A great place to stay, very friendly staff, good service. The apartment was spacious lots of room and the location is amazing. We were asked if we wanted the front or back and our room was at the corner the noise wasn't disturbing it felt very alive and vibrant. Lovely places to eat on your doorstep. I think the resort...

A super spot to mix business with pleasure on Miami Beach. Quiet enough at night, big rooms to spread out and close enough to all the action. Looks like the street was just renovated too in the courtyard environment. Definitely going back.

The beach staff was very helpful! Omi was very attentive and made our trip to the beach memorable. Our room was cute, good size and it's nice to have the restaurant pedestrian street downstairs Thank you!

Hi Penny, we appreciate and thank you for your feedback! Our location is perfect! We are located a few steps from the beach, Lincoln Rd and Ocean Drive. We are located in the center of this triangle of must see attractions. Also, Espanola Way is itself a destination. A historic tree-lined street of Spanish-Mediterranean architecture surrounded by first class dining...

This hotel is terrible. Their customer representatives are terribly rude. I would never recommend this hotel to anyone. We made a booking for 3 guests and when we reached there, they gave us a room with a king bed (that obviously cannot fit 3). After looking at the room, we went at their front desk and asked them to do...

I went to the 2 room apartment, it was nice very spacious. 2 rooms, living room and kitchen, big bathroom. These rooms are in a separate building at the other end of the block. No recepcion on the building itself, but much quieter than the main building regarding the noise of Española Way. Super super confortable beds (not the sofa...

First timer to Miami Beach and booked El Paseo. Front door is a quarter of a block beside the Cuban restaurant, which was a little hectic along with the construction out front. Upon arrival, we were check in quickly and give an option of a room facing the esplanade or one in the back, which we took as it seemed...

The pedestrian road outside is a mess amongst all the restaurants, lots of building work on the road. This is a lively place, lots around the hotel. Quick check in, but no elevators so it's carry you case up the stairs, ok if you're fit! The reception staff helpful though, good standard of rooms, good size and well kitted out....

Hi and thank your choosing to stay with us! The City of Miami Beach has been improving the so needed drainage challenges in Miami Beach and Espanola Way has been a part of that improvement as well as most of the streets in the area. We are now in the cosmetic phase of this project and all the heavy construction...

Beautiful property right in the heart of bustling Espanola Way! This hotel is amazing if you're looking to stay out late and engage in the very social aspect of the area! Bravo! The street it under construction for the next while which makes for some dusty chaos, but the entire street does not sleep regardless and the party continues!

Had a one night stay in a Royal suite in March after departing from a cruise at the port of Miami. Taxi from the port was $32. Beautiful room overlooking Espanola and Washington with 2 small balconies, 2 separate bedrooms with sitting area in between. As we were travelling with our teenager we all had lots of room. Clean, modern...
