This is a beautiful hotel however if you are looking for quiet and relaxing this may not be the place for you. Loved the lobby in the morning as quiet and relaxed vibe with classical music however by 4 pm it is packed and full of club music. If going to hang with friends and want busy and party atmosphere then this place is for you. It was a beautiful hotel and pool/beach area. All of the staff were helpful. I feel the room was not cleaned to my expectations with the floor being dirty. The base boards were dusty and feel at this level of hotel this should be better cleaned. It is pricey and no coffee in the room. A drink ran anywhere from $18-30 per drink. Hakkasan and the Burger and Pizza restaurants were good. Hakkasan definitely need a reservation.

What a beautiful resort to stay at in Miami. It’s outside of the strip but I liked it because it like that because it was more relaxing. The pool area was beautiful and all I could ask for. I look forward to coming back! To top it off, Nobu is right next door and provided us with a great dinner.

The glamour is dead. Forget class and elegance- as of Summer 2021, Fontainebleau is now an epicenter of sagging pants, reefer, and blaring personal sound systems. It’s no surprise that law enforcement is a constant presence- a lobby shooting in the not-too-distant future is almost guaranteed. If you’re looking for an upscale getaway, look to Four Seasons Surfside, Faena, Mandarin Oriental, or Ritz South Beach. The once-great Fontainebleau is down for the count for the foreseeable future.

We stayed at Fountainebleau because my husband was attending a conference in the hotel. It was a pretty average experience. The pools and beach are quite nice and have good service. However, the rooms are pretty small and average. Our room was discounted because of the conference but still quite expensive. There’s no mini fridge (only a minibar) and housekeeping skipped our room each day except for the day we were leaving. The bathroom had its own television but not a bathtub and the shower was a little grimy. The toilet was extremely loud, yet not very effective when flushing. Our room overlooked a roof so there was no view.the restaurants and bars are very pricey. There was no where to buy water or fill up a water bottle which was frustrating. Although, the coffee shop had afford beverages. Check in was quick because it was late—although there was some confusion over which card was being charged for what (the hotel cost was going on the company card and incidentals on a personal one). Check out was absolutely insane because people were trying to check out and check in early. Very little mask wearing in the hotel as well. It was fine since it was for business, but I’d never pay the full price for the quality.

Had a beautiful stay thanks to my man English at the pool. Helped us every day, made it great fun for my family. He helped us find chairs and with anything we needed. Overall it was a great stay. We had fun.
