My husband and I had an amazing experience staying here. We were impressed with the staff, from the valet, to the main desk, to the housekeeping and the restaurant staff there was not one person who wasn’t extremely kind and helpful. They have customer service in a hotel down pat and I wish other hotels could learn from them. I am 8 months pregnant and was treated with extra care from check in to check out and was even given a baby onesie as a present from a hotel worker. It truly was above and beyond sweet of them. The rooms were clean and very comfortable, with a good energy all around. The beach is beautiful and perfect for a fun day. The hotel pool is under construction right now, yes a bummer but will be back to enjoy it once it’s finished. Overall I give them my highest praise and really recommend staying here!

The construction is bad. What they don't tell you is that it is literally at the pool. The construction is loud, stinky (my husband got a headache) and you hear this noise all day long. So if you love the pool like I do don't come here and definitely not worth the price--at least not now (maybe after construction is over). Room was ok. It was clean, except for the underwear that someone left behind--not kidding someone left draws in the bathroom in one of the little cubbies. The room didn't smell that great, but they freshened it up.. It looked really clean though. Food is expensive as hell and not good. We paid $90 for $45 meal (1 Miami Vice, 1 vodka tonic, a quesadilla--which was gross--and a southwest salad with chicken--that was pland. Thaf's it folks! 90 bucks and it sucks. Beach is beautiful, chill and the highlight. You can order drinks there but not food. Ample chairs and umbrellas for everyone! Service at the hotel was good, super responsive, like they raced to the room. NO ONE wears masks. I had to ask a housekeeper to put on his mask before coming to my room. Sooooo...if you care about that like I do, this is not the hotel for you. So, this gets a 3 because of the construction AT THE ONLY Pool, the smell of the room (oh and the panties in the room) and the unreasonably high food and drinks. What saved it from a 2 was the beach and the quick service. Oh wait...one more thing: When I checked in as a Marriott rewards member, I asked for an upgrade. Didn't get it despite the fact that there was inventory. How do I know there was inventory? I checked my Marriott app just before and right after checked in. Hope this helps you!

Beautiful views, beaches and overall scenery. But, I'll agree with some others here that the hotel was very nice, but did not wow in the way that such a price tag would suggest. Also, they were still struggling to get back in action post covid and service had some hiccups, which we can all understand.

We enjoyed our getaway to the Ritz Carlton Naples. The resort property is beautiful, our room was clean and comfortable, and the staff was friendly. Thank you to Joe for the very warm and friendly welcome, Max at valet for the friendly service and conversation, Hailey for being super sweet and delivering the best drinks on the beach, Miles for great service at Gumbo Limbo, and especially Bichette the hardest worker on the beach who works from sunrise to well past sunset.

Absolutely beautiful hotel, very crowded pool area, lovely atmosphere. The gym is well run and the spa area is excellent. Service is impeccable. Very clean and inviting but busy in season! We loved the ocean views from every vantage point!
