This was a very surprising experience. My husband and I actually rented a camper for 2 months and stayed at this resort. We thought we might have enjoyed it but we fell in love with everything about it. It’s like being in a small community where all the people are so friendly. So many activities to choose from and a lot Of mature trees that make it so comfortable. We have so many new friends that we will get to spend our winters with now, because we bought a camper and have become 6 and 6rs
My first impression was that the roads are very narrow. My second impression was the amount of cars sticking out into the street, the spots are exceptionally small and there is barely room for an RV and a vehicle. This can give the impression of a used car lot. While there are many trees on the property, there is no effort of the staff (which seems to consist of one person) to clear the leaves on the rental sites. There are several full-time RVs and park models, on the property. There are two noted problems with this property. There is a full time resident that drives a very loud pick up truck. To make matters worse, he works nights. He is known throughout the campground as quotation Mario quotation. You can hear his truck no matter what site you are in. It cranks up around midnight and comes back around 6 AM. His departure is quite noisy as well as it seems his entire family comes out to have a loud 30 minute conversation with him before he leaves. The second issue in the campground, is an elderly woman who sits outside her camper throughout the day screaming, “hello” and “is anybody there?” “Anthony is that you?” If you are in any of the sites near the swimming pool, she is right there. However she is so loud you can hear her throughout the campground. The site I would avoid are along the wall on the pool side. There are houses along this wall that have dogs that bark all night. At the time of this writing, there was construction going on behind the wall and trucks coming and going at all hours. This is not a gated community and not in the best area of Naples, and a variety of unsavory vehicles pass through the campground on a daily basis. You are about 20 minutes from Naples. The other issue with this campground is you must enter and exit on Collier Boulevard which is a one-way four-lane highway. The sites are as close as you can possibly get to one another. The joke in the campground is you can hear peoples conversations inside their campers. That is absolutely true what is also true is you are so close to them you can actually hear them walking inside their trailer. What people seem to love about this campground is it has trees. The downside of the trees is the leaves fall and there is no one, absolutely no one even in the rental sites, that picks up the leaves. Whether you are a resident or a renter, you are responsible for picking up the leads in your site. If you do not pick up the leaves, and they sit and rot on the ground, you will be overrun with palmetto bugs.…
Entrance is somewhat inconvenient. Nice clean park. Staff was friendly overall. Felt safe and secure. Very tight roads for big rigs. Sites for big rigs have a view of storage facilities. Pool is nice and clean. Quite a few residents. Decent basketball and pickle ball court. A little overpriced for what you get. Bought tennis rackets to play with our daughter- wore sandals and management came over to let us know that our shoes were unacceptable only tennis shoes are allowed, and also that it is a “pickle ball” court, not a tennis court, but they would allow what we were doing. Email sent out to everyone next day reminding all guests that it is a PICKLEBALL court, not a tennis court, not a volleyball court, just pickle ball. Saw another family playing volley ball the next day in sandals, thankfully they had a good time and left before someone sent management over 😂 Seemed petty to me. *Shoes other than tennis shoes could damage their court.…
What a gem we found. The property is great and the Staff was exceptional. Hank , Mike , Charlie and Kelly went way beyond expectations. We have traveled full time for over four years. I believe to be the BEST experience we have had in all our travels. Many thanks to all for taking care of us.
We stayed a week and thoroughly enjoyed it. Meet and greet, pool, laundry, showers. Everything was great. Kelly and Hank were amazing! We met some new friends and looked into the 6 for 6 for Canadians as we plan to retire in Naples.
The staff and amenities are always fantastic! Hank makes sure everything is perfect for us! With shopping close by and a pool on site, you can’t go wrong! We love coming and spending our time here! Year 5 in the books! Highly recommend!
The Park is clean, neat and Hank Audet & his assistant, Kelly, are top-notch. They are friendly, efficient and eager to please and take care of their guests. As a Sun Community RV Park, the facilities are well cared for and the Park is within 15-20 minutes of downtown Naples and Marco Island. Full time residents are friendly and helpful. Sites are pavered, large and private with substantial shade and newer picnic tables. Water pressure is great along with good electrical service that is reliable. As someone who has traveled to many FL RV Parks, I'm confident that Naples RV Park will exceed your expectations. We will definitely return to this RV Park.
We've been coming here since 2018 and can't stay away! Wanted to do a shakedown run in our new motor home with the kids and stay the weekend. Problem solved when I talked to Hank and Kelly at the resort. They quickly found several options to accomodate our rig. We ended up taking a beautiful site and settled in for some food, family, great friends and fun! Thanks Hank and Kelly! We will definitely be back! Great place!
Great Park!!! Pool, showers, bathrooms, laundry room all clean and well taken care of. Our site was perfect, shaded and had a shed so we could keep things in it as well. We stayed 1 month and our dog enjoyed the dog park,, and the bike path. The Pool was awesome to relax and get cooled off! Kelly and Hank were very friendly and helpful. We will return !!!
