Fabulous stay! John and Arthur were great hosts. From the friendly welcome, intro to our room, a map with recommended restaurants in town, information on activities to do around the area, etc. We stayed in the "Vanilla" room - so spacious, really comfortable bed with super soft linens, pretty view of tree tops, and nicely decorated. The Inn has its own parking area and each room has their spot (great not to have to park on the street like other B&Bs in the area). The breakfast? Delicious!! I'm definitely staying here again.

We enjoyed our stay at Andora Inn. The bed was very comfortable and cozy! Also the breakfast was amazing and so peaceful on the front porch! It was a perfect place to get away and relax. The inn was close to downtown and able to walk to everything! Thank you John and Arthur.

This was my first time staying at a B&B and I was pleasantly surprised. The home was very comfortable and quaint. The hosts were awesome and friendly. Loved their dogs. The breakfast which was provided was absolutely delicious and unique. Would definitely return and recommend to anyone staying in the Mr Dora area.

The Adora Inn is a quiet, spotless B&B in the heart of Mount Dora. Great breakfast with fresh fruit, pastries and a freshly prepared entree. Excellent coffee and tea are available before breakfast. The hosts are welcoming and attentive. I highly recommend this classic property.

John and Arthur are great hosts. Breakfast was a combination berries with Greek yogurt and French toast croissant which was quite tasty. The room was very comfortable and roomy. And the location was an easy walk to all things downtown which was great as parking can be a challenge in Mt. Dora. We will stay here again on our next trip.

We love this place! Arthur and John are wonderful hosts with a multitude of information to share if you’re a first timer to Mt. Dora. We arrived a bit early and Arthur gave us s map of places to go to eat and things to do. We ate lunch at Tony’s Chowder House which was terrific! The clam chowder, lightly fried shrimp and lobster roll were all tasty. We spent the rest of the day shopping at the darling stores. We stayed in the Periwinkle room (has always been my favorite color) and had a wonderful night’s rest. The breakfast the following morning was superb! Guava juice, fresh fruit, apricot pastry and baked eggs florentine. Delicious! The house is decorated in mid century modern and modern. Very refreshing!

We had the best time, From the moment we pulled in and parked until we left, John and Arthur were the perfect hosts. The room was extremely clean and beautiful. The breakfasts were better than great. They gave information and maps of Mt. Dora and made sure we had everything we needed. No children or pets are allowed, and there are no televisions in the rooms, so all was peaceful and quiet. We will go again!!

This was our fifth time staying at Adora Inn. It just keeps getting better and better! The hospitality is first rate, the breakfasts are five star, and the rooms are very comfortable and clean. The location is perfect for exploring Mt Dora and the surrounding area, just a five minute walk to the heart of downtown. We can't wait to visit again later this year!

John and Arthur have a quaint place in the heart of Mt Dora. Our elopement was everything we were looking for and then more! From the view in our third floor room to our morning coffee on the front porch, it was all just perfect! Breakfast every morning was second to none. Our sweet treat of chocolate covered strawberries were the perfect touch. The dinner and cake after our wedding ceremony was more than we expected and delicious! They made our elopement easy and special.

Adora Inn is a lovely, comfortable and well located B&B. The house is beautifully decorated with Arthur's art and he and John are delightful hosts. We loved our stay. Sadly, we couldn' t enjoy breakfast because of an early flight from MCO. There were only two rooms occupied when we were there so I'm not sure how things would differ if it were full. The clawfoot tub was very pretty but I didn't like the shower curtain clinging to me when I showered.
