Join us for an overnight or an extended stay during the winter or summer seasons and you will quickly realize just how special this area of Florida has become. Whether you have a pop-up camper or a 45' class A motorhome, it will fit in our spacious 60-to-80-foot pull through sites. All of our RV sites are all pull throughs, and you have a choice of a standard gravel site or stay in one of our executive sites. Milton/Gulf Pines KOA is one of the top-ranked campgrounds in the gulf coast and it's 30 minutes from the beautiful beaches on the Gulf of Mexico. You don't need an RV to stay here. We also have cozy cabins, from a rustic 4 person to an 8 person deluxe cabin. If you want to get back to nature, pitch a tent in the woodsy tent area. Plan a party in the large clubhouse with full kitchen. This campground is a great place to stop for a day (less than a mile from I-10) or to stay for a season.

This was the best KOA we have been to. Very clean, well maintained grounds, common area , gas grill at site was clean with propane, laundry room and restrooms and showers. All staff were very friendly and helpful. Mini golf was fun, and I got a hole in one! The pool is being replaced, AND it was clearly posted in several places on the KOA website, their Facebook page, and the website. So, no one should be complaining about that. The Vetetans memorial is beautiful and appreciated by my husband, who served 38 years in the Air Force. It is great that several types of campsites are available at different prices. So, again, you can't complain about gravel if you chose it.

This is the best koa I have ever been to yet. We had traveled from Kentucky to Florida and booked Cabin 1 and was a late check in. Just everything was perfect really. Didn't swim because it was a one night stay but quiet and peaceful all night and even in the morning.

We really enjoyed this campground. I’m not sure what the negative comments are about! We stayed here for 3 nights and had no issues. The pool was relaxing and clean, our kids enjoyed the game room and putt putt. The laundry facilities were well kept. All staff was friendly and it was a short drive to the beach!

If I can give a zero point I would. We booked this KOA since February for 3 nights in June from Wed till Saturday. This campground change our dates to Tuesday to Friday without informing us through the phone of the changes only through email (which we found out the day of which we planned for arrival). They said that someone called and changed it back in March. We never received any email in March about the changes but we received one email on June 1st about the changes. We booked the patio site. They force us to move on Friday night to the standard site and gave us “their big discount which is 15%”. Didn’t sound like a BIG discount to me at all. Their regular reward discount is already 10%. Also, if we move on Friday we have to wait until one of the site becomes available which is after 11 am. So now, we have to waste our morning to wait for it, what kind of business is this? we have been staying with KOa along our trip for the last 2 weeks. Never stay here ever again.

What a disappointment this KOA is. They have hot showers. That is absolutely the best thing I can muster. I have nothing else good to say about this KOA camp ground.
The bath houses were dirty, dated and stunk. LITERALLY.
Find a different place.

Got on waiting list after picking up site map at office. Got call later same day about 2 openings. Asked for site numbers available. Stated they couldn't tell us any specific site numbers, but guaranteed a spot somewhere. Only a couple sites looked bad, but wouldn't want to be stuck in one for a month I didn't like. Really hoped to book here. Would book with guarantee of specific site.

This was a horrible and disgusting experience!! First of all, my husband is a doctor. I am an RN. We are educated and respected locally. We had our daughter's birthday party by staying in a cabin with teenage girls. We went to karaoke only for the teenage girls to see the karaoke guy looking up porn while he was supposed to be doing karaoke. We reported this the next day to the two ladies in the front office. I get a phone call later in the day from the owner, Steve, who threatened me for turning him in and reporting him. He was yelling and screaming at me over the phone how I couldn't have possibly seen such a thing! What owner would ever do such a thing to a CUSTOMER?! We packed up and cut our trip short. Angry parents came and got their girls. As we were leaving, Steve and another man came up to me threatening me. I also happen to HAVE A VIDEO of the owner threatening me and my husband and another parent were there and witnessed this. He refused to believe that one of his employees would do such a thing. He said he would take his laptop to the sheriffs department for screening. I highly doubt that. The way he handled the complaint was unethical, immoral, and raises grave concerns. This is not a camp for kids. They are rude to them and favor older guests. They pick and choose what "rules" they enforce. Hence, no smoking around the pool yet they let a bunch of people they know smoke in there. The cabin we stayed in was dirty upon arrival. No one had swept for months it looked like. Filthy drawing was on the ceiling that was obvious it had been there for years. Not enough supplies in the cabin for cabin capacity of 8. Cabin was very hot regardless of a/c. PARENTS THIS IS NOT A CAMP FOR KIDS!!! I am taking the advice of the Santa Rosa County Sheriffs Department by writing this review. They are disgusted as well!

Thank you for taking the time to leave us a review. We take your concerns very seriously and wanted to address them directly as they do contain several inaccuracies and omissions. Our initial discussion with you was regarding your teenage girls and took place prior to the accusation you have made against our employee. It involved repeated indecent exposure by your children at our swimming pool that was reported by several different campers. We also had one guest leave the park after witnessing your girls displaying this type of inappropriate behavior. We asked your girls to leave the pool for that reason and for also being under the age allowed at our pool without a parent or guardian. When we attempted to address this issue later with you, you chose to respond with the accusation about our employee which we believe is completely unfounded. Your teenage girls were also reported by other guests to be singing karaoke after this incident had allegedly already happened which raises another inconsistency with your version of events. We take great pride in making sure our campground is family friendly and appropriate for children of all ages but the behavior exhibited by your girls during your stay was not something we could accept.

VERY DISAPPOINTED!
WAY OVER PRICED!!!
Watch for the poorly repaired potholes in the main drive to office.
Looks like they didn't have enough filler. They are sinking.

Our site was a sand, mud and a tree root mess.

We did get shown to our site and the guy was gone! We never did find the cable jack.

Our site also was the pass thru for people using the buildings on either side of our spot.

Constant I10 road noise 24 hours a day.

Tried to call the office the first day here and they were gone, maybe 6PM. Day two drove by a little past 5 and closed again. Wow, real banker hours.

This should be listed as a RV Park and not a campground, it is very obvious many more long timers than people passing thru.
Every site is modified differently.
Some have nice grass, some gravel, some cement, no consistency as most places have.

Not any of the workers in carts ever waived, just looked straight ahead and drove.

Had a wonderful stay at Milton Gulf Pines. Staff was super nice and grounds were neat and clean. We stayed in one the Executive sites and had a swing, gas grill, table and chairs. We received the morning paper delivered to site. The continental breakfast was also excellent. We only stayed one night but really had great time. We camper here in a fifth wheel

We have stayed here on numerous trips to the Gulf and have been consistently impressed with the quality of this RV Park. Sites are unusually long, well spaced and level. Amenities include full hookups including cable and Wi-Fi that is actually useable; all at a price that is reasonable for the area. A daily newspaper delivered to your site is an unusual and very nice touch. The only drawback is beyond the control of the campground and involves several highway department light towers that illuminate a nearby interstate intersection. They not only brightly light the intersection, they also light up the campground. If a lot of light at night bothers you, stay away from this RV park. If not, it is great for an overnight or extended stay.

I would call them. They don't advertise a military discount but with all KOAs, you'll get the most accurate answer by contacting them directly. I wouldn't be surprised if this one does offer a discount, they are super accommodating and friendly.

Turn right out of the campground and then turn left into the truck stop/Exxon station. Drive through the truck stop and then exit back out unto FL87. Turn right on 87, then turn left onto I-10 East.
