This was a wonderful service that the Ritz offers. A great sunset photo shoot with an awesome photographer. My husband & I haven't had professional photos of us (without family) since we were married. The pictures turned out great. I would highly recommend taking advantage of this if you will be staying at either of the Ritz-Carlton properties in Naples. Our photographer, Ashley, was very nice & did a phenomenal job!

Hotel's Favorite
This was our 1st time at the hotel and all I can say is WOW! Despite the hotel undergoing significant renovations, the amenities that were open with the service provided were nothing short of excellent! Check in was easy: our room was available pretty early thereby allowing us to fully enjoy the pool and the beach. Our room was one of the newly remodeled rooms and it was lovely. There was visible construction view from the balcony with an breathtaking ocean view as well. We chose to focus on the ocean! Service at the beach was outstanding! We stepped onto the beach and immediately were set up with chairs, umbrellas and comfy towels. Andres and Leondes were terrific as was Eleyna! The private beach was quiet and beautiful. We had dinner at Dusk ( sushi) which was terrific! The breakfast buffet was out of this world with amazing service for my kids and me by Kelly! We had a late check out which was terrific too! We cannot wait to visit again likely once all the renovations are complete. Thank you for such a wonderful relaxing stay!

I am beyond SHOCKED how bad this hotel is. Please do NOT buy into the name "the ritz" - I honestly would have enjoyed a $100 hotel more than a stay here. The construction is SO loud and NON stop. The fact that they even let anyone stay here during a MAJOR renovation is beyond me. My girlfriend and I got woken up at 8am to a jack hammer which was quite literally right below our room. The pool is beyond ugly as it is surrounded by construction equipment. The photos I posted say it all - this resort SUCKS. They only gave us a $100 refund after informing them how awful our stay has been and that we arrived at 8 PM, slept, and got woken up at 8 AM to a jackhammer. On their website they do have a very small disclaimer that renovations are going on, however, you quite literally get woken up every single morning to heavy construction equipment at 8 AM on the hour. They need to be more upfront and honest. We changed resorts after the fist night and stayed at The Hyatt Regency - SO much better. I will NEVER stay at "the ritz" again. It is AWFUL.

This was my first time staying at this Gulf of Mexico beachfront property which is an eight-mile round trip to / from their sister golf resort location. I had done a tour here several years ago and liked what I saw. I usually vacation at the Marco Island JW Marriott, however it was time for a change. In contrast to the JW Marriott, it is much quieter and their beach has less shells and less people. The property was going to be under renovation, which I knew about when I made my reservation in February 2022. At that time, I was undersold on the impact of the construction. What I Liked: - It is an outstanding location. How can you beat being right on the beach and close to many outstanding restaurants? - They offer a free shuttle every hour to the Ritz-Carlton golf resort where they have a lazy river - Our dining experiences at Gumbo Limbo, The Grill and Terrazza were outstanding. Please refer to my TripAdvisor reviews of them. - We loved the attention and quality of service from the Valet team especially David, Goran and Juan. Juan, in particular, was amazing! These guys are true warriors and strong ambassadors for the Ritz-Carlton brand. - The beach, housekeeping and pool teams were excellent. At the pool, they offer ice cold fruit enhanced water, which was a daily treat on the way to the beach or at the pool. - We stayed in recently renovated rooms. The décor was excellent except for maybe too much marble. The amount of space, furnishings and the espresso machine in the room were great. - Various acts of recognition for our special anniversary milestone were greatly appreciated. What I Did Not Like: - I was never told the entire front lobby was under renovation. They repurposed a room just off the Valet area for a front desk / lobby. Walking into a spectacular lobby is always stimulating. - One of the Ritz-Carlton flying above the signature bell tower was limp, torn and tattered, while the other bell tower had no flag. Neither tower was lit. Instead of seeing the warm glow of the orange light. it looked like a hotel in distress. - In order to get to the part of the pool that was open, you had to walk through a construction area. I stubbed my toe at least twice on loose pavers at ground level. Construction was active all week by the pool and at one point the privacy fences were removed and active construction and noise visible. - The poorly designed automatic lights in the bathrooms need to be fixed ASAP before there is a serious incident. The lights going out quickly in the bathrooms creating a major safety issue when you are in the shower and then are left in total darkness. My wife was caught in total bathroom darkness while shaving her legs in the shower and had to yell to me to come in and turn on the lights. Her falling through the shower door would have turned on the lights but not saved her from injury. I also experienced the light problem. Even though I knew the situation at hand, I started having a panic attack because I could not find the shower door handle to get out. I fortunately found it before it got worse. The sensor does not pick up movements in the shower once the doors are steamed. Did no one ever think of that when this system was installed? - What I did not expect was the unacceptable mosquito problem. Just after my arrival, I was I bitten sitting outside the Moka coffee shop which in indoors. One night, I stood at the Valet stand for 3-5 minutes talking and ended up with over 30 bites! A Dusk hostess, the front desk staff and the Valet team were also dealing with significant daily mosquito issues It's just not right and should not be acceptable. I reported my concerns to the front desk staff since no senior staff employees were visible at any time. Not sure it ever got run up the escalation chain of command. - We had a broken dresser drawer that almost fell on my feet when it dislodged from the dresser as I opened it. I reported the problem to the front desk. After that, every day I would leave it out on the bedroom carpet and the maids would shove it backed not fixed. Eventually the maintenance resource showed up and just took it with him but never returned it. - A concerning example of the front desk lack of capability was that a particular staff member could not figure how to fold a letter in thirds so that it fit into a business envelope. I had to show her how it was done. Or, how they down-played our mosquito experience because they were also being attacked inside their location. The remedy was to offer me a bug spray wipe after I received the 30 plus mosquito bites. Lol, like that was going to help! - We had less than a positive experience at the spa front desk. Our questions and needs were met with indifference resulting in not making any spa appointments. Maybe when they get the place back into the 100% operational mode, things will improve. Until then, Marco Island sounds great to me.

