Spent two nights here in a king room. Really nice room except for the lack of room lighting, the uncomfortable bed, and the dated bath—clean bath but really showing its age. The rest of the room was great. Had large dorm style refrigerator but no freezer compartment—bummer for our freeze packs. The room really needed more lights—was overall very dim, especially at the desk with no light near it at all. There wasn’t any hot breakfast and less selection of cold foods offered than usual for typical hotels in this price range with just cold cereal, bread, bagels, packaged pastries, etc., and some fruit. Only seven seats. There is a pool here that we used but even in Florida in May, the water was very cool. Really nice staff. Note that the hotel WiFi is totally unsecured. No daily room service.

Inexpensive, friendly & clean but loud, hard to find.

PRO: only $89 plus tax. $40+ cheaper than competitors. Room large and clean. Staff friendly. Nearby parking. Convenient to re-enter I-10 but see below.

Neutral: pets stay free. So barking slightly squabbling dogs in lobby. Breakfast basic no hot food but not expected at this price

CON: room 328 towards highway was so loud I had to wear earplugs to sleep. Also heard couple through wall having sex against headboard. Very hard to find entrance to hotel despite seeing the sign. Must drive through Waffle House parking lot off side road.

I tried to enter directly from FL281 northbound near red roof sign. Ended up forced onto I-10 eastbound with 8 mile round trip to return! Lastly if you are very tall watch out! Sharply pointed metal chandelier just inside door is dangerous.

At face value, the outside appearance was average. I walked in and was greeted very nicely. The staff was outstanding and helpful. When entering the room everything appeared very clean and neat. Since I was only using the room to sleep overnight and go, all the amenities were were available, but at the price I paid to stay overnight, I expected a larger tv, there was no room coffee pot which usually is not good anyway, what I'm saying is that Ive stayed in 4 to 5 star hotels for less. The air conditioner worked well but you could feel each spring in the mattress. They also had a minimal continental breakfast. Everything was great, and I would have given the hotel a 4 star had I not seen the cockroach in the sink. Just made me wonder what other maintenance around the hotel was given the back burner if you know what I mean.

My girlfriend and I spent two nights here after my arrival in Pensacola. Our room was quite nice, but just lacking some pictures on the walls. The shower was excellent as the water pressure was strong, like a massage!!. We were on the 3rd floor looking out at the pool. Check in was quick and the girl very nice!! Breakfast was also offered which was nice. Later the first day I went to the check in and the girl was so nice to lend me a brand new coffee maker!! In the afternoon another cleaning lady knocked on the door with a coffee maker in hand and was wondering if we got one? We had, but I thought it was so nice to see if we did get one? Staff were very friendly and nice! Returned the coffee maker upon check out. There's a Waffle house right next door for food which is very handy.. I would certainly stay again! Nice place!!

Unbelievable number of cockroaches. On the walls, on the floor, on the ceiling, under the sink in the bathroom. This was really unpleasant, and should not happen in a $100 room. If I want cockroaches, I'll pay $30 for the night, not $100.

DO NOT STAY HERE!!!
We had traveled 500 miles in storms and rain on 4/6/22 and we needed to get a good night rest for additional traveling on 4/7/22 and made the terrible mistake of stopping at the Red Roof Inn in Milton. Checking In was not so bad but the moment that we saw how filthy the room was we should have known the worst was yet to come.
The partying and loud noises in the hall started about 11 pm and continued until 4 am.
TERRIBLE Place and terrible night.

The first room had mold on the wall and the bedding on both beds had been placed on the bed still wet from washing. The second room had just been repainted and smelled strongly of paint to the extent that it was dizzying. Then I discovered that the toilet was not connected to the water line in the floor. At this point in time there was no room available with a refrigerator and microwave on the ground floor and we had to take another room without refrigerator in microwave. Management allowed us to use the office microwave to reheat our dinner. Management was very nice and apologetic for all of these problems. This Red Roof location should, in my opinion, be considered under construction. I do not recommend.

So, when we went there, (We choose this hotel to go to a lot) it was clean, although there were a few TINY stains on the bed sheets, but otherwise it was good. Nice hotel, good service, good breakfast. I’d recommend this hotel if you are looking for one and you are nearby the east or north area of pensacola, and you will be near Milton. If you have to split your trip in half by going from a place about 3 hours away, and then go to this hotel and then go to the final destination that is about 5 or so hours from the hotel, I recommend this hotel.

We stayed for 2 days and when we walked in the bed wasn’t made but looked like it had clean sheets.. the toilet was disgusting.. also there was ashes in the sink from a cigarette in a non smoking room. There were little bugs all over the sink and we saw some in the lobby too. We told the front desk and showed them pictures.. nothing was done about it.. we decided to clean it and make it comfortable for us to stay the 2 days. Just not happy about it at all. The lady at the front desk I know she couldn’t do anything and she tried to very helpful but it was horrible.
