We travel, often, to many golf clubs in the United States and internationally. This club was first class from the minute we walked in until the minute we walked out. Brien in the pro shop was so helpful in getting my husband a tee time on very short notice. Sharon was very helpful as well. The cart girls are very kind and friendly. I didn't get their names, but the guys who met us with the cart and cleaned hubby's clubs afterward were very friendly, professional, and accommodating as well. The club is outstanding and first class all the way. My husband played the Gold course, and the grounds, greens, and water features are phenomenal. We're animal lovers, and the wildlife was definitely a nice surprise. We live in the desert in Midland, Texas, and we don't get to see little critters on our courses. We enjoyed our day at your club and greatly appreciate being treated like we were members. Thanks for giving us a great experience. Hope to return in the near future. Topsanna and Edward Leyva

Had a fabulous few days at the Tiburon Ritz. Fun round of golf at 8am on the gold course. The staff was helpful and welcoming during our 2 night stay. What makes this Ritz unique is the water park on property. On our last stay we brought our daughter’s family including 1-1/2 yr old and he had a ball in the gated water park for little ones with a lifeguard sitting nearby. The lazy river is a hit with families of all ages, Great stay and highly recommend this property. Management is doing a top notch job. Thank you and we will be back!

So much to talk about! I promise this will be a comprehensive review. First, I stayed at this hotel in 2016, prior to the addition of the water slides/lazy river pool. I also stayed here prior to that and now for my third time, this April. The positives: -This hotel has the most beautifully manicured landscaping of any Ritz in the U.S. that I have ever been too. It is second only to the Ritz Carlton Reserve in Puerto Rico. The views off the back patio, or from any part of the back of the hotel, rival Tuscany. The back patio and the outdoor seating at Bella Vista overlook the carpet-like golf course. The view from Limonia, if you choose to eat breakfast outside on the patio, are unbeatable. -Some reviews criticize the new pool area, describing it as too busy, crowded and chaotic with the addition of the massive slides and lazy river. I TOTALLY disagree. For many reasons. First, I have a 5 and a 9 year old, who were on the slides and in the pools the entire day. This resulted in some vacation-friendships which spilled over to the nighttime period, as all the kids convened on the back lawn at night and played for hours while all adults and other guests enjoyed the fire pits and nighttime scene of back patio. Yes, the new pool is crowded and I can see how those looing just for sun would not love it. BUT, there are many areas where adults can go, to avoid the crowded parts, such as the 100+ lounge chairs and umbrellas that are situated just outside the pool on artificial grass overlooking golf course. -Families with kids and couples/adults without kids can enjoy this hotel. I have never seen a hotel have such an incredible combination of bustling areas of fun AND areas of serenity. You can be by the back patio and small gardens and not hear a sound from the bustling water park just 100 yards away. It's amazing. -Housekeeping was around the hotel ALL DAY. Our room was tended to daily, coffee refilled, towels provided, beds set. There was no "oh, it's still COVID, we do this once every three days" nonsense. The housekeeping was great. -The staff at Bella Vista (and the main lobby, including concierge and front desk) were some of the best I have encountered. Nobody was robotic. Everyone was unique. Adrianna and Anne Maria who work in Bella Vista, astonishing. Truly friendly people who are fit for the hospitality business. On one of the nights, it was so busy; however, a gentleman server, I cannot recall his name, acknowledged it and apologized and handled it so well. We opted to stay at Bella Vista for dinner on three nights rather than go off-property for dinner simply because of the amazing staff, especially Adrianna. -The golf course is almost fake in appearance, it is too beautiful. -The bell staff/outdoor staff at the main entrance: constantly present and helpful. -Conference center stunning, rooms beautiful and clean. -FIVE Star food throughout the property. I did not have a bad meal. -Electric bikes outside the lobby (there was a charge, this should be free for guests, I found that very silly, but they are very fun). Cons (unfortunately there are some): -The servers at RIA (poolside for lunch and dinner) were surprisingly rude and in obvious, sharp contrast with the staff in the main hotel and Bella Vista. I won't name anyone, but I couldn't believe how our waitress on two nights at RIA made it through the hiring process. Truly nasty and just didn't like our table (AND OTHERS, I saw guests making eye contact with us because the rudeness extended to several tables). Everyone has a bad night or too, but I would recommend eating at Bella Vista and avoiding this for dinner. -Wifi: when I logged into my daughter's ipad, I was asked for a room # and then to choose to pay 9$ or 14$ for wifi. I did, I am not cheap. But c'mon. 10,000$ for a hotel stay and asked for 9$ for wifi. Weak in my opinion. -Upgrade "charge": I agreed to upgrade my room at 30$ a night. No biggie, of course, I did it. But my bill also contained an "upgrade fee" daily of 50$. WHAT. So it's really 80$, not 30$. Dumb. Just be upfront about it. -Bella Vista had AMAZING staff, but at times they are overwhelmed. Add a server. I understand it may not be easy, but the hotel should make that a priority. The above should not detract anyone from going. I just want to provide a thorough review. This Ritz Carlton is 5-star. Stunning views. Best food. Mostly incredible staff. Pool options galore. Clean. Housekeeping on top of things. We will return.

