Air conditioning which caused water to be all over the floor. Maintenance came to fix it the leak but it continue once we turned the Air conditioning back on. I reported it the first time in the second time I reported it once we checked out
When you come the beach ask for Omari. This man deserves a raise!!! He set me and my friend up with great beach chairs and towels. Love the location and we love the vibes. 10/10 recommend. Go to the beach and make sure Omari sets you up!
I had so much fun with Claudia. I was here on vacation with friends and she thought of some really good moves to use out and about. So glad I joined her team. She was phenomenal and patient with us and treated us to you a couple drinks.
The hotel is a nice property but a few details were not up to standards I expect from this type of property. 1. No toilet paper on arrival. Asked front desk to deliver. 2. Room was not cleaned at all during our 3 night stay. Front desk stated this was typical policy. No sign in room explained this was hotel policy. Typically rooms in hotels at this level are cleaned daily. 3. Asked for clean towels and more soap twice in the same day. This request was forgotten both times. 4. Carpet in room 546 is dirty and worn. 5. Coffee at breakfast was horrible.
Location is great, the bedding I’d clean yet there may be a small bit of mold in the showers, yuck. I was told over the phone prior to check-in that there was $100 security deposit but come to find out during check-in that is $100 per night. The beach amenities are a nice touch. But of course like a mini resorts and hotels, the on-site restaurant is extremely overpriced.
