Hotel's Favorite
The location was great quiet and provided good service. The breakfeast was great. It allowed me to get the rest I needed at a great price. I would definately stay at this locaiton again if I needed too.

Over all it is a nice place. However, there are enough small things to give it a 3+. Plugs at the base of the lamps did not work. I was told new lamps are on order. Toilet flush handle loose but works. House keeping should have caught it. In the morning I could hear every work the fellow in the next room was saying on his phone. Towels good, lighting good, easy to get too.

I have stayed at this hotel multiple times over the last 3 to 4 years visiting family in the area. The beds sleep very comfortably. I do like the large bathrooms with an extra sink outside of the bathroom. Their argon and coconut oil based toiletries are wonderful to use; this includes lotion, shampoo, conditioner and individual bar soaps. The staff is very friendly.

My family and I stayed at this hotel for 3 nights. One person in my party is disabled and was traveling with two service animals. We were directly told by an employee that 4 people went in the room each day when we were there to look through our possessions and take photos of the damages that we were causing. When we checked out, the disabled person in my party was told directly that people like her shouldn’t stay at this hotel because she uses a cane and the cane may have tracked dirt in the hotel and the room. Talk about discrimination!!!! We were accused of one of her service animals pooping in the bed and dragging their bottom across the bed smearing poop all over the mattress. This is disgusting, embarrassing, and the bite should be ashamed! The service animals did nothing while they were there except their job. Ironically, when we inspected the mattress, we found an old blood stain. When we brought it up to the front desk, it was immediately dismissed. When we asked the hotel to change the sheets because we had been to the beach, the head housekeeper had a very bad attitude and lied about changing the sheets. We found debris in the supposedly changed sheets. The room had a strange unpleasant smell from the time we checked in. I have never seen a hotel directly verbally discriminate against a disabled person and I feel like our privacy was violated when a group of 4 people came in our room each day without our permission. I have been charged $300 in damage fees so far. The general manager has never called me or return my calls to discuss the matter. Do not stay at this hotel!!! Definitely do not bring a pet or service animal to this hotel. Do not do business with a company that discriminates and insults disabled people. Thank you for reading my review. The Check-In process was efficient and friendly, and the room was neat and clean-we both had a restful sleep on the comfortable king bed. The Breakfast selections were tasty and the area was well attended. We would stay again!

We travel quite a bit now that we’re retired and we wouldn’t stay at any other motel than BEST WESTERN. Always clean, friendly, priced right and even a hot breakfast to start the day. Try it, you’ll love it!

Clean hotel with updated decor. Easy check in process. Convenient to Milton. Friendly staff. Breakfast was nice with several hot food options plus your standard cereal and Pastries. Bed was comfortable and the room was spacious. I will stay here again the next time I'm in town.

My card was charged for more than the time frame I spent at the Milton location and the heater didn’t really work in my room, it didn’t get warm enough. I also got stuck in the elevator for roughly about 8 mind before a staff member arrived and all she said to me when she got the door opened was “I’ll call the elevator guy” and smiled I said ok and she walked away.
