I am writing about my experience at the spa. It was wonderful from start to finish. I did three separate services and met with two massage therapists. My treatments were amazing. The relaxation room was such a pleasant place to rest and relax in between treatments. The amenities they provide to make your stay comfortable were beautiful touches. Overall I loved my day at the spa and would highly recommend it.

Wanted to get away without the kids for a few days. From the time of arrival every staff member is well trained and super courteous to our needs. From the bell hop to the front desk & concierge they go the extra mile to make sure your comfortably situated. As far as the room they are ok..kinda small nyc style no bathtub or balcony w an ocean view room. However everything else was amazing property is gorgeous Leo by the pool was Awsome As well as all the staff. To sum it up on vacation I want service and courtesy and they were more Than accommodating. Will be coming back on our next getaway wo the lil ones Highly recommended

If you like the Le Labo scents, then you'll get plenty of that. Also, if you enjoy a club sandwich at a hotel, you won't get that here. The sandwich options were several, non-Club, and when asked if a club sandwich may be prepared as an off-menu item, none of the restaurants were able to accommodate. Not the main restaurant, not the poolside restaurant, nor room service. Club sandwich is a deffault dish/menu item to have at any hotel. I hope they address this and include it in their menu(s).

A nice escape from the hustle and bustle of Miami yet close enough to jump in, if that is where you want to be. Amazing staff, top notch service, yummy cocktails and beautiful rooms. Five stars to Giovanni who worked endlessly on the beach all day.

After 3 nights in Brickell, we spent 3 additional nights at this Marriott property, as we wanted to have a beach experience. First the positive notes. Great valet service and Uber accessibility. We used both, as we had our own car. The Market was a great place for a quick bite. The history of the area was celebrated in design. Pool areas were beautiful, and direct beach access is great. However, Marriott has some work to do. We had originally looked into Ritz Carlton South Beach, but were told The Edition was a limited, more exclusive and more modern luxury brand than Ritz Carlton. It just wasn't. Not by a long shot. The room was adequate, but certainly not 5 star. It was oddly modern, but with noisy plumbing. No coffee machine in your room at a luxury resort? Unacceptable. We asked for one, and they did bring one. But, it had to be asked for. Never, ever, in my life have I had that happen. And yes, it's that much of an expectation of mine. As is bedsheets. We had a fitted sheet and comforter. No flat sheet in a 5 star property? Again, unacceptable. A manager at the hotel gave us a room service credit, which was nice. But, we honestly felt taken, having checked out of a luxury downtown hotel to come here based on Marriott corporate and their misleading description. The bathroom reminded us of a gas station. One stall for the toilet, and another stall for the shower. The shower had nice smelling amenities. Super cramped, with noisy plumbing, and frosted glass enclosed stalls next to one another. Weird. This hotel did not ruin our vacation. But, it did not make for any memories that we would remember fondly.
