Checking in was great Aurelio was great with hospitality and helping me get what I wanted! Ask for him! He will go above and beyond for you. The room omg beautiful and a huge space, bathroom like a real spa.

When we first arrived on the 9th around 12mid the front desk clerk was very nice and greeted us with appreciation.. so we’re All the shuttle attendants Everyday very friendly! ..but…. The Evening front desk/guest services were not hospitable and rude.. and the one when we were checking out on Mon 13th around 11:15am looked annoyed …didn’t greet us as we walked up to the counter or thank us for staying or Nothing!

Some Front deck clerks weren’t hospitable at all. A black bald head guy in particular who works on the afternoon shift. I’m also black so it’s not racist. My wife and I was asking about the parking and he was kind of standoffish not really answering the question. And the food selections for breakfast were only fit for a baby to eat. I’ve never seen a bagel, so small or a danish so small and for the price of the room, the food should have been included 👎🏽 But other than that it is a very beautiful hotel. And a great place to stay. Your shuttle drivers get 10 stars. 🙂

This hotel was close to the airport with shuttle service than ran often. The staff were friendly. The room was clean and spacious. We enjoyed the pool as well as the restaurant. Comfortable king size bed. Reasonably priced for the area. Would highly recommend.

This is an excellent hotel very close to the airport. We stayed on a "park and fly" package prior to leaving on a flight to the Caribbean. The room was fantastic, the food and drink were excellent, and the shuttle to and from the airport was very convenient and allowed us a stress-free experience. Highly recommended!

I recently stayed at the EB Hotel Miami where I had the pleasure of meeting Yudisan, the bartender. He made me the best mojito I've ever had - it was so delicious and refreshing! Not only was he a skilled mixologist, but he also had a great sense of humor that had our entire group laughing throughout the night. If you're ever in the area, I highly recommend stopping by the hotel bar and asking for Yudisan - he's a true gem!
