The staff was nice. My review is about the cottage in the back Row D. The cottage is in dire need of a good deep clean, baseboards, painting, and update inside. Its old. And not what I expected. The Headboard on the bed has stains all over it we covered it with a sheet. The wall next to the toilet was very dirty and needs cleaning or repainting. The couch is old and has many scratches and cracks in it. The recliner was dirty you could see where people sat. Most disgusting was a tooth brush holder that was dirty on the inside with someone elses spit. Should never have a tooth brush holder because of COVID. The towels were disgusting. White and filthy. Stained. The floor boards looks like vinyl but it’s peeling like wall paper. Someone should think ahead and glue that piece down before it rips even more. I have stayed in a few cottages at other RV resorts and they were very nice newer and updated.

The grounds and all the people that worked there were great, but the Manager was aweful. Asked if we could move to another site and said absolutely not, however, 2 sites down the people had left and site was available. Also unwilling or not interested in helping us with the cable hookup. Since we were practically in the street because our RV was too big for that site, we decided to leave early and the manager, "Charlie" gave us a hard time and wanted to know why we weren't leaving at that moment. I was taken aback by the fact that this was none of his business.

This is a beautiful resort with super nice staff members. Ken escorted us to our site and helped us get situated. Jen in the office was very kind and accommodating. Internal roads close to the sites are perilously skinny. Site C-7 was a bit tight for our 28 foot RV but we enjoyed the concrete pad. Loved the free cable box with hundreds of channels. So awesome! Free wifi at the site worked during our first day but then it mysteriously disappeared. Kitchen staff offers inexpensive breakfast and lunch items for only $2.00 each. Wow what a steal! Clean bathrooms and showers. Pool looked great but we didn't try it.

What a wonderful surprise to have found Club Naples! It exceeded all of our expectations. We stayed in D34 Cottage and couldn't have been happier! The cottage was well maintained, clean and had everything you needed, minus 'your' own supplies, i.e. food, drinks etc BUT everything else was there. Large, comfortable, and had a front porch, that we really enjoyed. Charlie, Mike and their staff were great, friendly and ready to help with anything you needed. I would stay here again. All people in the park are friendly and welcoming, you have nice pool, hot tub, area to sit out of sun by pool, tennis courts, pickle ball, dog park. And the location is great, 25 -30 minutes to most all parks and beaches, including Marco Island. You won't go wrong staying here ... thank you for a great stay! Stayed April/May about 4-5 weeks while we were waiting for our forever home to be finished.

We had an excellent stay at Club Naples. The employees were over the top helpful and very friendly especially the maintenance fellow named Mike. We have made long lasting friends and have enjoyed many of the parks activities. I would highly recommend this park.

I have to say that we have stayed 2 months at this park and have booked 3 months here for next year! Although the sites are tight the employees at the park will help you get your rig in place! Mike who is the head of maintenance was spectacular from the get go. There was a power issue at the box when we got here and he was down at our site to repair it in no time! Helped us get our cable up and running as well. The park is very well maintained. Tom is out every morning blowing off the pickle ball courts and cleaning up the palm trees. I can’t say enough about the activities here at the park even with COVID guidelines in place. The pool and hot tub and the chairs are sanitized daily and there are breakfasts and lunches several days a week for a very nominal fee. All in all the employees are very friendly and helpful and the guests at the park couldn’t be friendlier ! You won’t be disappointed with your visit here at Club Naples !

Well if you really like camping this is not the place for you this is more about old people in an Mobile home park! Very little open area everything is stuffed in and you have about 1 foot of grass on each side of you so if you have any pets this place will drive you nuts especially if you’re at the back because the dog parks all the way at the front. Good luck if you have an extra long unit because driving through this place is like a maze. This is the worst place we’ve ever been to and very expensive on top of that

This is a great RV park with lovely cottages. The whole site was immaculate and very well maintained, the pool was lovely and other facilities second to none. Really couldn't fault it. Charlie is a very friendly guy. The check-in process was easy, we were expected and made to feel welcome. Good value for money, we will go back.

Mike with Maintenance is the absolute best. He helped us hookup the cable 10 minutes before the super bowl. Thank you Mike. This park is tight it was it was setup before there was big rv's so after we got our 39 foot 5th wheel in there was no place to park the truck so we would park it up by the office. Mike took the time to call the people across the street that were not staying there in the month of February and asked them if we could park there and they said yes. It made live so much easier. Thank you Mike. Mike just does so many little things to make everybody's live easier. I have read 1 or 2 reviews where it is said that some of the full timers here are rude and resent us part timers. I never seen that. What I did see was everybody waving at each other and smiling. The only reason for a 4 and not a 5 was the parking. Great Park Great Neighbors on both sides. Thank you Mike.

This is your typical Sun managed/owned resort: it has activities, amenities, is organized and well run. It's wifi is on & off, depending on the time of day/number of users, I suppose. It's also the tightest park we've ever been in! It took at least 1/2 hour of maneuvering to get our 38 ft motorhome into our space without slicing our brand new rear tires. This particular site has a concrete patio (with a broken corner), and with the other rigs and their cars/trucks parked in front of them (not all are shown in the attached pictures), it took three resort employees watching & directing, much going forward, then backward, turning the wheel just enough this way then that (without scrubbing our new tires) to finally get us in...and it will likely take about as much to get us out when we leave (although the manager has offered to bring boards to cover the concrete corner which should [maybe?] help). Many of the sites here are full concrete (for RV and patio), some are full grass--either would have been easier to back into. To be fair, this site (the manager told me) was supposed to have new concrete poured this spring, but the weather prevented that from happening; whether "new concrete" means just a new patio or a whole site of concrete I don't know. (This is B 06, BTW.) Near the entrance, by the pool and courts, there are several pull through sites that would have been easy enough to park in (although not much more space between rigs). As seems usual these days, there are many full timers living here and many sites that appear to be owned as there are permanent steps to the rig's entrance and storage sheds on sites. However, this resort clearly manages and keeps the owners from filling their sites with too much clutter. The bottom line is this is a campground that was designed years ago when rigs were 20-25 ft long, not the 36-45 ft models people have today...with cars and big trucks added in. Does it look nice? Yes. Is there plenty to do? They offer a calendar that seems to show plenty. It's not a place I'd want to wrangle into for only a week's stay. Bottomline is that we will mark this as a "do not return" destination for us, but if your rig is smaller or if you can get a better site, it might be fine for you.
