Beware of Naples Motorcoach Resort in Naples, Florida! We made a reservation with them a year ago and they just called to inform us they are canceling our reservation because someone bought the lot we were going on and wants to take immediate possession. Worse yet it’s a week away! We are now left in a lurch to try to find somewhere to stay and they offered absolutely nothing more than a sorry.
This RV resort is my new favorite! Clean and comfortable with lots to do. Location couldn't be better. People are what make a place great and I'd like to mention 3 that helped to make my families stay fantastic: Kimberly was so fun, friendly, and helpful! Miriam was so helpful, nice, and had all the answers! Angela went out of her way to show is around! This is our new home away from home and we are looking forward to coming back! Only improvement would be the WIFI. I would like more bandwidth as I have to work a little while I vacation.
One of the best RV Resorts in the county. Nestled between Naples and Marco Island, this Resort has access to both areas for dining and fun. The beaches are sugar sand and there are so many golf courses to choose from. You can fish the backwaters in a small boat or go offshore for a bigger challenge. And SW Florida has the best winter weather in the country. The resort has three swimming pools, a beautiful clubhouse, movie theater, fitness center and pickle ball courts. Shopping on fifth avenue in Naples is the best. If you are looking for the best of the best, look no further. And lastly, it’s the management team that holds everything together. They are the best
We stayed in a 38 ft Motorhome with toad in one of their rental sites. The paved sites are large and level with grass on all sides. Be careful when backing in, their guide nearly backed me into the power pole! There are no privacy plantings between these sites. Overall the resort is clean, well maintained and beautifully landscaped. With three pools and three hot tubs there is plenty of room to relax. The singer we heard at their courtyard was very good. Security is good and the surrounding area feels safe and clean. Their breakfast offering is a little weak, consisting mainly of what looks like frozen foods heated and served, though the fruit was fresh and tasty. Bathrooms could have been a little better maintained, trash was not emptied for several days, and liquid hand soap is so old that it had separated. Overall it’s a very nice place and worth another stay.…

Beautiful Class A Motor Home Resort. This place is (gated & walled) unbelievable from the Club House with a first class gym, theater, poolroom, and spacious dining party room. A beautiful infinity main pool w/ hot tub and two other pools w/ hot tubs. The waterway on one side has access to the Gulf with a boat ramp and some owner sites have docks. The place is golf course manicured and maintained. The Lot of owners are very friendly as well as the staff. Close to beaches at Marco Inland & Naples. Places to eat are unlimited.
Excellent Motorcoach resort in every regard. Beautiful resort atmosphere and amenities, super personable and helpful staff, friendly people everywhere. Cannot say enough! Love seeing manatee in the inter coastal waterway, easy and quick access to beaches and restaurants both in Naples and Marco Island. Convenient shopping near for life necessities.
Just tried to make a reservation and buy an RV site in Naples Motorcoach Resort. Own a 2021 Ventana 3407. Overall length is 34’10”. When I inquired about a reservation and buying a site I was told the minimum length was 35’. I was short by 2 inches so they will not let me in and told me to go to another RV resort if I wanted to buy a site/lot. It’s a game of inches, I guess.
From the time we checked in till the time we left we enjoyed our stay... Even considering buying.... The owners we meet were very welcoming. The Resort is so close to everything we had an amazing time.
This is a beautiful gated luxury RV (Class A only) resort with an expansive clubhouse, large outdoor covered patio area adjacent to pool, good size gym, large infinity pool as well as two other decent size satellite pools and lovely small lake with beautifully lit fountain. Very professional and friendly check-in staff. We stayed in a premium pull-in site facing the small lake. Rate is $175/nightly. There are also sites along a canal with docks if you have a boat as well as standard sites around the interior of the park. The least expensive site is $145. This is an owner owned park but plenty of sites are not developed and available for rent. Considering their rates for the rental sites, there were some major disappointments: just (ugly) concrete pads with no table or chairs, meager fitness classes (1 yoga/1 pilates per week), no aqua classes, charging for socials and fitness classes, sites are somewhat close together with no landscaping at all between sites, no umbrellas at pool area for lounge chairs, but the biggest negative was the lack of WiFi. They're still using Tengointernet which as most RVers know is the worst. We had to pay a monthly rate of $30. for "premium speed" even though only staying 2 weeks so we could just download emails. Hope management will give serious thought to upgrading this. With the rates they are charging, you should definitely get more bang for your buck.…
