We stayed at Hilton Naples for 6 days. I can’t say anything really negative about this place, maybe in the future it needs a little bit updating in the rooms. For our little family off 3 it was a perfect stay. Location was very good, you can walk to some restaurants and CVS is right across the street. We are gold members and our breakfast was complimentary. It was served at their steak restaurant. Food was good and had nice variety. My son enjoyed pancakes, bagels and hot chocolate. Our servers name was Page and she was exceptional! She was so attending and remembered what me and my son likes:) Pool area was nice and clean, enough towels for everyone, but not enough of the pool chairs. So if you are planning to stay by the pool...go in the morning and put some towels and personal stuff on. Hotel offers shuttle to the beach, they provide beach chairs and towels but no umbrellas. We were told that we can rent one by the beach, but unfortunately everything was reserved for other hotels guests. If you want to go to the beach make sure to reserve the seat on the shuttle, better to do that early in the morning or evening before. Last shuttle pick up from the beach is at 4:30pm. Beach itself was nice and clean! Water is shallow and a bit too cold for me, but it didn’t bother my son :) also a small tip...shuttle drops you off not directly by the beach but at the parking lot. So to get to the beach you have 2 options...walk for 20mins or wait for the golf cart to take you there. COVID rules and social distancing was in effect and we felt safe! They don’t clean rooms everyday, you have to let them know in advance if you want your room to be cleaned. Parking is for free and there is a big parking lot in front and on the sides of the hotel. Overall staff was very nice and attending. …
My wife and I stayed here on a 4 day get-a-way. The hotel is easy accessible and very clean. They offer outdoor parking and a garage to park in with elevator access to the front lobby. This is convient as the front parking gets filled fast with the hotel and the restaurant. We are diamond members and check-in was quick and easy. They completely follow the social distancing rules requiring mask and distance including limiting elevator use to 3 at a time. Our room was very clean (4th floor) and had a view of the pool area. The pool was very nicely landscaped and they provided plenty of towels. The pool is not that big and at times you may not find a seat, but this was to be expected anywhere you might stay. They have a huge gym with plenty of equipment to get your workout on! They have a restaurant connected. It is called "Don Shula's". The staff was very nice and this is where breakfast is served each morning. They do charge for breakfast unless you are a diamond or gold member. This location is right on the 41 so you have access to many great eats and shopping. It is also closely located to the zoo. We highly recommend them to anyone and will remember them in the future should we need a place to go again. Thank you for everything Hilton!…
Overall the hotel was nice; we wanted to stay at either Hilton or Marriott due to points earned, but there is The Naples Grand Resort which is literally right near the Clam Pass Beach/Park access point if you want closer beach access. Most of the other hotel options to this beach are along Tamiami Trail road. For some reason I pictured the hotel in the middle of 5th avenue with stores left and right of you; this wasn't the case. Tamiami road is one of the main roads getting through Naples and this is also the rd that you drive to get to the 5th avenue or 3rd avenue shopping areas of Naples. You are on a major roadway in between strip shopping centers. Also-there is no "boardwalk" with gift shops etc. The closest gift shop with beach items is probably at Alvin's Island store that has every type of t-shirt, towels, souvenirs etc that you normally expect. Otherwise you may be able to find local items at Tincity- where there are a handful of stores. No gift shop at this hotel. Naples Pier- is near a bunch of stores up and down roads, but not a true touristy boardwalk with beach shops-if that's what you are looking for. The shops here are all high end shops- Lily, Michael Kors, Restaurants etc. Waterside shops is nearby within walking distance, but it's not like a quaint walk. You will walking and crossing major roads to get to that area. Basically all the shopping in Naples is high end stores- not much for kids for souvenirs and cheap stuff unless you go to the one store- Alvin's Island near Tin City. Beach is beautiful, had a great time swimming and relaxing- which is the main reason why we came to Naples instead of going to the busy touristy areas like Daytona beach, Miami etc. those were too rowdy and crowded for what we were looking for. We didn't want a big beach scene with crowds bc of covid. (although there were tons of people walking up and down 5th avenue-some had masks and some didn't.