We were only here for two nights but we really enjoyed our stay! Nice hotel that's conveniently located across the street from the beach. Our room was quite small, but was very clean and nicely appointed. The staff here are super friendly! We loved the Wunderbar and took advantage of the free drink coupons. I had one of the best mojitos ever! Our only small complaint was that we didn't find the breakfast buffet at Jules Kitchen was worth the price. If you want a cheap breakfast option that's also really good, go next door to Primo Cafe and Market. They have a few tables outside or you can do takeout. If you want to visit South Beach and don't have a car, it's about a 30-40 minute walk or you can take the free trolley or even an Uber for less than $10.
Great location, staff and amenities. Wish I had had more time to try the restaurant as looked busy during the time I was there. Loved the Wunder bar and free coupons. My friend who came the day of check out was able to nap in my room while I completed my conference.
I am really into low key and boutique hotels.. Circa provides this experience. Fabulous service Yaniel is a rock star ⭐️! He provided most of our service. His attention to detail and consistency made our stay. Location, proximity to beach, cocktails, cuisine and vibe on point. Thank you for a memorable and relaxing week ❤️❤️❤️❤️❤️❤️
Before the corona virus became a big issue, I had planned on staying at the Circa 39. Because I needed a form from them for business purposes, I called to make the reservation. The women who answered was pleasant, quoted a price lower than the online price. However, I wanted the 15% discount for AAA/AARP. This is were customer service failed. She transferred my called to registration, but when the next person picked it up, it was for a different hotel (one in which Circa 39 has an arrangment for massages). I was transferred back to Circa 39. After the explaining the mix up, I was transferred back onto the registration line, where once again a rep from the second hotel picked up. She was unable to send me back to Circa 39. I called Circa 39 a second time, explained that I was twice transferred to the other hotel. The woman asked for my phone number and informed me that someone from the hotel will call me. When I hadn't heard back in over an hour, I called the hotel once again, only to have the woman hang up on me. After another two hour wait will no call back, I still decided to stay at the hotel, so I used their online reservation to get a room at the AAA/AARP rate, BUT I added a note that they needed to send me the form that led to the intial telephone. Unfortunately, my conferences got moved back to October and I had to cancel the reservation two days later. In that 48 hours, I didn't hear one thing from the hotel about the form I requrested. When I do attend the rescheduled conference in October, I definitely won't stay at Circa 39 because of the poor customer service.…
This is a hidden gem. The location was great, close enough to the beach and far enough from South Beach that you can get a good nights sleep. The free trolly runs right by the Hotel so going to South Beach or North beach is easy, no need for a car. The boardwalk was under construction when we were there, but walking on the beaches was amazing. Staff were very friendly and helpful, drinks and food were great.
