We stayed for one night only at the end of our trip. The hotel is lovely. It is connected to the Nobu Hotel where we also had one room. The two ladies who checked us in around 5-6pm could not have been any nicer!!! They helped us with all of our questions and they were super funny as well!!!! We also left a few items in the room and realized it at airport security. They quickly went to the room and retrieved all the items!!! They were shipped back to us and received in two days!!!! Donfred the security guard was great!!!
The staff was very friendly and accommodating, from front desk to valet to security to bartenders and beach staff. Got along well and had great service with Antonio Pelligrini on the beach. Our oceanfront room was fantastic. Will be back for sure.
We had a great stay at Eden Roc Miami! Went for a bachelorette party and the service was exceptional. Shout-out to Danny T and Yazmine for their great service!!!!!!! :) :) :) :) will be coming back sometime
I absolutely love staying here. Juliane at the front desk checked us in and couldn’t have been more welcoming. Danny T helped us with our bags as we left and was so friendly. My friend and I were greeted warmly by everyone that worked there. Luis at the beach was very sweet and attentive as well. We will always stay here in Miami.
Yazmine is truly the best great customer service very professional. Attentive a pleasure here at Eden Roc Miami Beach. Thanks for a great experience me my wife enjoyed also Yazmine gave us great food options.
My girlfriend and I booked an oceanfront view suit last week and we stayed here for 5 days. The view is pretty good considering the price is not that high during the vacation season. However, the service is BADDDD! First of all, the people here seem only to work for themselves and don't give an FXXK about the guests. And I called the room services to get some toothpaste and it took 50 minutes while I took two additional calls! Besides this, there are several holes in the towel. Also, my girlfriend lost 100 bucks in her wallet, and our suitcase is messed up. We believe the housekeeper steal the money. And there are two used cups outside our room!!! If you find a pretty good deal and just want to enjoy the beautiful view, then go for it. Otherwise, if you don't want to RUIN your holiday, Please NEVER MAKE A RESERVATION!…
I implore you to look at the photos of our "luxury" ocean front suite before deciding to stay here - My husband and I try to get down to Miami at least once a year and have stayed in many different hotels. This is probably the worst hotel we've ever stayed at in Miami. We pre-paid for half a week's stay in one of the suites on the top floor. View was incredible, but that's about it. The balcony had basically no furniture so you can go on it, but not to really sit and enjoy a meal or a drink. The room was consistently dirty - see photos. We raised this issue with management every single day and their response was that they were understaffed. At a bare minimum and for a nearly $800 per night price tag, you would think cleaning service would be the bare minimum. We're talking hair all over the showers, in the corners of the bathroom, grime, mold, and dust. The room layout made no sense. You could never fully open up the bathroom door because it was blocked by a desk and chair, so we had to keep squeezing in and out of the bathroom door. We called at least a month out to change our reservations at Nobu (which is located inside the hotel) to indoor seating. It was impossible to get someone on the phone who could help us. At least two different "concierges" told us they would go over and have the reservation changed, but when we checked in it still hadn't been fixed. Speaking with two different concierges during our stay was not helpful either. You would think the hotel would be able to make contact with its own restaurant? I got a hydrafacial at their spa and while I understand that hotel spas generally up-charge for services, this woman ran the hydrafacial machine over my face for 20 minutes and slapped some lotion on me and called it a day. No extractions, no serums or other treatments. I've had a hydrafacial before and this was really subpar. The people at the front desk seemed consistently miserable to be there. We checked in pretty late, so we weren't holding up any lines. We asked the front desk person some questions about the hotel, which pool she preferred, some questions about the restaurants on site and the beach - she didn't have any answers. She mostly shrugged at us and told us to go talk to the concierge. She also couldn't tell us how to find our room, so we wandered around the hotel for another 10 minutes trying to figure out which elevator was the right one. The service at the beach was fantastic both of the days we went down there. When we prepaid for our booking, we spoke to someone at the hotel who told us that we could use all of the pools, including the Nobu pool which is a bit smaller and more quiet (read: no screaming kids). This was the sole reason we picked Eden Roc over Nobu Hotel - access to more pools. However, when we went to use the pool, we were told only Nobu Hotel guests could use it (they're in the same building). Cue another 15 minutes trying to find someone who could help us with this dilemma. The room rate at Eden Roc is an absolute joke compared to the quality of the amenities and services being provided. For a couple hundred more dollars, you could just stay at a true five star resort in North Beach. This place is a true three-star hotel masquerading as a luxury hotel. Save your money and go literally anywhere else.…
This was such a wonderful experience. I came with my bachelorette party consisting of over 12 girls and didn’t think the pool could accommodate us. They were more than happy to find a place for us and set everything up perfectly in a great spot. The whole staff was so friendly and helpful. It took a lot of the stress away planning a bachelorette and was able to relax and enjoy the day!! Love nautilus by arlo. Can not wait to come back!!! 10/10 recommend!
we had so much fun, great location, 3 swimming pools and a huge beach. the main restaurant is ocean unsocial, it was great and the views are second to none, literally on the beach. The hotel also has a Nobu Restaurant of the lobby, we were lucky enough to get a seat at the sushi bar. The food and service was outstanding.
We were escorted from the front house to the restaurants. The kindness and professionalism provided comfort. Great food, warms smile and a positive atmosphere. The ocean view is everything and more. Cheers to the servicemen.
