This hotel is a goner. Filthy rooms, tiny bathrooms with stained grout and falling-down shelves and cabinets, staff who don't give two hoots about mask-wearing, lame excuses for why there were no towels in the room ("We don't put towels into the rooms during COVID times"), and THIN walls that are no match for the thunderous traffic on the six-lane road just a few feet from the windows. SO MANY other modern, clean hotels nearby. Just AVOID this hotel at all costs. The only upside is the proximity to the airport and the complimentary shuttle.
Everything you’ve read in these reviews is correct. I have stayed at dozens of hotels and even a motel here and there but omg. This is by far the worst hotel i have ever stayed at, including a $15 hostel that was possum infested and did’nt have any tv’s. Where do I start, maybe the fact that the whole place smells like ciggarettes, filthy everything, internet is garbage, tv is low definition with a spanish hd channel spinkled in every now and then. Its in a bad area, where the worst of the worst stay and no place for woman or children. I had a really cheap rate of under $50 and still feel like I got bamboozled. The hotel has a weird towel policy, they give it to you at checkin because they are so limited probably. I literally saw someone peeing where the vending machine was inside the hotel. If you have a room next to the street its noisy and there was no shampoo or conditioner in the bathroom thay was running all night. The only bright spot was the girl at the front deak who switched rooms for me and was really nice, probably because she knew this place was a dump. Who inspects these places? Its time to tear this place down and put up a chick-fil-a.…
Arrived at the hotel to be told they had no towels. When I got to my room the floor looked like it had not been vacuumed in months and the carpet was humid. The toilet was clogged and so was the shower tub! The remote control for the TV had no batteries either.
Where should I start .... only pro is the price is cheap and checkin was quick and easy and they don’t take a deposit hold unless you’re paying with cash. When I first checked in the assigned me a room over “the other side of the building” on my way there I saw what was evidently hookers and staff trying to get them out. Got a room by the pool. Was filthy. Not clean. Hair in the bathroom. Musty. Phone doesn’t work. No towels. When I asked the lady outside she told me I had to either check front desk or laundry for towels. Loud congregations here my room was. Was unbearable so I asked for a change. Went to front desk they asked my reason I told them they seemed they least surprised like it’s an everyday thing for them to get noisy and messy complaints. Guy working the front desk was obviously friends with some of the loud rowdy occupants Next room in the main building upstairs second floor. No elevators. A lil better. Still dirty. Bed /sheets. Itchy .room smelly. Clearly not cleaned. The floor /carpet has dirt/dust built up everywhere. Look on the floor behind the bed dirt and dust everywhere . Noisy especially at nights /early morning. Ppl moving from room to room banging on other doors. Loud music. It’s obviously a spot with a clientele of low level drug dealers , scammers and prostitutes. This place needs to be reported as it’s a huge health risk factor especially in this time of Covid when health and cleanliness should be too priority. Never again…
Do not ever take children there it’s not safe or clean. The staff did not wear mask during this dangerous time they didn’t care very room was a health hazard and they clearly said as long as they make money it will stay open
