I was hesitant looking at other reviewers but renting no 302 was amazing. Very clean and spacious, very helpful host. The room has ocean views! I rent it via air bnb. Obviously the front desk could be more pleasant.

We stayed here for two nights. Business. Firetrap: all windows are made impossible to open. Tighten with screws. Where should we go in a case of a fire?. The enterance door lock with handel is out of order. Water tap in kitchen out of order. Everything lacks of absent of maintenace. I would NEVER take my family to this place. The apartment is designed for 2 persons, but there are 2 «bedrooms» made in the livingroom. 6 persons here is a joke. Luxury apartment is complete joke. I will not come back to this place.

Rented an apartment at this amazing place for a weekend get away with friends and had lots of fun. It was confortable, very clean, staff was on point and the location is to die for. Right across the street from the beach near all the best of South beach. Heard other guest talk about the place and everyone was pleased and happy there. I have always stayed at closed by hotels but for the price hotels charge in the area it makes a pot more sense to rent a fully equipped apartment. Must try if you are looking for a nice enjoyable place.

My family travels very often. We only booked this property because we stayed there before. We did not realize it had gone drastically downhills. This was a terrible experience for my family. I booked several months ahead and was required to pay the full amount. Not only did they take the full amount, they double charged me and took another full amount a few months later. I called and got the run-around. They were going through "management transitions" etc., etc. When I finally tracked down a "manager." She told me she had no idea about my double payment and that she would look into it. She never got back to me. I called and texted multiple times. I finally had to work through my credit card to get the double payment corrected. We were not given check in information until I practically begged near 10am the morning of check-in. We were driving and I needed to plan. Then, we were told that that the room that we paid for was not the room we would get. I was traveling with a group of 5 people. I reserved a room that was advertised to be 1000 square feet with 2 queen beds and 1 pull out sofa. We were told we would get a much smaller room (650 square feet) with only 1 bed and one pull out sofa. This is NOT what I paid for. The manager said that it was not her fault and refused to refund any amount of money for the mistake. As if all of this was not bad enough, when we finally checked in, the WiFi given was not correct, the room was old and grimy with many items broken, the towels had blood stains on them...the list goes on and on. To top all of this off, the morning before our check-out date, someone tried to enter our room to tell us we needed to leave. We told them that our check out date is not until the next day. We also contacted the manager who did not even care to respond. We are exhausted and need a vacation!

First of all: each apartment is owned by a different person (as if they bought timeshares and are trying to capitalize when they aren't using them) so note that when you look at these reviews. We stayed in room 307. Clean and spacious living for 3 people. Room is set up like a studio apartment, you can see the bed from the kitchen, toilet from the dining room, we mostly wanted a place to sleep and eat anyway, we're in South Beach, baby. Host Suzel met us in the lobby and took care of all our needs. The hallways can use a bit of an update, the hallways always smelled musty, but we're by the beach and I am sure some folks just come in wet and don't care about the hotels carpet, since they are on vacation. We liked the idea of pay when you arrive, so this was perfect. Basic toiletries were provided but it would be nice to have access to a lil more (we had pepper provided, no salt, we had coffee provided, no sugar, dishwasher, no liquid) but these are things we can take of ourselves so it was no big deal, just a minor inconvenience (we just took packets from restaurants we visited.) The option of cooking was the biggest plus for us, we can eat out at the trendy spots or we can stay in a make our own food. The room is right on the beach, close to attractions (Wet Willies, short walk to Fat Tuesdays, Senior Frog, WEAM) Awesome Diner on 11th next to a Burger King and the cheapest parking lot in South beach on 7th ave. I am already looking into booking again!
