I traveled with two other girlfriends and spent 3 days at this boutique hotel. Our experience was simply amazing. The staff was top shelf, the Manager (Stephen D) couldn't do enough to insure that our experience was terrific, there were bicycles available to enjoy the exercise and sights, the pool was a perfect temperature, the room and its beds were so comfortable, and the breakfast that was included was the nicest I've ever had as a "freebie" to the rest of the stay. Are you getting the message that our stay was outstanding! Well, it was. Thank you. You will see us again next year.

We traveled to Naples from Jacksonville to visit our daughter and grandkids. Our stay at the Inn at Pelican Bay was wonderful and flawless. The staff was extremely professional, helpful and caring. There is one thing regarding breakfast. They provide hard boiled eggs instead of scrambled and no meats or potatoes. However if you like pancakes, waffles, and wonderful fruits especially strawberries, You’ve come to the right place. I would also mention the delicious donuts and other bakery items that were served every morning that were made in a local bakery. This a boutique hotel with 100 rooms, perfect ambience. The beach is a stones throw away about a mile but transportation is provided 9AM till 5 PM. My wife and I are avid walkers so we decided to make the trek. When we returned we took advantage of the hot tub and pool. The inn does not have a restaurant, but there are so many places to eat within proximity of the property. If you want a little relaxing downtime and enjoy reading, there’s a fully stocked library right next-door. What more can I say. Next year we will return.…

The Pelican Inn Naples welcomed my family with top notch hospitality. Stepping through the lobby, we were immediately struck by a very welcoming atmosphere. The staff throughout the hotel were very professional, friendly and extremely helpful, especially Krenar, the bellman. They were always greeting and smiling to us. The breakfasts were amazing, including the wonderful musician. The location of the hotel is great. The room was very spacious and well equipped with all essentials and fantastic view. I have no hesitation in recommending this hotel to anyone who wants to travel to Naples. Will be back soon.

One of the best hotels my wife and I have had the pleasure to stay at. The Inn was not only beautiful but the staff was superior to many I have dealt with. Krenar was so friendly, nice and helpful to us and made sure our stay went great. He is truly an asset to the Inn. Thanks for a great stay.

It was our first time at the Inn at Pelican Bay and we thoroughly enjoyed the whole experience. Breakfast was amazing whilst being serenaded by a Spanish guitar player. All the staff were wonderful including Geoff the bartender who made a drink in the evening a fun experience.

Can’t say enough about The Inn at Pelican Bay. Stayed four nights recently ; clean well appointed hotel , fantastic location close to beach and shopping restaurants etc. excellent breakfast and quiet comfortable oasis. The staff is great and it’s a family owned business that excels at customer service.

I just stayed for one night and left in the morning. The hotel has parking available, free wi fi, a nice little bar and exercise room but no restaurant. I ate locally though within walking distance. The room was a decent size with a lovely outdoor space and a view over the small lake / lagoon. Overall a pleasant stay with a good breakfast accompanied by a live guitarist.

our second time here. same fabulous staff as a year ago. the rooms are clean and bed is very comfortable. close to shopping and dining. the included breakfast is fabulous, lots of fresh fruit and waffles and made-to-order omelettes. if you're looking for a quiet, elegant and relaxing stay, this is your place. I needed some special task done and Jeff bent over backwards to help me. we love this Inn.