We immensely enjoyed our vacation! We splurged by adding Club Level and don't regret it! Kristo was very helpful accommodating our family of 5 by recommending a king suite which gave us 800+ sqft with 2 balconies overlooking the beautiful clear water. We enjoyed our presentations of food throughout each day; everything was delicious and the staff, especially Esmeralda, but each one made us all feel special. We were able to enjoy the golf resort too which has waterslides and a lazy river. Each resort was fabulous! #RCMemories #Naples

The hotel has a great location and tons of amenities on offer. The rooms were spacious and in good order. The beachfront lunch experience at Gumbo Limbo was a high value, allowing for us to stay at the beach but cool off and eat for a moment. The bar at the Grill was also phenomenal, with a super knowledgeable bartender and lots of options. The construction limited the available space around the pool area and the lobby area was moved into an office area for check-in. The construction noise was not ideal at times outside, but an understandable occurrence.

We spent 3 nights for Easter celebrating my son's 7th birthday and had an amazing stay. This hotel never disappoints. We stayed in club ocean room. Highly recommend to book the club as their lounge serves upscaled and delish offerings. Overall service in the lounge and the pool was impeccable. Patty at the Club was the sweetest and made our son's birthday extra special. They became besties! Watson at the pool always remembers us and welcomes us back. Spa is a must! Facilities are very clean and the spa has a variety of amenities to use. Enjoyed indulging in the cold/hot plunge and loved my Hydrafacial very much. I can go and on as this is our home away from home, and quick 2.5 drive escape from Miami. We are coming back next Friday to end the summer break on a luxury note. This time around we did not book a club lounge room and our son is already disappointed and says he wants to see Patty :)

Even though we only stayed there for one night, the entire team convinced us from the very beginning. Starting with extremely friendly doormen and bellstaff, over to a very helpful and friendly check-in, everything was totally satisfying. Dinner was absolutely stunning and worth every single $. We will for sure book again, in case we ever come back to Naples. Highly recommend this hotel.

Back in February I had booked a room for a family member. I went to the Ritz Carlton webpage read my booking for February 25 through the 28th. I am a member with the Ritz Carlton and have stayed there many times so I was familiar with their pricing, or so I thought? Upon entering my confirmation I was then shown a total price that was four times the normal going rate for a room at this facility! within one minute I canceled the reservation this was egregious! Total shock to me we've made several attempts with the desk manager the front desk and other members of the Ritz Carlton upon my wife visiting physically Brandon Gould said he would take care of the situation! But after eight emails he has not responded there has been no communication to even work with us. This is a scam at the Ritz Carlton as there hiding behind a third-party that they hired to book their rooms. I encourage anyone who staying here to reconsider there are many other options in Naples with far better service. as a business owner here in Naples I will no longer set my customer up in this establishment. Gone is accountability!

Platinum Marriott member with lifetime loyalty. Resort not full and first check in air con not working, serious attitude from staff and overall such an unacceptable experience. Finally checked in, no upgrade despite lifetime status. Do yourself a HUGE HIGE HUGE favor and follow other reviews, go to another hote-literally run! Second Ritz lacklustre experience, same in Santa Barbara. I am over Ritz, Waldorf a million times better with the lowest status. seriously move on go to Hilton….
