Staying in this place for 4 days. What a mistake. I knew it as "party captial" and decided it would be a good place to get some great footage for my youtube channel. Unfortunately it didn't work out in many different way. The room has many issues, like the curtains that don't work, the door that's hard to close, the safe that hasn't been repaired for two days, the valet that barely let us check into the room, etc. To add insult to the injury, tried taking a few pictures and videos in their bar, and got approached by the rude bar manager with three security guards that looked like thugs. They tod me that no cameras were allowed (even though I saw quite a few other people using them) and I needed to get out of there. Nice. Supposedly it was an issue because of their young and scantily clad staff. So it's OK to have your young staff scantily clad to attract drunk male clientel, but god forbit someone actually makes a video about it? Complete hypocrasy. Tried talking to the hotel manager about it, but supposedly bar manager doesn't report to him. Who does he report to? Anyway, right hand doesn't know what left hand is doing, and guests are treated like trash. Never again.…

This hotel is fun and loud. They actually put us in the sister hotel next door and we slept well. South Beach was bananas but the hotel staff was accommodating. We also got free drinks at the pool bar and complimentary iced coffee and croissant in the am.

Staff was very pleasant especially Christian. Complementary drinks are given when you arrive. The food at the hotels club is good and the host was very entertaining. Good music and fun pool parties. Room was clean. Will definitely stay again!

Need realistic expectations so you won't get disappointed. This is really more of a HOSTEL for adults, not a hotel. You are paying for a basic bed, beachfront location, and great shared spaces to party! No one under 21 is allowed in the pool or restaurants at any time. Your room will have towels and toiletries on arrival. House keepers will make your bed but they will not replace any towels or toiletries so hold on to them! Once during our stay they replaced just the bottom sheet, took the top sheet, so we slept directly under the comforter. Ick. I asked several times for towels since they took ours and left us nothing. I was given 3 damp floors mats instead of towels. Not sure why they were wet... The bathroom is a converted closet with sliding doors. If you need more privacy, use the bathroom in the lobby. Furniture - 2 beds and a box between them, like a typical hostel. Safe is available in a tiny closet. There is a TV on the wall with 2 narrow shelves where you can place beverages. AC worked but would not go below 72. So, if you have a hostel in mind, I think you will be fine and have a great time! If you are expecting a hotel, then consider other options. …

We stayed at this resort for one night prior to a cruise. The location is great if you want to be in the heart of South Beach. Many restaurants and clubs within walking distance. Our first room assigned hadn’t been cleaned and was filthy. We had to go down and get assigned another room. When we went down they advised our call didn’t go to them but their sister hotel, so they didn’t know what we were talking about. The elevators are very small and slow. We were in a rockstar suite on the 3rd floor. Our room was right above the pool/ party area and loud music played until 3:00 a.m. if you want ice it has to be delivered to your room, ours arrived 30 minutes after our request. The hallways are small and dark. The bathroom was small with a shower only. The pool is small. The food at the restaurant was okay, expensive and the service was slow, we waited 30 minutes before a server even acknowledged us at our table.…

This place is in a great area but the hotel itself leaves a lot to be desired. Tv never worked, our safe never worked (numerous staff in our room to fix this and it was very resolved), balcony light did not work, cold garage like floor. More of the Cleveland crash pad but that’s all right as we were not here to sit in the room.

This is an adults only party hotel. Great for Bachelorette parties or people that like to stay up past 2am. The Pros: Fun atmosphere, good music, close to beach, close to restaurants The Cons: LOUD. DJ plays music til 2am the Wed and Thurs nite we were there and 3am on Friday nite we were there. Our room 504 faced the pool and dance floor, so a room on another side would be quieter but not quiet. The rooms are not soundproof, and hall noise was way above average for hotel noise.The beds were full size not queen in the double bed rooms. The rooms were very small. You had to squeeze past the toilet by the sliding door to the bathroom. It was so tight. It didn't even seem to code for construction honestly. Also, there is zero privacy in the bathroom from you traveling companions. Zero. The bathroom is tiny and not good for getting ready to go out, especially if you have more than 1 person doing hair and makeup to go out. You pay a daily resort fee that includes a beach chair (but umbrella is extra $20) but the beach for your chair is 5 blocks away from the hotel. In this area, there are drink people walking around to buy alcohol and non alcoholic drinks. You can take your provided beach towel and walk across the street and lay on the sand. To end on a positive note, it is a great people watching place and if you don't need much sleep, this is a great place for you to stay. If you want quiet and more space and privacy, go somewhere else.…

This place is the definition of a roach motel. The conditions were so poor that my partner and I could not stay there and had to book another hotel down the street. The manager said they would resolve this issue for us but never got back to us and ignored our correspondence. Do yourself a favor and book another hotel near your, there are tons of them and this is probably the worst of the bunch.

I was here on an over night layover going to sfo. Hotel was great room was amazing price was reasonable great location staff was friendly karaoke night was epic but the wings at kush were terrible and drinking out of the cheap plastic glasses wasn't great. But those are easy fixes check it out!
