The rooms are nice and quite, no noise from the road or from the train. I slept like a log. Maybe its not the Ritz but it is spotlessly clean, comfortable, and the hospitality is great. You do have everything you need like a fridge, tv with plenty of channels. I think I noticed a microwave too. There might be...

Anyone considering a trip to Okeechobee for hog hunting or bass fishing should consider this place. Gary and Susan are very welcoming. As per other reviews, this place isn't fancy, but it is clean and well priced. The location is good for hog hunting and bass fishing. There is a bar nearby that is owned by Gary and Susan offering...

This is a vintage motel used mainly by fishermen/women. We are two women in town visiting friends. Stayed 2 nights in room 10. Room are no frills but was recently painted, tiled and had new rug. Beds were clean and comfortable. Room had refrigerator and microwave. Shower had original plumbing but all was clean and had super bath mat. AC...

“Rooms are very simple, and I assume they are all similar. You won't be spending much time in the room anyway. Guests are welcome to hang out on the screened porch, which is a welcome escape from the mosquitoes. We played guitar and sang out there for awhile killing time between hog hunts.”
