The customer service is very poor. During a pandemic, the water is turned off and no one in the hotel is notified. When we call down to speak to find out what is going on and when it will be turned back on, we are told it will be another hour. There was no notification and no bottled water to help us out - duh - washing hands - I thought was an important part to preventing the virus and for that matter - water to wash the sheets, keep the area sanitized, etc. When we inquire about water bottles, we are told there is one bottle for all the guests in the hotel. Who hired this person? She is the same one we had to deal with yesterday in regards to not accepting debit or cash for incidentals. But oh by the way, she says it states that on their website, Expedia, and Hotels.com...I wish I could show you the picture that says they accept credit cards, debit cards, and cash for incidentals to prove her wrong but what good would it do. I have tried to reach out to the general manager for some answers or at least to address our concerns and we have yet to hear form him/her. I can say that we will not be returning to Hotel Trianon - room 212 has a moldy shower and when the water works - a leak in the bathtub, and wet towels probably due to the leak. I wish we could say our stay was as good as everyone else's review but we will go back to giving money to a bigger named hotel company than endure another night here.

My wife spent a lot of time looking at and reading reviews on places to stay. And this was her choice. We had a pleasant 10 days with no issues or bad marks. Peter and the staff do a great job. It is a great location near 5th ave and all the restaurants, but in a nice quiet area.

The staff are very polite but the breakfast is really bad, no proper hot food or a real dinning area. The WiFi barely works and our room smelt of chlorine when we turned the air conditioning on. We asked staff to fix the WiFi and smell of chlorine but they did nothing. The pool area is nice though.

We normally stay at the Inn on the Fifth but having had a problem with noisy A/C in the room decided to look elsewhere. Found the hotel on Tripadvisor and was a little worried about some of the negative reviews but to our delight they were unfounded. This is a great hotel, centrally located and close to all the attractions of Fifth Avenue. I can only say well done to the management and staff for making the place a success. Thought I would mention a simple little plus point that made me smile. Ever been in a walk-in shower that had the taps located right under the shower head so when turned on showered you in cold water? Well not here. They located the shower taps well away from the shower head so no cold water surprises! Would I stay here again? Absolutely, we will be back next year!

Great location, walk to shops, restaurants on 5th Ave. Staff particularly courteous. At least two on the front desk had been there 16 yrs +: speaks well for management. Rooms clean, WiFi works fine. Not cheap, but not much in Naples is.
