Just came back from a great 6 night stay at this Hotel. We have stayed in Naples many times but this was our first time at the Bellasera. Can not say enough about the quality of this resort and the people who work there.
We stayed in a 1 bedroom garden view room that was great for our needs. Large and spotless with very comfortable king size bed and spacious bathroom with plenty of closet, drawer and counter space. Full size kitchen with everything you need to make your meals and all dishes, glasses, pots etc. in perfect condition. Very comfortable living room, dining room and patio round out this lovely accommodation.
The resort also boasts a very nice size heated pool and hot tub area. Pool has very comfortable loungers and a lot of them and also 8 cabanas. It is a pretty and private area with great service for drinks and food from the Claw Bar adjacent to the area. The staff at the pool is amazing. Always seeing to your needs and bringing iced water repeatedly while you are sunbathing.
The entire staff at Bellasera is amazing. Everyone from the bellman and front desk to the housekeeping staff and restaurant staff are professional, efficient, friendly and seem to genuinely care about making your stay enjoyable.
Lastly the location. Just where you want to be. 1 block off off 5th Avenue shopping and restaurant area. Easy walk to wherever you want to go. No need to take the car out. And if you don't want to walk and your destination is nearby the Bellasera shuttle will take you there and pick you up!
So are there any negatives to Bellasera? Only one. The price increase they have implemented for 2023. We enjoyed our stay so much that we wanted to come back again next year. Unfortunately they are increasing their prices over 56% for the same week and room in 2023. Increases are expected but this is way over the top. Many places increased their prices from 2021 to 2022 because of the easing of COVID but Bellasera is continuing this into 2023 and with a huge jump. They have priced themselves out of our budget so will have to look for other accommodations next year. A shame.

This Hotel is a very well-appointed urban resort with a perfect location to some of the best restaurants and shopping in Downtown Naples. A Boutique Resort with it's own personality that offers a food and beverage experience you must try! The Claw Bar, also a restaurant delivers a fantastic, well-balanced menu and a service staff that makes you feel special. The two bedroom condo was exceptional and felt like a home away from home. I travel a lot and have stayed at many of the corporate high-end hotels and resorts. The Ballasera Resort was a nice surprise and welcome change from the typical boutique hotel. This place is special!

This hotel was such a nice surprise!! Very well maintain, employees very friendly and always greeting you and asking if you nees anything. It is an upscale hotel but we got a great deal for a room = apartment with a full kitchen 2 bedrooms and 2 baths Every thing very clean and spacious We could not believe it . For our family of 4 adults was perfect The best part they have shuttles that take u to the beach and they provide chairs, beach umbrellas and towels!!!

Absolutely perfect stay. The resort grounds and rooms are spotless. The rooms have everything you need to cook and live comfortably. Staff is professional and fun to work with. We enjoyed dinner, the piano player and a great band on the first night at the resort. The pool cabanas are free and available first come first served and provide shade and a little privacy around the pool. The pool, hot tub and pool area are spotless, and with the poolside food service make for a great afternoon. We took my 84 year old mother out to go dancing upon her request. The front desk attendant called around to find the right venue for us. We took the resort's London Club cab into town with our chauffeur Field, who was great. My mother was thrilled. We will stay again.

This was our first visit to this resort, but it won’t be our last. We stayed in a two-bedroom suite; and there was plenty of room for two adults and three teenagers. The suite was spotless and had everything we needed, including a washer, dryer and full-size kitchen. The staff was friendly and very accommodating. It was just a short walk to Tin City, and to Fifth Avenue shops and restaurants. I would definitely recommend this resort.

I searched for a hotel option within walking distance to Fifth Avenue, with one and two bedroom suite options and some amenities. Bellasera delivered. When we checked in, there were some issues with our room, and they moved us to a better room which was much appreciated. The hotel has a very nice restaurant and a jazz club. We also enjoyed the heated pool, with a nice fountain and European atmosphere. The hotel likely will be renovated going forward, but our two bedroom unit with the older renovations was quite nice as is. This is not a beachfront hotel, but if you want to be walking distance from Fifth Avenue (one of the nicest streets in America in my opinion), this is a good choice. Bellasera recommended lunch at The Turtle Club at Vanderbilt Beach, which we greatly enjoyed. It requires driving there, and it is a fantastic restaurant on a nice beach. Another great restaurant is Citrus' on Fifth Avenue, for fresh fish.

just spent a week at this beautiful place. Pool area very comfortable with cabanas available to all. Pool service for drinks and food as well. Full amenities given such as bike rentals, sand chairs and umbrellas, shuttle service within 3 miles and much more. Rooms very comfortable with balconies as well. Washer/dryer in room as well as full kitchen well equipped too for this one bedroom suite. Restaurant on the premises delicious. Very courteous staff. The only thing I suggested the change are the bedcovers to duvets. Very short walk to the infamous 5th Avenue.

So glad we chose Bellasera over the Inn on Fifth! It’s a beautiful hotel with fantastic staff. The location is excellent, just five minute’s walk to 5th Avenue. Other reviewers mention a glass of bubbly upon check in, but we weren’t offered any. The lobby is gorgeous, and the Claw Bar has a great happy hour (but ridiculously limited to just 60 minutes a day from 3:00 to 4:00 PM). Plenty of self or valet parking. Serene pool with free cabanas. Adequate gym.

We were in Room 2 of the hotel. The soaking tub was lovely. It’s separated from the bed by shuttered French doors. The problem is the doors leave a gap big enough to look through, and the toilet is just beyond the tub. The main bathroom is a clunky sliding door that provides virtually no privacy. The bed and linens seem new but the building is old, and in some respects it shows.

For the most part we enjoyed staying here, even at $300+ per night (the going rate for nice downtown hotels this time of year). We would stay again.

I recently stayed at the Belasera and lost my very expensive diamond ring. I was heartsick as the ring had obvious sentimental value. The staff was so amazing. The concierge Beth actually helped by going back through everything with a fine tooth comb. She even went through the vacuum bags to help us. The whole staff was on alert and the ring was found! The staff kept me in the loop even after I left town sick about the loss. The hotel manager had two employees overnight my ring to me. What a wonderful experience and wonderful people...thank you and you have my gratitude!!!

Just returned from five nights at Bellasera. Wonderful Hotel. Especially enjoyed the full amenities like bike rentals, beach chairs and umbrellas, shuttle service, champagne, soda/water, free Cabanas, etc. It was nice to have these amenities included in the price of your stay versus having to be nickel and dimed to death. Room was great and well-equiped. Restaurant was good! Great happy hour by the pool. Staff was very friendly and hard working. Great place!

The kitchen is fully stocked. We did not make coffee, so I didn’t pay attention to the maker, but from the way our suite was outfitted, I cannot imagine that you’d need to bring anything. Also, there is a Publix supermarket within minutes from Bellasera. You can pick up whatever you need.

Hi Diane! I apologize for the delayed response... Our amenities are indeed open and we have added an open air electric vehicle to our shuttle services. We no longer provide beach umbrellas, but do have beach towels and chairs for our guests' use. Our studios have all been renovated, as have several of our suites, with the remainder scheduled for completion by this winter. I hope this is helpful and that you'll choose to stay with us when you next visit to Naples.
