The hotel is located very close to the station and the rooms are spacious. These are the only good things about this place. The locality where the hotel is located does not look safe. Hence you can't venture out after dark. The restaurant manager (in the evening) was rude. The breakfast spread is good, but though they say it starts...

The hotel was near 5th avenue and is located near the beach. The price was really good for this time of the year. It is really close to everything, in fact. Close the bike rental shops, restaurants, the Venetian village. The bar on the property offers some truly great food - this house salad and swordfish special of the day...

Nice welcome but down hill after that. Room needed an update, carpet was worn and dirty. Bathroom was tiny, toilet in the way. Vanity unit separate. Breakfast was shambolic, didn't know where to start. Very noisy room. On check out I was asked if everything had been ok, I said no, I got a quick reply of, oh I'm sorry...

We stopped for 4 nights and were very pleased. The pool was lovely and while there were busier times it was never too busy. It was good you could take your own food and drinks, although I would recommend Catch 41. The room was fine but the A/C was impossibly loud so we turned it down but then baked! Breakfast...

Nice bed and pillows. Vanity nice. Bathroom very small, roiket need repair pulls away from wall makes a loud sound. Very comfortable. Very quiet. No elevator. The breakfast was ok, however the drapery was weird and seemed out of sorts. No one on the pool. Grounds are beautiful and tropical, lots of orchids in the trees. Very pretty and well...

It possibly is the only affordable hotel in Naples within walking distance to the beach. The landscaping and the gardening really make the difference isolating the hotel from the outside noises and letting you enjoy the superb swimming pool.

There was an older maintenance tech with a pony tail who kept taking garbage out of his pockets and throwing it into the bushes. We saw him do this on more than one occasion. I cannot believe he would do that to his own workplace. Terrible!

This is our third time staying at your hotel so you can say that my husband and I have enjoyed it. The best part is the location. It's only about a mile from the beach at Lowdermilk Park, close to restaurants, downtown Naples and shopping. The hotel itself is very clean but I have noticed that there is a little wear...
