Kimberly was outstanding at her job. She went above and beyond to ensure that the many members of our party felt like they were the only ones she was serving each time we visited. GREAT JOB! She is excellent at her job and I would highly recommend visiting her.
I absolutely love staying at the Bayfront Inn! The hotel is clean with all of the accommodations that you could ever need. The pool is never crowded which makes it very easy to drink a piña colada and read a book. There is also live music on Thursday to Saturday evenings. The people who work here are really what have exceeded my expectations, however. They are all so kind and really go out of their way to make sure that you enjoy your stay! As someone who came here solo, this was very important to me! 10/10! Also, the lobster ravioli is where it's at!
Thank you for everything, the resort is wonderful with an awesome view of the bay. The room was very clean with an awesome view. The pool was also very nice and had friendly staff. Front desk Nikki was friendly and very helpful. We will recommend this resort and come again.
We were in town for a Pickleball Tournament and chose this hotel for its location. Sadly that’s about all it was good for. This hotel is in major need of renovations. It’s an old Florida hotel with small rooms and the bathrooms are the size of a small closet. No water pressure in shower and Luke warm water at all times. All furniture is chipped worn, walls in need of paint… the list goes on. The location is very centralized and easy to walk to things. But also on a very busy intersection so you hear car noise at all hours. The tiki bar attached to the hotel is very convenient if only the staff was more organized. We sat at the bar and continually had to ask our bartender for drinks etc… he seemed overwhelmed with too many other things going on. Very disappointed in the amount of money spent for two nights. Will not be returning.…
This place is great , everything is a short walk , from the parking lot to the hotel to the pool ect. Nice restaurant at the hotel overlooking the water and just across the parking lot are some nice restaurants. There is also a free shuttle service that we didn’t try but will take you around the area. We will definitely be back.
This hotel was in a perfect location right on the bay & about a 10 min walk or 2 minute drive to 5th Ave. There are a few food options right near it along with the picturesque bay full of boats & fishing charters you can rent. We enjoyed sitting on a bench near the bay at night. The staff was very friendly & helpful. The lobby was spotless & we saw them scrubbing the floors. It was great how accessible everything was. You get complimentary coffee in the morning & water & free beach chairs to take to the beach. A shuttle to/from Naples Pier beach would've been great but not essential since it's a 30 minute walk. The rooms are a little small but clean & the bed was very comfortable. You do get a mini bar size refrigerator to use & a Keurig. The pool was very clean & enjoyable. Just as a suggestion, the hot tub should be re-painted & the jets could be stronger. We also liked that the rooms were quiet & non smoking. We were surprised that there was no nightly entertainment as was advertised on the hotel website. We would've loved that. Yet, the Cabana bar had it on Sunday. The pina coladas at Bambu need to be improved. As a suggestion for safety, there should be a card swipe for both, the pool area entrances & to use the elevator to get to rooms. Otherwise, we would stay here again. Thank you!…
Please don’t t trust photos of this property, they are very deceiving. Rooms are very small and musty moldy smelling. The whole property is very dated and there are dirt and decay all over the hotel. Even the fans and furniture in lobby is falling apart. We opted not to stay at the property as the luxury room was not luxury at all, but very small. The property is right on busy interception and it’s very noisy. The drunken people were stumbling around hotel lobby at 4pm in afternoon when we were attempting to check in. It’s not worth the premium price they try to charge for the room. Room was dirty, stains on bed and chipped furniture. Hotel needs total gut up and renovation. There are much better options is Naples with friendlier staff and better, cleaner room.
Where to start…. I wanted to surprise my wife for our anniversary and booked the best room in this Hotel. The photos and reviews are great. But the reality: The room is small, smelly and outdated. The bathroom is small and the size of a closet. Looking at the photos this looks like the standard room but not the Luxury King as advertised. Back at the Reception the General Manager explains to us that all Rooms are the same size and this room is $200 more since it is on the 3th floor. The bigger rooms are the Junior Suites. After nearly begging he shows us a Suite. Facing the Main-road, laud and filthy. Chips on the Floor, Stained bed cover. We are pointing this out to him but it’s like that’s good for Guests. The Price we was willing to pay came over $435 for 1 night and was worst hotel we have seen in Florida! We refused to stay in this dirty, smelly rooms and have left very disappointed the Property! Went just a little further and got a Room cheaper, clean and good size and…., nice Staff! Stay far away!!…
When we checked in the receptionist was not very friendly and did not tell us anything about facilities that were available we had to ask several times. Also we were not happy with the room location facing a major construction project across the street from out window. At 7;30 am the heavy equipment and rock crushing would start and wake us up. We asked for another room but were told that was the only room available to us even though the hotel was not full
We stayed at this great little hotel a month ago and will definitely be back. It is perfectly located on the water and within easy walking distance to restaurants and shopping. The king sized bed was extremely comfortable and the rooms were very clean. The little restaurant on the patio with the thatched roof overlooking the water had great service and food. A fun and relaxed atmosphere. We loved that they had bikes and pontoon boats to rent and took advantage of using both. The only reason I can’t give the hotel 5 stars is the coffee. There is nothing better than being able to get a good cup of coffee or latte after sleeping on such a comfortable bed. Sadly, the coffee was underwhelming, if not bad. That could easily be fixed with the investment of a good coffee machine.
