April 9th, 2021. I was hesitant to stay at the golf resort right now due to the ongoing pool renovation. Here are my experiences this week: 1-There is a shuttle running between the golf resort and the beach hotel (hourly on the half hour beginning at 9:30 am). I had no trouble getting seated at the adult pool when I arrived. In fact- most lounge chairs were open through lunchtime. Should you prefer to drive on your own, the valet charge at the beach hotel is waived if you are using the valet service at the golf resort. 2- The service at both hotels has been very good. The pool attendant, Jacky, in particular- at the beach hotel is fantastic. I cannot say enough about how he and the poolside dining staff made my beach day outstanding. 3- With regard to Covid- all hotel employees were masked and all efforts made to ensure the facilities were sanitized. It seems that Florida is ahead of the pack with the vaccinations, so that is a plus. 4- The room service options are limited (lunch and dinner only) and the mini bars are not stocked. The refrigerators are operational, though, so cooling your own choice of beverages and purchasing snacks locally are good options. If you are in a position to enjoy a vacation at this stage in the Covid recovery, the RC Naples resorts do not disappoint. …
Our first visit to Naples and the Ritz Golf Resort was an absolutely perfect spot for our family. The service was impeccable from check-in to check-out. Great options for dining (we enjoyed dinner at Ria) and despite the pool being under renovation, the shuttle service to the Ritz Beach Resort was really easy. Will definitely be returning! Thanks to GM Jenny and her entire staff for a great visit!
We stayed at the Ritz as a family group of three and had a few difficulties with our vacation. The main one was car trouble (new car!). We were about to take our 16 year old daughter to the airport when our car broke down. I called the hotel and asked if they could help me find a shuttle ride so my daughter wouldn’t miss her flight. The concierge and the valet guys worked together and a driver they knew personally as trustworthy picked her up within minutes. She made it safely to the airport on time and we were able to focus on the car trouble. That’s just one small example of the fantastic and efficient service you can expect at the Ritz in Naples.
Great service, beautiful property, attentive staff, nice relaxing vibe. The flan with horchata ice cream is a must try. Stayed for a week. Wherever we go, smile and greeting awaits. Incredibly civilized. What a classics and timeless ritz resort.. Will definitely return.
Having stayed at the sister Ritz Carlton property on Vanderbilt Beach, I honestly wasn’t sure what to expect at the Ritz Carlton golf resort. Nevertheless, what I found out was that the golf resort is actually better than the one on the beach! We had a fabulous time during our stay from check in to check out. A special thank you goes out to Felicia Tudor who sent an email prior to our arrival to provide detailed information about the resort and to also ask if there were any special requests during our stay. I let Ms. Tudor know that I would prefer a room with two beds since my daughter was joining my husband and I for spring break and that we were also celebrating my husband’s milestone birthday during our stay. Upon check in, we were given a lovely corner room with a beautiful view of the golf course and 2 beds as requested. A nice surprise was also included for my husband too. The fact that the Ritz Carlton pays special attention to its guests is one of the many reasons why we are loyal to the Ritz brand. The room was very spacious and deeply cleaned. Housekeeping did a great job replenishing the coffee station and providing turn down service each night. All of the employees were super helpful and friendly. The area, Tiburon, where the resort is located has the most amazing golf course and the property itself is surrounded by some of the most beautiful fountains and gardens. It was very nice taking a morning stroll and soaking in the beautiful views. I especially loved how quiet and peaceful the area was, unlike the Ritz on Vanderbilt Beach which is always really busy. I’m so happy to find my new favorite resort in Naples!…
