We went here with my boyfriend for a skiing holiday on New Year's Eve.

There were a lot of children and sometimes especially in the SPA they created a bit of chaos, but it was easily imaginable in a hotel near some blue slopes, under New Year's Eve; however they also had their own dedicated area in the kids club.

PROS:
Good hotel, with fairly soundproof rooms, in an excellent position to get to the ski slopes (5 minutes on foot) and windows that offer truly beautiful views, the window overlooking the valley is one of the best features of the hotel.
Very courteous and helpful reception staff, as well as the waiters and the waitress Antonio, average food.

AGAINST:
The reason why I didn't give 5 stars is because a little something could be improved, in particular the SPA.
Very nice and functional, unfortunately the swimming pool was always crowded and chaotic in the afternoon when theoretically there were time slots reserved for fewer people.
The biggest flaw, however, was the temperature: if the water and the pool room had been even just a couple of degrees higher they would have been more pleasant, but instead after a few minutes it started to feel a little cold.

There were also some problems with the food, sometimes the waits were a little long, but the hotel was fully booked and that could be understandable.

All in all still a good hotel where I would happily return.

I stayed at this hotel from March 8th to 10th with a smartbox package. The structure is very beautiful and with a well-kept spa. The room, a triple, was very clean and of a good size, with everything you needed. I found the staff very kind, welcoming and friendly. One morning, when we returned to our room after the spa, we found the cleaning ladies making up our room. I kindly asked if I could at least shower the baby so she wouldn't get cold and they without any problem told us not to worry, to all get settled and they would come back later. We came back to the room after lunch and the room was perfect. Special thanks to Luca in the dining room who was very courteous and friendly, especially towards my daughter. A relaxing weekend in a super pleasant hotel.

Hotel as a whole very nice.
At the reception welcoming and professional staff.
A special thanks to Mr. Giuseppe, friendly person, professional.
Negative aspects:
Poor room cleaning, presence of dust in several parts of the room.
Wifi is malfunctioning.
Restaurant in the norna, nothing exceptional.
The mashed potatoes are not fresh, but are in sachets, not suitable for a 4 star hotel.
The beautiful SPA, pool temperature a bit too low.

From where to start, before making a review I asked for explanations at the reception for some things that did not work, to the answer I'm sorry but we have full , I thought to warn those who have to spend for a 4-star hotel but with great shortcomings. We arrive in the structure that also has no parking except for a fee , when we arrive we are delivered the room 40 minutes late, and so far who cares we are on vacation , we prepare to go up to the rooms but unfortunately the elevator was strangely broken , so far no problem , three flights of stairs with suitcases are not bad for health , we prepare to go to the pool with the child but the water was cold and the cracks for hot air came out cold air, after cooling down for good , a well-deserved cold shower in the room was what I did not hope , here too the problem was the structure full of guests and a problem on hot water , we overlooked this too hoping to recover in dinner, dining room with some guests in jacket , was not really hot , but one always hopes for dishes , starter ham roll with Russian salad , practically freezing from the refrigerator , the evening after grilled mortadella with balsamic vinegar , the mortadella was cold from the refrigerator, unfortunately no no no mention of vegetables or fruit, disoriented waiters, to ask for water brought it to us after reminding the waiter 4 times , the table next to ours also angry because after 40 minutes they were still waiting for the first, having a waiter gives an image of luxury, but lacks organization.
The only waiter really good, had to run to make up for the shortcomings of others (the guy with the beard compliments!) on breakfast 10 and praise but definitely experience not to be repeated , shame because the structure is nice but pay for a 4 star and have such poor service, certainly does not make the customer return.

We stayed at this hotel for a weekend. Nothing to say about the courtesy of the staff, always helpful and professional. However, we were a bit surprised by some policies that we did not expect in a 4-star property. Covered parking has an additional cost of 5 euros per night and, in addition, an extra payment is required for the rental of towels for the spa. It would be desirable for these services to be included, in line with expectations for this category of hotel.

I stayed with my partner at this hotel in late June for a trip with Smart Box gift. All in all we were fine. Room really big, clean, very nice and with new furniture. Very pleasant setting for the green and cool of the evening. Beautiful part with pool and Spa, not excessively large, but nice and well laid out. The pool is medium in size, only flaw the presence of some children a little 'rude, but that mostly depends on the parents who should intervene and do not... We also had dinner included. Very nice location, we had the table by the window with a spectacular view, at some point even a small fawn arrived! The quality of the food extremely poor, definitely not from 4 star hotels... There was dinner Trentino set menu and I asked for a different second, because I do not like the deer. I had asked for a cutlet and they brought me chicken... as soon as the dish arrived I immediately smelled very bad, in my opinion it had gone bad and, in fact, I did not touch it... I was not to ask for the change, so I was full, but really an embarrassing thing to serve such a thing. The staff not too nice, a middle ground, only nice Neapolitan waiter. We were not bad, shame about the food very disappointing, the hotel would be nice and with potential... but honestly if I had to pay out of my own pocket I would not go back!

Everything was perfect, the reception looked after me and advised me well, the guy at the bar was super, very good, perfect breakfast and very kind staff. Spa and swimming pool. One piece of advice: I would have preferred the water to be slightly warmer and in the spa in every room there is an hourglass so I I adjusted with time and maybe I had a choice of herbal teas, not just one. The thing that embittered me the most, and I can assure you, it has never happened to me either in Italy or abroad, regardless of the stars of the hotel... to be I was almost kicked out of my room with a very clear insult ... from the cleaning ladies. I, a customer, saw these two ladies enter my room and despite having told them that I would be leaving in a few minutes, they came in with their tools, forcing me to go out and then to go back to get the things I needed. It is logical that the customer gets up, has breakfast and then returns to the room at 8.45 to put on his ski suit.... I was very disappointed and very saddened both by their behavior and for the offense received

Abominable food. We expected much more given the reviews. Nice hotel but not worth the price you pay. It's a shame because the staff and spa are nice. Also parking is charged € 5 per day, it would be much more appreciable if it were free.

Well where to start, let’s start from the ABC of a4 stars!!! In the room were not present, room slippers, empty mini bar, total absence of every minimum comfort such as kettle, glasses... a simple bottle of water! Then we move on to cleaning... non-existent!!!! Dust everywhere, I intentionally left a receipt under the bed and the next day it was there, in the closet we even found objects of previous guests, ashtrays on the terrace full of about 20 butts (not ours). Let’s move on to the rude, rude staff, not at all inclined to help the customer, every r every request even the most basic seemed an impossible thing like having a takeaway chicken dish was brought to my room in the serving plate and left in the hotel corridor for 24 hours without anyone deigning to take it off.
Indecent breakfast all packaged and cold, fruit in syrup, frozen croissants, no food for intolerant...

Given that we stayed in the facility for 4 days and upon arrival the lady at the reception appeared rude and always with an annoyed attitude, not explaining to us that we could use the Trentino Guest Card, something that we only learned while waiting for our Check -out after 4 days when we had finished our stay and which was proposed and presented by a colleague of hers who was much more helpful than her, to guests who were arriving.
Always in a detached manner and without a grimace comparable to a smile, he informed us that the parking had an additional cost of 5 euros, what is certain is that this figure would not entail a waste of resources for the structure.
On a positive note, the waitress and the maitre d' were always available and kind.
Complete lack of beauty set in the bathroom.
