Detailed Reviews
My friends raved about this place so this year I finally got to experience the Lemon Tree Inn, I have to say it was so very cute, the grounds are so nicely groomed like a tropical botanical garden, the room we had was very functional and comfortable, I loved the screened in porch with the chairs and table, the pool was wonderful to take a dip in after a day at the beach. All the folks that took care of our needs while we were there was a plus, very attentive and helpful. I heard all about the resident kitty Lemon and i got to meet her, the location is wonderful for getting around by foot too would stay here again

So glad you got to stay with us and meet Lemon! She can be elusive - but always friendly in her own cat way! Thanks for the review!

This small motel is a good place to stay in Naples. Small and friendly with clean rooms. Rooms have either a patio or a screened in porch. All the rooms surround a pool/courtyard. The pool is about 30' long so not great for lap swimming. The breakfast is very limited but worth it because you can have coffee and bagel poolside or on your porch. Walking distance to Tin City, Wynns grocery store, and beach. Beach is maybe 3/4 mile away so if you are taking chairs and umbrellas best to drive. Rooms have fridge, coffee maker, microwave and toaster. The only downside is there is not much storage places or hooks for your belongings. The rooms are a good size but no dresser. We really enjoyed our stay and hope to return often. Also a very nice cat lives here. Check out the Naples Zoo while you are in town too.

A beautiful, cared for small but perfectly formed hotel. We're currently travelling around Florida and staying in a variety of accommodation at about the same price. Lemon Tree Inn wins hands down and it has been my absolute favourite. We had an enclosed porch overlooking the garden, which was great. Every room has a seating area outside the room, which is a highlight. The pool was clean and gloriously warm. We took advantage of the coin operated laundry facilities and bikes. The room was air conditioned, spacious with a queen sized comfortable bed (other rooms have kings and some have more than one bed) and contained fridge/freezer, microwave etc (check website/booking site for all amenities and facilities). Bathroom was immaculate, everything was clean as were the linen and towels. The hotel provides pool towels, which were large and cosy. Breakfast, served by the pool, was sufficient and ample (the coffee was great). Location is fantastic, everything is about 10-15 mins walk. Essentials are also within close proximity with CVS on one side and 7/11 on the other. Free parking. I was here for 2 nights, would have loved to stay longer, I had two of the best nights sleep on my trip. All the staff we met were delightful, very happy to help and it felt as though there was a real team approach to ensuring high standards. Would have no hesitation in visiting again and for longer.

The location is fantastic! Close to Fifth Avenue with all the shops and restaurants. Off street parking. Our room had a patio next to a courtyard with a gazebo. Some rooms have a screened in porch! A cat, named Lemon, came to visit whenever we were outside. The pool is a nice size and heated. We had it mainly to ourselves - many sun bathers but not many who actually got into the pool. Mixed crowed of people staying there but seemed to be mostly an older group. They said they had continental breakfast near the pool but we never made it there to check that out. The rooms are large - at least ours was. Nice bathroom. Having a toaster in the room as well as the microwave/refrigerator was a nice touch. We had daily maid service which we only came across in 2 out of our 7 hotels we stayed in on this vacation. Appreciated that.

My husband and I stayed here for a week on business. The location, cleanliness, rate, check in staff and charm was all great!! Unfortunately the bed in #113 was so hard we could not get a good night sleep and woke up sore. The tv sound went out the last night as well? The room was updated and maybe they just hadn’t got to replacing the mattresses yet.

This is a quaint, beautiful, and charming small hotel located within a short walking distance of the beach, old town, and 5th street. It is quiet and the staff was very nice and helpful. We do not care for chain hotels or resorts. This motel captures the spirit of tropical Naples. It is older and because of that, it has CHARACTER! The room keys are real keys! Pool is nice and the courtyard and garden around the pool is full of palm trees and flowers. Very nice atmosphere to sit and read, eat, or visit. It is not a luxury motel but it is clean, convenient, economical, and quiet. The walk to the beach is not long but is through a beautiful residential area. There is no public parking at the beach near the hotel so you may as well walk and enjoy the atmosphere.

This place is amazing. Due to the limited number of rooms here, it means it does not get crowded. The pool was so warm like a bath, anytime you got in it. Plenty of loungers to choose from around the pool. Laundry machines working and available too.
We hired pushbikes during our stay from here and when we got back from a day out, we advised the reception that the seat on one was wonky, loose and therefore uncomfortable. They reimbursed the fee without delay.
Towels for the pool are big and soft so comfortable.
Rooms and showers were very clean and clearly looked after.

Lemon Tree hotel is not the place to stay if you have any standards at all. I don’t need a fancy place but I do need a place that is clean! Lemon Tree was neither. Now I will admit we were trying to save a few dollars because we were spending a lot of money on our trip! We stayed here only 2 nights and I could not wait to leave. Upon arrival to the room I immediately started using my Clorox wipes. Hair in the tub and generally run down and gross. We had to call the front desk because the tv was not working. Floor looked like it had not been cleaned. Stuff from the outside all over it! The bed ugh! The sheets were itchy and the side of the bed I slept on went downhill. Sits in the parking lot of CVS.... and not a close walk to the beach as advertised. Horrible experience!! We had read the reviews and some were positive... clearly not the type of travelers we are.

Really pleased with this Inn. The location was great ...plenty of restaurants within walking distance . Both upmarket on 5th Street & more relaxed at Tin City. Beach a bit of a walk or short drive......we loved Clam Pass Beach so certainly a Drive.
Rooms were a bit tired but correct for the price....bathrooms all been up graded , linen , beds & towels all great which to us are important things. Fridge , iron , wardrobe ,was tired bit so less important.
Michelle on evening reception was super friendly but all staff very nice.

No, not all the rooms have a screen porch. Please ask to be in a room with a screened porch. Mosquitos usually only come out at dusk. You should be fine. Weather should be perfect too!
I am sorry but at this time the only animals we accept are ADA registered service dogs.
The 2 room suite is 115 I think. We stayed there last year.
I am sorry but we do not allow pets at the Lemon Tree Inn
