My husband and I spent 4 nights here in March 2023. The staff were all friendly and helpful. The room consisted of one separate room with a king bed and a separate sitting area. It was perfect for us to be able to spread out with paperwork. The room was very clean and comfortable. We used the pool 2 days and it was lovely. Only a handful of others at the pool even with the red tide at the area beaches. Location was perfect for what we were doing.

It was a family vacation with my mom and nephew. Doubletree offered us everything we needed, it was clean the pool is beautiful and the service we received was outstanding. Definitely will go back there as Jennifer the manager is excellent at what she does and Amanda in the dining room was fabulous. Had a great time thank you Doubletree

Every year we so look forward to our Naples getaway. The perfect place is the DoubleTree Suites. Staff is friendly, rooms are great, pool is delightful. Close to beach and love to take a bike ride when there. The staff are the best, we get/give hugs when we arrive, it is a credit to Jennifer that after all these years the staff are still working. Everyone is pleasant and it is apparent with most employees that they enjoy working at the DoubleTree. We will see you next March!

When a hotel is bad and I am not satisfied I report that stay. I do the same for a good hotel and this is one! Feel comfortable with booking this hotel. This double tree is clean and friendly. The staff has a smile every morning and every night and if there’s anything that you need, they will take care of it. The pool is a delight. The water and the deck are clean, unlike many in the area. The restaurant is adequate to eat at. Breakfast and lunch especially. It is a bit pricey, but what isn’t in Naples Florida?

Great place to stay for night or week. Staff is some of the best. Very nice for couples get away. The breakfast was better than average. Not many choices but service was good. The room was beautiful with large patio and comfortable chairs. I will stay here again. Pool look nice and the hotel was kept clean. Staff was friendly and helpful with a smile.

Really enjoyed our short stay here. Was in room 204, river view, and could complain about the highway and air units but could not hear it inside the room and not terribly distracting. The pool and hot tub were very good, not crowded. Food in the restaurant was great and David was excellent. Bed comfy, room very well designed. Used the bikes, added benefit. Staff at the front desk were beyond helpful and knowledgeable. Unfortunately we moved over to the Naples Grand Resort for a conference, paid a lot more for an inferior experience except for the Gulf view and the crowded beach. Highly recommend.

Safe, clean, and comfortable King Suite. Friendly and accommodating staff eagerly extended our stay twice. Good onsite restaurant with three seatings daily. Convenient to shopping, other restaurants; easy access to local thoroughfares.

I had the opportunity to stay at the Double Tree, Naples for just over 30 day. The staff at every level was amazing. The front desk staff was amazing, the bar and restaurant staff are professional, kind and make ever visit enjoyable. The cleaning staff were great. I could go on and on about all the great things, but if you read a few of the other reviews you will see most people that stay here have nothing but positive things to say.

In December 2022, I for the first time since the depths of the COVID pandemic again stayed at the DoubleTree Hilton in Naples, Florida. Having experienced some positives offset by some negative changes I'm calling it a "split decision." Positives: My guest room and the hotel's common areas have been remodeled. Brighter, more cheerful color combinations have replaced their darker predecessors. The fitness center has been relocated from a small windowless room on the second floor to a larger, more open space on the first floor. However, the stationary bicycles now provided are uncomfortable and too modern for technically challenged Baby Boomers to navigate. Need to add a good old-fashioned Lifecycle. Negatives: Compared to times preceding COVID, service at this DoubleTree unfortunately has declined in three significant ways. Newspapers: Before COVID, the hotel daily provided complementary print copies of the Wall Street Journal and the Naples Daily News. Now, only the US Today is available. Breakfasts: The hotel's pre-COVID wonderful, reasonably priced hot and cold buffet breakfasts have been replaced by order from the menu service. I found the items offered by menu unimpressive and overpriced. No wonder I observed so few other guests breakfasting in the at-capacity hotel. Housekeeping service: This hotel, unfortunately like many others, now uses COVID as an excuse to limit housekeeping service. Now, the hotel will "freshen up" rooms (provide fresh towels, etc.) only every two days. It will only clean a guest room every four days. I dearly miss the hotel's previously attentive housekeeping service. We need to stop invoking a mostly overcome pandemic as an excuse to cut back reasonably expected services. A frequent guest at this DoubleTree before COVID, I again would consider staying here were the hotel to revert from the negatives this review identifies. …
