Yes, there is a very efficient service to the port for cruisers. When you check in, let the reception know, they have lists of all the ships leaving Miami, so you sign up for your ship, and you are picked up and dropped off at your ship terminal, and it’s free. And for $10, the transport company will collect you when you get back, and take you to the airport, or car hire depot. I thought the service was excellent. However, I must agree that other reviews of the hotel are quite accurate, it’s not a great place, but for an overnighter, it’s a means to an end, and the money you save there, you can spend on the ship! Enjoy your cruise!

The room i used was definetly not remodeled it contained old tacky furniture a telephone from the early stages of communication....but i will say that the bathroom was clean
