El Paseo is the perfect place to stay in South Beach. It’s location on Española Way is perfect for visiting the nearby restaurants and bars, the beach, or anywhere in South Beach. The staff is friendly and attentive. Everything was clean and comfortable.
Best part of this hotel is the fantastic staff. If you're fortunate to have Khalil on duty during your stay you're guaranteed and exceptional experience. A charming, clean, well decorated hotel spread across several building on El Paseo. Accommodations vary from a cozy King room overlooking the back courtyard (think Moxy) to 1 bedroom 'apartment' style room with balcony overlooking the lively El Paseo strip of restaurants. The vibes of El Paseo are cool, fun, low key, Spanish beach vibe and last until about 1:30 am. Great restaurants, amenities all within 5 minutes of the hotel. Shopping on Lincoln is only a leisurely 10 minute walk. The Beach Club and boardwalk only 7 minutes away. You are provided with 2 lounge chairs on the beach, bring beach towels provided in your room, and expect to pay extra for an umbrella. The beach access is a fantastic amenity as part of your stay. Good for business, vacation, or romantic getaway and the staff will accommodate your needs.…
I saw El Paseo on The Price is Right and decided to check it out. OMG, what a wonderful experience. From check-in to check-out, service was impeccable! El Paseo is a unique property situated between maybe 10 restaurants on Espanola Way. My room was a beautifully appointed one-bedroom suite with 4 Juliet balconies exposing the excitement on both Espanola Way and Drexel Avenue. Each balcony is large enough for standing. I loved the daytime and night life on Espanola Way. My suite kitchen was ready to prepare a meal that would please any gastronome. It included a full refrigerator, stove, sink, microwave and coffee maker w/coffee. However, it didn't get used much due to the great restaurants on Espanola Way. I did, however, make use of the microwave to heat my daily leftovers. :) The bathroom is nearly as large as the bedroom. With state of the art fixtures, plenty of towels and toiletries. The huge closet at the entry of the bathroom housed personal robes. What a nice touch... I loved the living room with the leather futon and matching chair surrounding a rounded glass coffee table...perfect for entertaining yourself or your friends that reside locally. But, I spent most of my time in the bedroom relaxing on the king bed while viewing the large mounted television. Two balconies are in the bedroom. I'm telling you, this was a perfect room. Did I mention that El Paseo's main building was an art gallery, which converted to a hotel in 2015. I was amazed at the transformation from gallery to hotel. I walked to the beach on Saturday. It's about 1.5 blocks away. El Paseo provides beach chairs, complimentary, upon your arrival to the beach. That was nice. The beach towels were in the room. There are so many shops to explore on the walk. You don't have to leave this area for anything. Oh, how I can't wait to return. Khalil, Daniel and Katherine provided outstanding customer service. They made sure everything was in place whenever and wherever I needed help or had questions. From assisting with luggage, showing me around Espanola Way to calling a cab upon departure. I felt special. I love El Paseo and can't wait to return. This is the place to be in Miami! It has just the right amount of sophistication, excitement and entertainment. It's walking distance to the Convention Center, Jackie Gleason Theater and more, too.…
We chose this hotel because it was on Espanola Way which is a pedestrian walkway with outdoor restaurants lining the way, so it promised to have a lot of energy. It did not disappoint. We spent 4 nights in mid-April in a balcony room in building 5. At first we were concerned the room was too remote from the vibe (we enjoy people watching), but actually it was was perfect. Espanola Way was bustling and vibrant around dinner hour up until about 11 pm-midnight. But when we closed the balcony doors, we heard almost no noise at all! (Our room was closer to Plaza Espana and most of the busy restaurants were at the other end of the street). The room was large and comfortable - a suite with a living room area, small table and chairs, full kitchen, bathroom with shower, and separate bedroom. Clean and neat. Robes in the closet. Staff was friendly. On the second floor above the main lobby there was a self serve espresso machine which we used every day, and the hotel offered a complementary wine hour Sunday until Wed (I think. We left on Wed). It was about a 10 min walk to the beach and the hotel offers free beach chairs (but we didn't use them). We had a really great time and would certainly stay here again if we go back to Miami Beach.…
Amazing and very cozy hotel. It looks like a boutique hotel! The staff is very professional, kind and my thanks to Khalil that was very helpful providing hints and reservations for Miami. It’s located in the best area of South Miami beach, where we feel the heart of the area. I really recommend it!
Can't recommend this hotel enough. Its perfectly situated near the beach, restaurants and Miami Beach Convention Center. I would absolutely stay here again. The staff were also very nice and the room I stayed in was spacious, comfortable and well designed. The balcony overlooking El Paseo street from the second floor of the hotel is very lovely. I enjoyed sitting out there with friends watching the street burst with people at night with the illuminated palm trees. It was beautiful.
ADD THIS TO YOUR LIST!!! One of the best nights I’ve stayed in Miami!! Service and rooms are 5 STAR!!! Looking forward to going back!! Don’t miss out on El Paseo as it’s a hidden gem!! Location is right in the heart of everything so you won’t miss out on a thing!
I stayed at El Paseo with my friends during spring break last week. I am telling you for a fact this is where I will be staying when we visit again!! The location was amazing because It had soo many restaurants, shops, and the beach close by. We got a discount at the restaurants on Espanola way so we ate at a different one every night! The staff at the hotel were sooooo friendly and helpful from the moment we arrive to when we left. Louise welcomed us !!! 🙌🏼 I am so grateful we got to leave our bags in the hotel before our check-in time and also after we checked out so we could explore!! I am so happy we chose to stay here it was clean and bigger than expected for 4 in one room 🙌🏼
We were very pleased with the location and the service received at this hotel. The staff was genuinely interested in our stay and made sure we were taken care of. The location of this hotel is fantastic. You are within walking distance of many of South Beach's shopping and restaurant scene. You are in the middle of all the action. You can walk out of the hotel and there are tons of excellent restaurants. You are only a block away from the beach. You get 2 beach chairs complementary and towels. I would definitely stay there again.
