Had a great time, the hotel was reasonably priced and very comfortable. I would definitely recommend it to others. The process was easy and I don't have any complaints except a hot breakfast would be great but at the same time for the price it was perfect.

We stayed here for 2 nights before a cruise in April 2017. The hotel itself is quite small; the rooms however are huge. In the morning they do a free breakfast of orange juice, cereal, croissants etc. The lady at breakfast (cant remember her name) is really welcoming to all the guests. The hotel is situated a couple of streets...

Friendly staff, warm welcome. Quite large rooms, with big beds and modern touches. Limited wardrobe / storage; or worktop to put your things. Large bathroom with huge shower in curtained off area. Sound system and TV in our room; so can have own entertainment! No public seating areas or lounge; so you are either in your room or not! No...

Thank you for your detailed review ,however, I would like to point out that we have a lovely front porch for our guests to sit and the lobby has a bar area as well with public seating . The hotel is only 2 floors but yes one flight of stairs to carry bags up if they are very heavy. For...

Had an amazing experience! José was awesome and accommodating! Beautiful room, great hot steam shower, just blocks from the beach, close to Ocean Drive, close to fantastic restaurants. Hotel and location are very quiet and away from all of the noise.

This hotel is located at a couple of blocks away from the beach at the very south area of the beach, away form the Ocean Drive noisy area. Great location! My room seemed to be the handicapped accessible one. So, based in my experience the pros and cons are: Pros:This is a small hotel that seems to be managed by...

Dear Scout-PR, You are correct you were in the Handicapped accessible room which allows access to the shower by wheelchair and therefore has no door jam to inhibit the passage of a wheelchair but also allows some water to escape under the glass door. We are an historic Art Deco building so yes the structure was built in the 1930s...

This small boutique hotel is nicely situated a couple of blocks from the beach. The rooms are very cool, with the possibility to individually dim lights, multi-function showers and nice beds. The only thing bothering me is that the fan for the AC is noisy, and the fan that starts when you turn on the light in the toilet is...

Thank you for your positive review . We love our little visitors here at the Hotel St Augustine and only have one short set of stairs but we would be happy to put our guests on the first floor if they have a problem with stairs. Unfortunately we only have 24 rooms so we need advance notice so we can...

We have ordered the facility several months before the visit. The breakfast was included for higher price. However the breakfast was too poor (continental one), without sandwiches or hot meals. We appreciate very helpful and friendly staff. We have ordered some things from eBay and we received them at the reception desk. The location is wonderful and we enjoyed our...

The hotel is well located, within 5 minutes you are at south beach, but still very silent and out the fuss that is ocean drive. Rooms are very big and clean. Breakfast is simple but good... the only thing missing is some salty options on the menu!
