makes noises but we brought our mattress pad and it was great!!! As for everything else it was horrible!!! When we got here on 7/5/21 the front desk lady was rude and I was told we were going to be close to the water when I made the reservation!! We tired to talk to her and ask her if anything was open and heard from staff they had cancellations but she was rude and didn’t even want to answer for next year either!!! When we got back to our cabin that is in the very front of the park!! (no water view at all!! ) She didn’t give us our booklet so we could use the WiFi and other stuff!! When we called the lady on the phones it was like she was annoyed with the call!!! Went to the pool on 7/6/21 and got attacked by gnats, mosquitoes and the pool was so cloudy!! Horrible to sit and enjoy yourself when your being attacked in the pool by bugs!!! Tried to call customer service that night on 7/6/21 and left message and we are still waiting for a call and it’s Friday now!! 7/9/21!! Sad thing is this was recommended by a friend because we came down here to get married and in was such a DISAPPOINTMENT for us!!!…

Absolutely the worst campground we have ever stayed at in over 20 years of camping. Their website completely misrepresented the campsite that we would be located in. They did give us a small discount because “their website” made a mistake. Apparently, we weren’t the only ones complaining about that. Keep in mind that we paid over $200 per night to stay there. Then, on our last night, we headed to the pool for one last dip in the hot tub to find that the pool was closed early. Upon calling the on call technician to find out why, we were informed that the pool was closed because “you couldn’t see the bottom of the pool.” He said “you can call the office in the morning” and then hung up on me. Stay away from this place. The pictures absolutely do not do it justice and I don’t mean that in a good way.…
