Very nice hotel, comfortable room with two balconies, except for the temperature that you can not handle. Pillows too fine, they should put a few more for various needs. Breakfast good and quite varied, the desserts are very good. Dinner also always good and good choice, except pasta always hot. Very very nice and helpful staff, although I had asked for two extra pillows and they never arrived (asked in the evening, I was told that it was not possible to have them right away but they would leave them in the room when cleaning, so it was not). The hotel is well maintained except for a few details such as the very worn carpets in the lobby (Recommendation to be a little careful with these small details). Play area for children and teenagers much appreciated, such as not having a key to the room but a code and so you were totally autonomous from each other. Recommendation in the evening to leave a bar attendant and do not do it to those at the reception because the request for a liquor (at 21) indicated on the menu was answered "here I do not see" . Overall I will definitely be back but there is something to fix. Top location for summer and winter (facing the lifts)

I was a bit scared because we were traveling with 2 children (5 years and 8 months) and I was afraid it would be a stress..instead of all expectations it was fantastic.
- very nice and nice hotel
- friendly and super courteous staff
- quality food and good choice
- staff attentive to customer needs
- there is a fairly large play area
- strategic location for the slopes: located right in front of the hotel
But the real gem and icing on the cake was the animation: the mentality of a tourist resort, the boys began in the afternoon to entertain the children and went on throughout the evening. The entertainment in the evening was also made to entertain adults with games.
The animation really turned us the holiday, allowed us to have fun but also to relax, my son had a great time and thanks to them it was not up to us parents to avoid "getting bored".
Thank you guys so much!
We will definitely be back next year

We stayed with 8 friends for the Epiphany Bridge. We stayed in 2 quadruple rooms well cleaned and sanitized mountain view!
Upon our arrival the two animation guys (always available and friendly) welcomed us.
There is also a soccer table tennis table and children's area.
Entertainment with after-dinner entertainment is also very welcome. Private hotel parking and strategic location in front of the slopes. Great food, from breakfast to dinner. Starters, 2 first courses, 2 second courses and desserts of your choice. We will definitely be back and highly recommend it!

It is a purely winter hotel and therefore not suitable for the summer period and also has other problems: for example, it is not equipped with an air conditioning system nor with a folding window which allows, with a minimum of safety, the exchange of air during the night.
Furthermore:
1) there was no soap in the bathroom and there was no glass to brush your teeth;
2) there is no light near the wardrobe which is located at the entrance to the room;
3) the beds are equipped with duvets even in summer and you didn't have a simple sheet to cover yourself with (and this summer everything was needed except duvets);
4) the refrigerator in the room didn't work and after reporting it (who checks the rooms?) they, in my opinion, pretended to change it but to no avail;
5) at breakfast there was also no lemon for the tea and keep in mind that the hotel also serves lunch and dinner: how can they do it without even a lemon?
6) at breakfast we ran out of cups (coffee cups were not included...) and we used some plastic cups that were on a table: they melted with the gentle heat of the coffee from the automatic machine: I agree that where you can save money it must be done but this is the classic tourist trap!

Dated hotel even though the room was average, the cleaning was not adequate, the bathroom was small. Room not soundproofed, you could chat with the neighbors. The door to the room was forced and did not close. The only positive note was the friendly and helpful reception staff.

I'm very fond of ski resort Vason, so I decided to visit it a second time and enjoy skiing without unnecessary crowded hills. Upon arrival, unfortunately hotel staff ruined our first impression. After nine hours of driving, I had to take a shovel and dig up in front of the hotel my parking space. During the night we were awakened several times a fire alarm and to make matters worse, three days heating did not work. So unfortunately I can not evaluate the hotel too positively.

We were positively surprised.
Vason is a small peaceful village with couple of hotels, bars and restaurants. There is one mini market with food and souvenirs (these can be bought also in another small shop).
The hotel is located 50m from the slopes - basically you just need to cross the street to find yourself in the middle of the slope next to Bondonero skibar (delicious panini, by the way).
Food - for breakfast there is always ham, cheese, a variety of cornflakes, 2 kinds of yoghurt, peaches, honey, Nutella, croissants, eggs, rolls, bread, coffee, tea, juices, hot chocolate.
For dinner you get to choose the food out of a menu that you get during breakfast (the menu is also in English). There are always two dishes to choose from for the starter, the first course and the second course and there is a salad bar (vegetables, pizza) and then comes the dessert (also two choices every day). For the dinner you can also have some fizzy drinks or water. All the drinks were included in the price (except the alcoholic ones) during the whole day.
The are good sized rooms with a small fridge, a TV and a balcony. There is also an en suite bathroom with a shower. You can modulate the temperature within your own room. We had the heating turned on for the minimum but it was still nicely warm inside.
There is an elevator in the building and a bar. For the kids there is the mini club opened daily after the dinner 8pm till 9, I think.
The reception staff speaks English, however the waiters do not which was a bit of a problem to us. We tried English and German but none of them were able to speak any of these two.
As for the car park, there is some space behind and in front of the hotel to leave your car.
There is no Internet connection.
