Don’t let their pictures fool you!!! The beautiful concrete sites are NOT for transient campers. If you have a camper longer than 18 feet DO NOT come here. We have a 25 foot travel trailer and had to ask people to move their cars to allow us the room to make the corners and back it in. Even with that we couldn’t get it squared up. The sewer hookups are about 8-10 inches above the ground and in our case our outlet is lower than their connection. That’s never good. The roads are so narrow 2 vehicles cannot pass each other without driving on to someone’s grass. It’s a senior community and the residents are nice but it is NOT a campground. It’s like a sardine can. Our slideout is only 8-10 feet from our neighbors While having breakfast outside, the maintenance staff ran lawn mowers within 4-5 feet of where we were sitting at our picnic table. Later the same crew came by with leaf blowers, again 5-6 feet away. We had to wave them off. There must be a better place somewhere in the Naples area.

We checked in on Jan 1, the beginning of the busy season. Our 40' RV was directed to an organized group of volunteer residents who were happy to check us in and help us back into our site. They encouraged us to set up first then visit the office to settle our bill the next day. The staff was just as helpful and accommodating. The sites are huge, the people are friendly, and it is close to shops and restaurants. We will definitely look at booking for next year!

Just got back from another trip to Lake San Marino in Naples, I would have to say this was a disappointing stay. Let me say before I start, I booked this trip more than a month in advance, upon my arrival I was told I had no dishwasher and maintenance would come in the morning to hook up. I do not want to start my vacation with a maintenance call! The night moves on and I realize the air is not getting below 76, if you have been to Naples you know the heat I would be dealing with. I advised my contact in the morning, at that time the thermostat was adjusted and we were waiting to see if it would resolve the issue. The next day, I was in the 80's inside my trailer, my husband has had a heart attack and has many health issues that keep him from being in the heat and I advised all of that fact. The maintenance men came and said they needed to call a company to come out which they did and was told they would be there around 5:30. Didn't show till 7:00pm if they even did! We had prior dinner arrangements so we were not there, was told via text we would be relocated for the night upon our arrival back from dinner. I truly feel Michelle the office rep should have made that decision earlier in the day as now we had to move in the night. Also Michelle was highly unprofessional I would have to say, her attitude was not that of someone whom works in a customer service based industry. The next day we were told the air conditioner was frozen and we would have to stay another night in the secondary unit. In addition to all of this, upon arrival I felt like the unit (63) was dirty and could have been more prepared for any guest. When we were moved to the other unit, it was in great condition but would be rented on Friday so we could not move to that unit, had to go back to the jacked unit. Also, their cable package is HORRIBLE, I cannot remember but do not remember not being able to watch cable. This time, for anything like Food Network, MTV, etc, didn't have. You raise your fee's and lowered your standards! Not happy this trip at all!.
