The Park is clean, neat and Hank Audet & his assistant, Kelly, are top-notch. They are friendly, efficient and eager to please and take care of their guests. As a Sun Community RV Park, the facilities are well cared for and the Park is within 15-20 minutes of downtown Naples and Marco Island.

Full time residents are friendly and helpful. Sites are pavered, large and private with substantial shade and newer picnic tables. Water pressure is great along with good electrical service that is reliable.

As someone who has traveled to many FL RV Parks, I'm confident that Naples RV Park will exceed your expectations. We will definitely return to this RV Park.

We have enjoyed spending the winter seasons at Naples RV Resort since 2012. What drew us to the park was the abundance of beautiful trees. The natural tree shade is so appreciated and valued. I often hear newcomers comment about the friendliness of the residents. It’s truly a special place where people care about each other in a very valued manner. The sunshine, old friends and amazing amenities beckon us to return. Naples is an amazing city with a myriad of activities and cultural events throughout the season. Naples RV Resort manager Hank and office staff Dee and Kelly work diligently to ensure a most pleasant stay. Well done ...!

We stayed here for almost 2 years and we loved it! Hank is the manager and he has done a wonderful job updating sites and taking care of things that needed to be done. Kelly works in the office and is always so friendly and helpful. If we are ever in the Naples area again this is where we will stay!

Entrance is somewhat inconvenient.
Nice clean park. Staff was friendly overall. Felt safe and secure. Very tight roads for big rigs. Sites for big rigs have a view of storage facilities. Pool is nice and clean. Quite a few residents. Decent basketball and pickle ball court. A little overpriced for what you get.

Bought tennis rackets to play with our daughter- wore sandals and management came over to let us know that our shoes were unacceptable only tennis shoes are allowed, and also that it is a “pickle ball” court, not a tennis court, but they would allow what we were doing. Email sent out to everyone next day reminding all guests that it is a PICKLEBALL court, not a tennis court, not a volleyball court, just pickle ball. Saw another family playing volley ball the next day in sandals, thankfully they had a good time and left before someone sent management over 😂 Seemed petty to me.
*Shoes other than tennis shoes could damage their court.

Hello, Thank you for taking the time to provide this feedback. Because of the structure of this court and for the safety of our guests, our pickleball court is designated for this game only. We understand that this may have been a bit of a disappointment and hope this does not detract you from staying with us again.

A gem of a campground in Naples! Super friendly staff and residents. Hank, Kelly Dee and Jeff are fabulous!!

This resort is just the right size and the trees are a beautiful asset. Nice pool and community center with a variety of daily activities, plus pickle ball, corn hole and shuffleboard. Pets are welcome too!
Close to shopping, lots of restaurants, Marco Island and downtown Naples. The bike trial is right out front and it's an easy drive to several parks for a hike and all things natural Florida.
The resort is incredibly well maintained all around and the comfort stations are clean and well equipped.
Book your stay and come and see why all of the veteran residents and newcomers alike say that it's the best park in Naples!

My first impression was that the roads are very narrow. My second impression was the amount of cars sticking out into the street, the spots are exceptionally small and there is barely room for an RV and a vehicle. This can give the impression of a used car lot. While there are many trees on the property, there is no effort of the staff (which seems to consist of one person) to clear the leaves on the rental sites. There are several full-time RVs and park models, on the property. There are two noted problems with this property. There is a full time resident that drives a very loud pick up truck. To make matters worse, he works nights. He is known throughout the campground as quotation Mario quotation. You can hear his truck no matter what site you are in. It cranks up around midnight and comes back around 6 AM. His departure is quite noisy as well as it seems his entire family comes out to have a loud 30 minute conversation with him before he leaves. The second issue in the campground, is an elderly woman who sits outside her camper throughout the day screaming, “hello” and “is anybody there?” “Anthony is that you?” If you are in any of the sites near the swimming pool, she is right there. However she is so loud you can hear her throughout the campground. The site I would avoid are along the wall on the pool side. There are houses along this wall that have dogs that bark all night. At the time of this writing, there was construction going on behind the wall and trucks coming and going at all hours. This is not a gated community and not in the best area of Naples, and a variety of unsavory vehicles pass through the campground on a daily basis. You are about 20 minutes from Naples. The other issue with this campground is you must enter and exit on Collier Boulevard which is a one-way four-lane highway. The sites are as close as you can possibly get to one another. The joke in the campground is you can hear peoples conversations inside their campers. That is absolutely true what is also true is you are so close to them you can actually hear them walking inside their trailer. What people seem to love about this campground is it has trees. The downside of the trees is the leaves fall and there is no one, absolutely no one even in the rental sites, that picks up the leaves. Whether you are a resident or a renter, you are responsible for picking up the leads in your site. If you do not pick up the leaves, and they sit and rot on the ground, you will be overrun with palmetto bugs.

New manager has helped. Before you book this campground make sure you know how close you will be to other trailers. A lot of the sites are pretty close. Some sites are very close to park models. Better with the new manager.

This place is amazing. We stumbled upon it while looking to move further south on our travels in Florida. We booked for two weeks, but stayed a month. The most friendly staff (outstanding in EVERYTHING they do) and the most friendly campers/residents I've ever met.

This is a quiet, peaceful park. The pool is just icing on the cake.

If you are planning to visit Naples, I would check out this place. You won't regret it!

Very nice park with nice trees and foliage for a lot of shade. The pool is clean and well kept and the people that stay here are very friendly. Compare this park with other parks in the surrounding area and you will definitely want to book here.

Nice, quiet park with some permanent residents. The staff was very friendly and professional. Streets are very narrow and our site was tight. We had to park our truck next to the camper so were unable to open our awning. Decent sized and very clean pool. A good value and great location.

Answer from BC-SunRVResorts
Site space would depend on the particular site, but we do offer overflow parking if your car does not fit on the site. Due to the hurricane, many of our picnic tables have been blown away or severely damaged. We are working to re-supply each site with a picnic table, but we have not yet replaced all the tables; again, this would depend on the particular site.
