We stayed for 2 days and when we walked in the bed wasn’t made but looked like it had clean sheets.. the toilet was disgusting.. also there was ashes in the sink from a cigarette in a non smoking room. There were little bugs all over the sink and we saw some in the lobby too. We told the front desk and showed them pictures.. nothing was done about it.. we decided to clean it and make it comfortable for us to stay the 2 days. Just not happy about it at all. The lady at the front desk I know she couldn’t do anything and she tried to very helpful but it was horrible.
Common areas in hotel and the rooms were musty and damp. The AC is not the greatest, and it’s a little loud. The beds are not comfortable, my back was hurting after the first night. The staff is very nice and personable. Everyone that I encountered was more than willing to help me. There is no daily housekeeping due to Covid, but changing towels for clean ones was not a hassle at all. Convenient location right off of I 10, also attached to a waffle house. The area in general seemed to be safe. Are usually stay in budget hotels when I travel, and I usually have good luck with red roof Inn‘s, but not this time. I do not recommend, and I will not stay here again.
My girlfriend and I spent two nights here after my arrival in Pensacola. Our room was quite nice, but just lacking some pictures on the walls. The shower was excellent as the water pressure was strong, like a massage!!. We were on the 3rd floor looking out at the pool. Check in was quick and the girl very nice!! Breakfast was also offered which was nice. Later the first day I went to the check in and the girl was so nice to lend me a brand new coffee maker!! In the afternoon another cleaning lady knocked on the door with a coffee maker in hand and was wondering if we got one? We had, but I thought it was so nice to see if we did get one? Staff were very friendly and nice! Returned the coffee maker upon check out. There's a Waffle house right next door for food which is very handy.. I would certainly stay again! Nice place!!…
Hardwood floors are just great. It adds brightness to the room. Much cleaner than carpet. Fresh smell in room. Kudos on the renovation. The staff is outstanding. I give high fives to them. Top Red Roof Inn IMO.
All of the employees are extremely kind and helpful. They go beyond their jobs to make you happy and comfortable. We stayed there for 6 days. When we visit this area again, we will definitely stay here again.
