Thank you for such a great experience! Loved the property and the fact we were only about a mile from the beach was awesome! Our little "condo" was clean and very comfortable. Our unit had a washer and dryer! That was awesome! If they begin to update the condo's it will be PERFECT! We will be back again in the...

I stayed at the Park in February 2017. Our rooms were clean and comfortable. We had a balcony that looked out over a small "river" on the property. We loved walking over the bridge to the pool and seeing the ducks and turtles swimming in the water. We enjoyed restaurant- Pate's, and especially liked happy hour. The food was good...

We have stayed at Parkshore Resort for a number of years and the beauty of the resort continues to amaze me. Condos can be rented through private owners, or through Sunstream Resorts. Each privately owned condo is decorated and managed by the owner, not the resort, so the décor is different in each one. The property is beautifully landscaped and...

Their website video is actually a compilation of photos from their different facilities, not just Park Shore Resort. They depict rooms overlooking the gulf that do not exist at this resort. This is very misleading. With other hotel chains (Marriott, Hilton, Hyatt, etc.), when you go to their specific locations, you will see photos from only that location.

The unit we stayed in was immaculate, very nicely decorated, roomy, and the kitchen contained everything we needed for our brief stay. The resort is within walking distance of a Publix. The grounds are beautifully landscaped, the staff very pleasant. We will definitely stay here again!

The grounds and facilities at the resort are very nice. Beautiful setting. Its particularly pleasant a night. It's also like a bird sanctuary. Waking up to bird song was wonderful. The pool is very nice and the kids loved it. A bit small but nice. They have plenty of things to do, even on a rainy day. When it comes...

Dear Martyn G, Thank you for taking a moment to provide us with your feedback. While we’re glad you enjoyed our beautiful grounds and pool area, we sincerely apologize if the cleanliness of your accommodation was not up to par. I can assure you the description of your stay is not at all reflective of a typical Park Shore experience....

Spacious 2 bedroon 2 bath, condo reasonable price for what you get, good location walking ditance to Publix, and Fresh Market. We enjoyed our stay at Park Shore, the only thing that could improve will be to have washer and dryer in the room, there are coin washing machines but is a little bit of a hassle to have to...

Stayed in a two bedroom apartment for two nights and it had everything one needs. Full kitchen and really good beds. Its expensive though, but everything in/near Naples is ;-) Its a resort style hotel with nice gardens and the buildings are a maximum of two stories high. When on the second one you need to climb som stairs with...

I had found this place on Airbnb and didn't realize it was a regular "resort". I thought someone was renting out their condo in a regular condo building so we were pleasantly surprised by all the amenities. A gorgeous, really large pool, hot tub, on site restaurant and lovely, well kept tropical grounds. The condo itself had everything we could...

I booked a 2 bedroom apartment for 5 people. The rooms were large and very well appointed, the kitchen had everything we needed, we made a few meals during our stay. There were 2 bathrooms, one with a bathtub adn the other with shower only. I loved the pool area and the jacuzzi. It was much better value than getting...
