Great stay here recently before our cruise. Location is excellent (and will be better once construction of the pedestrian street is complete). NO Elevator! so be prepared. Bell hop will bring your bags, so no worries. Very modern rooms. Sitting area with free coffee on 2nd floor with a little balcony over looking street. Request an inside room if you... More

I stayed only one night and really enjoyed and appreciated the hospitality. Staff was very courteous, room very clean and nicely decorated. Even though there are construction on the roads nearby, it was easy to get a cab and move around. I certainly recommend!

We were staying at El paseo hotel for four days and we really enjoyed it. It was a clean hotel perfect located. The staff was very nice and helpful. Even though it was located on a street with a lot of music it was good and quiet in our room. They don't have breakfast at the hotel but discount on... More

This is a small hotel and since the whole Española Way is under construction right now it might be tricky to find (the valet parking is around the block). The location is great for dining and the beach but as I mentioned there is construction going on so it can get loud and the whole pedestrian street is not pedestrian... More

A very basic hotel. Rooms small but clean. No coffee pot or microwave in the room. No rooms on street level and there are no elevators so be prepared to walk up stairs. Within walking distance to beach, shopping, and lots of restaurants. We were charged a $19 nightly resort fee but there weren't any resort amenities - no pool,... More

My husband and I stayed at this hotel for four days on our first visit to South beach. Needless to say we'll be returning! The hotel itself is lovely and old worldy. Very South Beach style. The room itself had a little modern kitchen, the beds were heavenly and the living area also had a TV in case you didn't... More

Street where hotel is located is under construction, but it's ok, because construction works are during a day, while almost everyone is on the beach. All rooms are located in different buildings. Rooms are old, kitchen is equiped with plastic plates, sofa coming with greasy fingerprints, 170 USD per night is too much fot this service. During our first night... More

We spent 3 nights at the El Paseo. We were a little disapointet when we arrived...they are doing roadwork in the whole area at the moment so very much noise and the beatiful little Eapanola way not to be enjoyed to the fullest. They did random fire alarms while we were there, so on top of the roadwork it was... More

El Paseo Hotel was great from the moment we arrived - the service from all staff was extremely welcoming and they offered so much information over and above what was asked. We were fortunate to have a room with an exterior window facing Washington Avenue. Sun came shining in every morning! Obviously people are out and about well into the early morning, but the street noise was limited. Our room was clean and tidy, the shared/communcal space with the chairs, library, coffee/tea was a nice touch, made it feel home-y. Spent... More