Lush landscaping with hundreds of palm trees and multiple fountains greet you when you arrive at this hotel. It's a very elegant introduction to a beautiful hotel. We loved the lazy river and water slides. When they close at 6 pm in the evening, the main pool is a little small for the size of the resort, but otherwise the swimming facilities are outstanding. The Grand Easter Buffet was expensive but very well done with a huge variety of excellent food choices and very prompt service. We enjoyed a painting class on the back lawn of the hotel with Prosecco and a fantastic cheese plate in addition to the paints, canvas, and everything you need to complete a simple but fun landscape painting. Vanderbilt Beach is just a few miles to the west, and the shops, galleries and restaurants of Fifth Avenue are about 20 minutes to the south. We really enjoyed our stay in Naples and this hotel played a major part.

The best. I cannot express how much my family of four enjoyed our recent stay at this resort. We've been frequent visitors to Naples for the past 16+ years, and have stayed at this beautiful resort since it's first opening days (among others). I've always loved the golf course views and the "more quiet" Ritz-Carlton in Naples, but this year was a little different - and even better! First, the service is outstanding. From the moment you pull into the well-manicured front entrance (that drive!), you are welcomed like you are the most important guest of the day. The valet and the team at the front door, and the front desk are all so happy to see you. Our room wasn't ready right away, so the bellman kindly secured our luggage while we opted to enjoy a nice lunch outside on the Club Lounge patio. The team in the Club is phenomenal. These are the most experienced luxury hotel ladies and gentlemen you will find in the U.S. They are committed to taking care of you and anticipate your every need. From our gluten-free preferences, to more kid-friendly ham sandwiches, they were more than accommodating and a pleasure to see each day. Within one hour, the front desk called to tell me our room was ready and within a 15 minutes, we were checked in with our luggage in our room, and off to the new pool area. WOW. My boys are 8 and 10 and if they were reviewing this would tell you that this was the absolute highlight of their Spring Break week. The water slides are a huge hit and there were plenty of chairs to accommodate the parents around the pool area. The lazy river is perfect for all ages (little ones to grandparents). It doesn't move too slow or too fast and is mostly shaded. The food service was on point and delicious. We spent most of our stay at the pool area so unfortunately did not have a chance to play golf this time, but will be back soon. The courses at Tiburon are so beautiful and home to the CME Group Tour championship (LPGA) and the QBE Shootout (PGA) each year. If you are visiting Naples, there's no place better. We can't wait to return!

We did not stay here- thanks goodness. We stayed in the area but went for the day and to have lunch. I have stayed previously. This place has been turned into Disneyland for kids with the addition of a lazy river. It was loud and crowded. 200 lounge chairs were spread out on the lawn behind the pool to give everyone a seat. It looked like a Holiday inn. Surprising since this is sold as a high end golf and tennis club- but I guess the rich have kids that have to come along… wonder how much this resort is affected by the closure of the other ritz- and it was Easter weekend. One thing that has not changed- level of professionalism of staff, food and drinks (even though most are $20) - excellent service. Maybe add an adult pool on other side of property for balance. Doubt I would stay here again given room prices

Its the Ritz carlton, you dont really need to read a review to know the hotel will have great service and be beautiful. Our room was big but we couldn't get a balcony, lots do not have balconies . we were at a wedding that got moved from the beach resort due to last years storm, so room selection got all mixed up. Did have an issue with the tiniest ants crawling on the littlest scratch of food or drink you left out and we were on the 6th floor. Bar and restaurant areas nice, food ok, nothing special. Drinks were inconsistent in my opinion, it felt like maybe the bartenders didn't know how to make some basic drinks, which at this level of hotel is bit disappointing. Breakfast was fantastic. The hotel is a bit out there, there's not anything much around that you can walk to, but most going to play golf so they don't need to. Must say the wedding set up was wonderful, they ran a tight ship and it was a beautiful venue.

After a year away we loved our 5 night stay here on points in an upgraded GV king. Special thanks to Shirley at the front desk for her amazing help. Even though the beach resort is closed we were able to enjoy area beaches and without red tide. (We think they will provide beach loungers after Memorial day and then they fully open July 4th. ?) The entire staff here was terrific and we were especially pleased to see staff from both resorts at breakfast and the pool! In particular Watson at the pool, and Floyd & Marsha at Lemonia. They are the best! Next trip we will try the new e-bikes.
