Rooms are old but clean. Family suite is spacious, other rooms are very small. Service is above average. Wellness was very good. Free internet unusable, paid "fast" internet too. But complete disaster was food - the worst food we've ever eaten in Italy. We were very disappointed.

Vason is a small resort, but is a perfect place for children to learn to ski in safety and comfort. This small hotel provided a perfect home from home for us - a family with two small children. The rooms were comfortable and spotless. A small pool provided respite for the children after a long day on the slopes. Dinner was four courses, salad bar to start, a choice of two options per course primi and secondi and a variety of home cooked dolci. This worked perfectly for the children who could stock up on something even if they didn't like one of the courses. The staff were warm and accommodating, as non-Italian speakers it didn't seem to matter at all. The wonderful Alessandro was a fantastic host who extended genuine and engaging service to all his clients. It was all very reasonably priced and very accessible to the slopes. I recommend this place very highly.

Just came back from Monte Bondone. Very nice family resort. But what was really pleasant - the helpful and always smiling staff - start with receptionist Martina. I dont think I’ve ever met such a nice - always in a good mood - staff. Our waiter Edison was so nice and helpful with our kids, they all loved him. Thank you Edi again!! You and the rest of the staff made our holiday so comfortable. The hotel is also very clean and quiet, within walking distance to ski slopes. And thats even with kids -youngest age 6. Im looking forward to come again!

La strada è molto bella e panoramica in auto non avrai problemi! Comunque si parla di Trentino quindi i servizi bus funzionano😅 solo che ti dovrai adeguare agli orari dei mezzi pubblici.
