We spend 6 days in this hotel, it was our first visit to Miami Beach and it couldn't be better. It's an older hotel but very nice and clean. The room we got was not so big and aircondition made a lot of noise but it was not a problem to change the room and we enjoyed the rest of...

Many thanks for taking the time to post an online review of your stay at the art deco South Seas Hotel. It’s good to know you had an overall great stay and loved our proximity to exciting nightlife of South Beach and many restaurants and shops. I am sorry if you experienced any inconvenience during your stay. However, I am...

Older hotel. Good size room and closet. Small Bathroom. Room was on the 3rd floor facing Collins Ave. It was very noisy making it hard to sleep. It sounded like the windows were open and not sealed all the way even though they were closed. The air would turn on and off causing it to get hot throughout the night....

Thanks so much for taking the time to evaluate our hotel. We are happy to read you had an overall pleasant stay. However, I apologize for the noise issue you experienced. Our front desk is 24 hours available a day so they would have been happy to address this issue if you had alerted them and provided you with a...

It's what it says it is: a three starts hotel. It has a nice pool and great access to the beach. Staff is amazing and very polite. Location is also great, to two blocks from Lincoln road and between 5-6 blocks from Ocean drive. Breakfast is poor and almost always you don't have where to sit down to take breakfast....

Old rooms... like a lot of SoBe hotels. Floors are loud and creaky. Our view out of the window was an alley facing another hotel. You do have the pool area which is ok. You might catch a glimpse of the iguana that wonders around too... Mojito's are excellent!

Stayed at this welcoming and beautiful Art Deco Hotel after finishing a sea cruise and weren't disappointed. Terrific location smack in the middle of things. Very friendly and helpful staff. Comfortable room. Nice secluded pool and access to the fabulous beach. If you're expecting a luxury modern 5 star hotel you may be disappointed but if you want bags of...

I stayed here with my son for 2 nights. This is a hotel with character, in a good way! The room was of reasonable size, was reasonably quiet, and was in good condition (although the toilet area was a tight squeeze). The pool area was very nice and matched the promotional photos perfectly. The hammock garden was a pleasant surprise!...

Worst experience of my life. The staff working at the front desk is super rude. They even kicked us out of the hotel at the time of the checkout! They knock your door 30 minutes before the checkout and ask you to leave. The breakfast is bad and they are not even use real cups and silverware. Everything is plastic....

Dear Federico P, We are deeply sorry that your stay was less than positive. Our front desk team are known for being friendly and helpful, so we are definitely looking into what happened and we apologize to you.
