Good and professional service. Great location. When we arrived we had a great welcome. The gentleman in the bar was very professional and the service was excellent. The kitchen is great! Good breakfast. We went to a morning run, there was a great trail nearby.
We had a wonderful time during our stay at Bayfront. The hotel is located in a busy area very close to restaurants, shops and on the bay adjacent to a marina that rents boats and offers taxi rides on the water. We enjoyed a pleasant walk to downtown where we went to the beach and enjoyed the stores, galleries and restaurants. The hotel offers a great restaurant that overlooks the bay with good food. They also have rentals available for bikes, cars and boats. The pool is convenient and clean which is perfect for an afternoon dip. The staff was pleasant and helpful. There is plenty of free parking and the WIFI works well. Our room had all the necessary amenities and a very comfortable bed. We would recommend this hotel for a great stay in Naples.
Bayfront Inn.. we love Naples and visit every year .. stayed here last week.. service was lovely.. nice view .. close to downtown.. room was old and tired.. definitely not worth over 500 a day.. truly needs a redo.. small old furniture.. dark.. would be a great place if they redid it.. so many other hotels we stayed at had nicer rooms.. pictures are probably from a long time ago.. has potential but very tired!! I give it max 3 stars.. probably 2
I had lunch at the Bamboo Bar and Grill at the Bayfront Inn on 5th Ave. The view is fantastic. Had a chicken quesadilla and it was delicious. The service by my server Kimberly was top notch. She was attentive and sure I always had what I need both food and beverage wise. I watched her work and she hustles and not only waits on the tables/bar but does other little things to help the team and operation (clean up tables, cut up limes for the bar, etc.) She was always on the move. Great place for a bite to eat and have a few drinks.
I would give a minus if I could. Bartender was the rudest, most arrogant and degrading person I have ever had the displeasure of interacting with. He started an argument with us at the bar because my son simply asked if he was a bartender. I cannot even explain the extent of his tantrum. He completely humiliated us, screaming. The. Later actually said all Americans are stupid. Then “Americans are retards”. After the initial interaction, I tried to complain to resolve the situation and was told no one was present to take my complaint. Then magically a manager came to talk to my husband after being told a manager was not there. Nothing was done to alleviate the situation and the bartender was allowed to continue his comments to us. Disgusting and unacceptable. Never again. And would highly suggest staying anywhere else. I would expect more from any hotel, but in Naples….really! I expect more. Left a very bad taste and really don’t think I will ever visit Naples again after this.…
Great location, excellent guest services. Room was clean and comfortable. Retaurant service was excellent, food was delicious, good customer service. We've statyed at the Bayfront Inn several times and always had a great experience. We go there for drinks whenever we're in the area.
The rest of the stay was fine. Food was good. Coffee in the lobby in the am was good as well. As anywhere these days there was someone smoking pot on our floor and there were kids running up and down the hallways yelling.
Our stay was the best! An excellent room with a beautiful view! Our meals were delicious and drinks as well. Our server KIMBERLY was outstanding in every way. She is attentive, sharp, positive and great tips on things to do. Five stars for her and going out of her way. Great vacation!!
Best hidden gem in Naples. The service was beyond wonderful, food was amazing and every member of the staff made you feel extra special. Would never stay anywhere else. This is " My Happy Place" Have been going there once a month for over 2 years and it alway leaves me amazed
Kudos to Liz Meza for fabulous customer service. When I went to check in yesterday, there was a problem with my Travelocity reservation. Liz worked for over 30 minutes to resolve the issue and ended getting up getting me a better rate. She did this while continuing to help other hotel customers and answering the phone.
