This is a great RV park with lovely cottages. The whole site was immaculate and very well maintained, the pool was lovely and other facilities second to none. Really couldn't fault it. Charlie is a very friendly guy. The check-in process was easy, we were expected and made to feel welcome. Good value for money, we will go back.

Mike with Maintenance is the absolute best. He helped us hookup the cable 10 minutes before the super bowl. Thank you Mike. This park is tight it was it was setup before there was big rv's so after we got our 39 foot 5th wheel in there was no place to park the truck so we would park it up by the office. Mike took the time to call the people across the street that were not staying there in the month of February and asked them if we could park there and they said yes. It made live so much easier. Thank you Mike. Mike just does so many little things to make everybody's live easier. I have read 1 or 2 reviews where it is said that some of the full timers here are rude and resent us part timers. I never seen that. What I did see was everybody waving at each other and smiling. The only reason for a 4 and not a 5 was the parking. Great Park Great Neighbors on both sides. Thank you Mike.

This is your typical Sun managed/owned resort: it has activities, amenities, is organized and well run. It's wifi is on & off, depending on the time of day/number of users, I suppose. It's also the tightest park we've ever been in! It took at least 1/2 hour of maneuvering to get our 38 ft motorhome into our space without slicing our brand new rear tires. This particular site has a concrete patio (with a broken corner), and with the other rigs and their cars/trucks parked in front of them (not all are shown in the attached pictures), it took three resort employees watching & directing, much going forward, then backward, turning the wheel just enough this way then that (without scrubbing our new tires) to finally get us in...and it will likely take about as much to get us out when we leave (although the manager has offered to bring boards to cover the concrete corner which should [maybe?] help). Many of the sites here are full concrete (for RV and patio), some are full grass--either would have been easier to back into. To be fair, this site (the manager told me) was supposed to have new concrete poured this spring, but the weather prevented that from happening; whether "new concrete" means just a new patio or a whole site of concrete I don't know. (This is B 06, BTW.) Near the entrance, by the pool and courts, there are several pull through sites that would have been easy enough to park in (although not much more space between rigs). As seems usual these days, there are many full timers living here and many sites that appear to be owned as there are permanent steps to the rig's entrance and storage sheds on sites. However, this resort clearly manages and keeps the owners from filling their sites with too much clutter. The bottom line is this is a campground that was designed years ago when rigs were 20-25 ft long, not the 36-45 ft models people have today...with cars and big trucks added in. Does it look nice? Yes. Is there plenty to do? They offer a calendar that seems to show plenty. It's not a place I'd want to wrangle into for only a week's stay. Bottomline is that we will mark this as a "do not return" destination for us, but if your rig is smaller or if you can get a better site, it might be fine for you.

Stayed here November 2010. Just one night heading south in Florida. The RV we rented was lovely, and we enjoyed the resort. Beautiful clean showers and toilets. Nice friendly staff. Clean pool too. We were surprised how close together the RVs were! In the UK each RV gets probably twice as much space for their pitch. Surprising when you consider the pressure on land in the uk. They really were jammed in here, and we found that unappealing. No idea of the cost of a pitch as we just rented a single night. Would we return? Probably, but we wouldn’t want a long stay in such close proximity to the neighbours.