- and tons of people on the beach-but more family friendly beachgoers) Naples pier had great sunsets, beautiful water, beach, beautiful million dollar homes that are waterfront to gaze upon. Couple of days we went to Marco Island bc it's about a 45 min drive and we had a 10,000 Island boat tour one of the days-which I highly recommend. Enjoyed sunsets at Marco Island as well!!! Loved our stay on this side of Florida. More details about the hotel: Pros: Service was excellent, we opted not to have housekeeping. Rooms were clean, sanitizer at elevators with reminders for social distancing, disposable masks available at front entrance if you need one. No cockroaches or bedbugs. I ran to the beach (Clam Pass Park Beach) which is the same beach that the hotel shuttle takes you to complimentary. Last return shuttle is 4:30pm. Make sure to get on the list that you need a shuttle there in the morning because they get filled quickly. Also keep in mind the shuttle drops you off at the entrance of the Clam Pass Beach park so you have the option of either walking the section from drop off point through the "park"-wooded area on a wooden boardwalk trail to get to the actual sandy beach. It's about 0.3-0.5 mile walk. I didn't think it was bad but of course my husband was carrying the beach chairs and beach bag so it could get heavy walking this. The other option instead of walking is to take the golf cart shuttle that will drop you off directly in front of the sandy beach section. When you are heading back home though- just remember not to wait too long for the last shuttle back bc the line gets long especially if you are trying to get the golf cart shuttle back so you don't have to walk. We ended up walking it both ways. Rental beach bikes are first come first serve- looks like they are all adult size bikes so we opted not to do this as we have a 10 yr old with us. They do offer complimentary beach chairs, water bottles and towels whether you use their shuttle to the local naples beach or rent them out -for free- to drive to a different beach such as the beach close to Naples Pier or Marco Island. Pool looked clean and inviting, but we actually never got a chance to swim in it. We only used the pool deck to eat take out meals. I ran to the beach one morning and it will take about 2.5 miles roundtrip from the hotel to the sandy beach. Rooms offer a safe to secure items. Cons-Rooms need some updating- carpet is frayed, shower faucet could probably use a replacement, air conditioning worked but could have helped if we could lower the ac a bit more. Pillows were not our favorite- they look fluffy but when you lay your head on it to sleep it stays flat and not comfortable. No roaches, but the second day we were trying to use the Keurig coffee machine and was flushing it out first for a trial run and my husband saw baby spiders (4-5) crawling out; and then crawled back in. Nevertheless we opted not to use the Keurig. The hotel does have complimentary Starbucks brewed coffee in the lobby at all times, which is a huge plus! Elevators- only 2 elevators. we tried looking for the staircase but it literally takes you to the garage level and exits you towards the back of the hotel. So definitely not worth it. unless there's another set of stairs that I couldn't find. The hotel could definitely use an update. Overall we loved our stay at the hotel and will definitely come back to Naples again or Marco Island!!! We are convinced we want to retire here...we ate tons of great seafood, ice cream. My husband loved all the luxury vehicles cruising down 5th avenue.…
I can’t say enough about our stay at the Hilton Naples. When we arrived the front desk reps easily checked us in and explained everything to us. They offered to make us dinner reservations and actually got us into a nice restaurant on 5th Ave. The room is perfect for a family. It’s updated, clean and roomy. The bathrooms were very nice and clean. The pool was heated and not too crowded. They had nice relaxing loungers to lay on and plenty of towels. The hot tub was nice and hot and also not crowded. They had plenty of bikes to rent for 2hours to bike around naples and provide water also. They didn’t have the right size for my younger son but the bike shop (big mommas) is about 1 block away and it was $25 for the day to rent there and they provided the bike w helmet and even offered my other son a helmet free of charge just keep him safe. The Hilton offers a shuttle to and from the beach every half hour up to 5:00. They provide beach chairs (the nice ones that you can carry on your back) for all your guests, towels and waters. The Hilton is in the perfect location, it’s about a 5 min drive to beach. 5-10 min to 5th Avenue and Tin city and mini golf. We had an awesome stay for the price and it even included delicious breakfast w our stay. I would definitely stay here again!!…
Memorable stay for me & my family. It was the first time to try the Hilton & definitely not the last isa. Love the locations, the amenities, very clean, classy, elegant & the price was reasonable for the level of the service provided.
